Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present application can be more clearly understood, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cooking appliance 100, a control method, a control apparatus 200, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 18.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100 including: a cooking body 110 and a drain 120. The cooking body 110 is provided with a cooking cavity 112. A drain 120 cooperates with the cooking chamber 112 for draining liquid within the cooking chamber 112.
The cooking apparatus 100 of the present embodiment may be specifically an electric cooker or a pressure cooker, which is suitable for cooking cereal food such as rice. The cooking body 110 specifically includes a pot body 114 and a cover 116 covering the pot body 114. The interior of the pan body 114 is provided with a cooking chamber 112 for containing food material, such as cereal. The bottom of the pot 114 may be provided with a heating device 118 for heating the food material.
The drain 120 functions to drain at least a portion of the liquid in the cooking chamber 112. For example, at least a portion of drain 120 may be disposed on the bottom of pan 114 and drain the liquid within cooking chamber 112 via cooperating drain lines and a drain pump. Again, for example, at least a portion of the drain 120 may be disposed in the lid 116 and drain the liquid within the cooking chamber 112 through a drain line and a drain pump that cooperate with each other.
The purpose of this embodiment is to improve the culinary art effect of food, especially improves the culinary smell and the culinary art taste of food. Specifically, for example, the cereal food materials age during long-term storage, and the taste and smell of the cereal food materials are not good due to the aging problem, which affects the eating experience of users. Wherein, the cereal food materials need to be cooked by adding water, and peculiar smell substances emitting bad smell can be separated out and dissolved in the liquid in the cooking process. The present embodiment provides the cooking appliance 100 with the drain 120, and the drain 120 can drain the liquid in the cooking cavity 112. The discharge of the liquid in the cooking chamber 112 may cause the undesirable odors to be discharged simultaneously. Therefore, the bad smell generated by the food materials in the cooking process can be reduced, the cooking taste and the mouthfeel quality of the aged rice can be particularly improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Note that the odor of the cooked food material that is not popular with the user may be the odor of the food material itself, or may be the odor of the food material that is generated by long-term storage or storage under unfavorable conditions.
In the case of cereal food materials, long-term storage causes the generation of stale substances in the cereals. In the stale substances, no matter the stale substances are high or low in content, the stale odor is emitted, so that the content of the stale substances is reduced, the abnormal taste of the cooked food can be reduced, and the effect of improving the aroma of the food is realized. Some stale substances emit unpleasant odors at high levels and pleasant fragrances at low levels. Such as: when the content of hexanal exceeds 4.5. mu.g/kg, discomfort is given to the person, and when the content is less than 4.5. mu.g/kg, pleasure is given to the person. Therefore, the content of the substances is reduced, the foreign taste of the cooked food can be reduced, the fragrance of the cooked food can be improved, and the fragrance increasing effect is realized.
It has been found that dehulled grains, such as rice, oxidize at the surface to produce stale material. The category of stale substances includes: hexanal, 1-pentanol, octanal, decanal, benzaldehyde, 2-butanone, 2-pentanone, diisobutyl phthalate, 2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran, indole, 2-pentylfuran, 2-butyl-1-octanol, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol, p-vinylguaiacol, heptanal, nonanal, isopropyl myristate, and the like. These substances can cause the cooked rice to develop an stale flavor. In the following, aged rice, which is rice whose surface is oxidized after dehulling, will be described as an example. During the cooking process of the old rice with water, the stale substances can be released and enter the water. The drainage device 120 can drain the stale substances by draining water, thereby reducing the content of stale substances by washing with water, and thus improving the aroma of the food material and improving the cooking taste thereof.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100, and in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features.
The drain 120 also serves to drain the contents of the cooking chamber 112 from substances dissolved in the liquid to enhance the cooked flavor of the contents. The material includes, but is not limited to, cereal food materials such as rice.
The off-flavor substances that give off bad smell of the food material can be dissolved in a liquid such as water, and in the case of a cereal food material, for example, the stale substances in the cereal gradually precipitate as the cooking process progresses. For example, the stale material may be separated from the grains during the washing, steeping, heating for water absorption, boiling for cooking, etc., of the grains, and dissolved in the water in which the grains are steeped. Therefore, the drainage device 120 of the present embodiment discharges the substance dissolved in the liquid, such as the grain, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the flavor of the cooked material.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100, and in addition to the technical features of any one of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features:
the drain 120 includes: a drain 122, the drain 122 communicating with the cooking chamber 112.
The present embodiment employs a drain 122 to drain the liquid from the cooking chamber 112. The drain 122 may be in constant communication with the cooking chamber 112 or may extend into the cooking chamber 112 only when drainage is desired and exit the cooking chamber 112 when drainage is not desired.
The drain pipe 122 enables the liquid in the cooking chamber 112 to be drained easily and efficiently. In addition, drain pipe 122 is simple in construction, compact, easy to control, and flexible to fit with cooking chamber 112.
Example four
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100, and in addition to the technical features of any one of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features:
the cooking body 110 includes a pot body 114 and a cover 116, and the pot body 114 and the cover 116 are covered to form the cooking cavity 112. Wherein, an opening 132 is arranged at the top of the pan body 114, and the drain pipe 122 is inserted into the pan body 114 through the opening 132 to communicate with the cooking cavity 112. Or the pan body 114 is provided with a drain hole through which the drain pipe 122 communicates with the cooking chamber 112.
For example, the drain pipe 122 of the present embodiment may be disposed in the inner space of the cover 116 of the cooking body 110. When the draining operation is performed, the drain pipe 122 extends into the cooking chamber 112 through the opening 132, and when the draining operation is not required, the drain pipe 122 in the cooking chamber 112 is retracted into the cover 116 through the opening 132.
Again, for example, the drain pipe 122 of the present embodiment may be disposed on the pot body 114 of the cooking body 110, and a drain valve may be disposed on the drain pipe 122. The drain valve in the open state allows the drain pipe 122 to communicate with the cooking chamber 112 within the pot 114 and thereby allow the liquid in the cooking chamber 112 to be drained. The drain valve in the closed state isolates the drain pipe 122 from the inner space of the pot 114 and thus restricts the drainage of liquid in the cooking chamber 112.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100, and in addition to the technical features of any one of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features:
the drain 120 further includes: a power member 134, the power member 134 cooperating with the cooking chamber 112 for providing a drain power.
The power member 134 may further rapidly drive the liquid within the cooking chamber 112 out, thereby increasing the operating efficiency of the drain.
For example, drain 120 includes a drain pipe 122, and power component 134 of the present embodiment is disposed in drain pipe 122 or connected to drain pipe 122. The power unit 134 drives the liquid in the cooking cavity 112 into the drain pipe 122 in the operating state, and the liquid is discharged out of the cooking appliance 100 through the drain pipe 122.
