The detachable IH rice cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cooker cover (13) further comprises a water-vapor separator (134), the water-vapor separator (134) is in threaded connection with the detachable cover (132), the water-vapor separator (134) is communicated with the inside and the outside of the electric cooker (1), the water-vapor separator (134) comprises a separator upper cover (1341) and a separator lower cover (1342), the separator upper cover (1341) is connected with the separator lower cover (1342), the separator lower cover (1342) is provided with an air inlet hole (13421) and a return hole (13422), the separator upper cover (1341) is provided with an exhaust hole (13411), a condensation cavity (1343) is formed between the separator upper cover (1341) and the separator lower cover (1342), the return hole (13422) is arranged at the condensation cavity (1343), and the condensation cavity (1343) is communicated with the exhaust hole (13411).

The detachable IH rice cooker as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the water-vapor separator (134) further comprises a backflow baffle (1343), backflow baffle mounting holes (13425) are formed in the separator lower cover (1342), the backflow baffle (1343) is connected with the separator lower cover (1342) through the backflow baffle mounting holes (13425), the number of the backflow holes (13422) is not less than two, the backflow holes (13422) are arranged around the backflow baffle mounting holes (13425), the backflow baffle (1343) covers the backflow holes (13422), and a gap exists between the upper surface of the backflow baffle (1343) and the lower surface of the backflow holes (13422).
