The safety slicing device for phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 4, wherein the slicing assembly comprises a slicing box (19), a first crushing roller (20), a second crushing roller (21) and a discharge hopper (22), the first crushing roller (20) and the second crushing roller (21) are movably arranged inside the slicing box (19), the first crushing roller (20) is close to the sectioning assembly, one side face of the slicing box (19) is fixedly connected with the sectioning assembly, the side face of the slicing box is provided with a feed inlet, the other side face of the slicing box (19) opposite to the feed inlet is fixedly connected with the discharge hopper (22), and the discharge hopper (22) is downward in opening.

s4: inside phyllostachys pubescens after the dissection was carried to section case (19), start first crushing roller (20) and second crushing roller (21) and cut into slices to phyllostachys pubescens, the phyllostachys pubescens after the section is through going out hopper (22) output.
