Abstract
The invention provides a processing technology of Shanglicao, and relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing. A processing technology of Shangli grass comprises the following steps: preparing fresh leaves, spreading and drying in the air, deactivating enzymes, dampening, rolling, frying, baking and screening. Different from the traditional tea making process, the process provided by the invention can effectively prevent the blades of the cyperus alternifolius from being broken in the processing process, thereby obtaining more complete cyperus alternifolius tea. In addition, the crushed SHANGLICAO leaf powder is creatively introduced into the de-enzyming process, and the powder and the fresh leaves are mixed for de-enzyming, so that the leaves can be well protected from being quickly burnt by high temperature in the de-enzyming process to influence the flavor of the product.

Background
The Yanshangli herb is commonly found in Yudong, and is a herb with the functions of stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and alleviating pain. The vulnerary contains a plurality of amino acids which are necessary for human bodies and is a good medicine for eliminating fatigue, strengthening the basis and cultivating vigor.

de-enzyming: placing the dried leaf of the cyperus alternifolius into a drum-type de-enzyming machine, de-enzyming at 220 ℃ and 230 ℃ for 3-5 minutes, and pouring out the fresh leaf with the water content of 30-35% for later use;
moisture regaining: putting the de-enzymed leaves into a sealed container, and dampening for 2-3 hours for later use;
rolling: putting the remoistened leaf of the kohlrabi into a rolling machine to be rolled for 2-3 minutes until the leaf is grabbed to be conglobated and loose, and pouring out for later use;
frying: putting the twisted leaf of the cyperus alternifolius into a de-enzyming machine, frying at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ for 5-10 minutes, and pouring out the rolled leaf of the cyperus alternifolius for later use;
baking: placing the fried hurricane grass leaves in an oven, baking for 1-3 hours at 70-80 ℃, and removing water for later use;
screening: and (3) sieving the baked cyperus alternifolius leaves, and screening out the crushed slag generated in the processing step to obtain the finished cyperus alternifolius tea.
Preferably, the crushed slag generated in the screening step is ground into powder, and the powder and the spread and dried leaves are mixed together before the enzyme-deactivating step and are thrown into a roller type enzyme-deactivating machine.
Preferably, a screen with the aperture of 3MM is adopted in the screening step.
Preferably, the kneading machine adopted in the kneading step is provided with a special kneading structure for hurting grass, the kneading structure comprises an upper kneading disc and a lower kneading disc, the upper kneading disc can rotate around the center of the lower kneading disc and is arranged above the upper kneading disc, the lower surface of the upper kneading disc and the upper surface of the lower kneading disc are both provided with kneading teeth, and the kneading teeth are elastic bodies.
Preferably, the twisted teeth are elastic hollow capsules which can be filled with flowing media.
Preferably, a medium channel is arranged at the center of the upper twisting disc and the lower twisting disc, one end of the channel is connected with the pump, and the other end of the channel is connected with a medium inlet at the tail part of the twisting tooth.
Preferably, a pressure sensor is arranged in the medium channel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
