The automatic reel changer for producing the fully biodegradable mulching film according to claim 7, wherein a first connecting rod is disposed between two of the shaft insertion plates, two ends of the first connecting rod are respectively and fixedly connected to one of the shaft insertion plates, a second connecting rod is disposed between two of the lower shaft plates, and two ends of the second connecting rod are respectively and fixedly connected to one of the lower shaft plates.
9. The automatic reel changing device for producing the full-biodegradable mulching film according to claim 1, wherein a second notch is formed in the top of the shaft inserting plate.
10. The automatic reel changing device for producing the full-biodegradable mulching film according to claim 1, wherein a third cylinder is hinged to a position, close to the middle, of the shaft inserting plate, and the other end of the third cylinder is hinged to the second supporting plate.
