The indexing disc drives the ratchet wheel to rotate through the driving cylinder, the ratchet wheel is matched with the rotary disc to realize equidistant automatic rotation of the operating platform, automatic conveying of products in an indexing disc system is realized through full-automatic assembly, the working efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the indexing accuracy of the indexing disc is improved.
The stop device is arranged in the index plate, so that the operation platform can be prevented from rotating, when the rotary plate is driven by the driving cylinder for a certain angle, the stop clamping piece in the stop device and the notch on the rotary plate are used for clamping and positioning, the rotary plate is prevented from rotating randomly, the operation platform is prevented from rotating, and the indexing accuracy of the index plate is improved.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the cylinder driving device 6 includes a first cylinder fixing seat 61, a driving cylinder 62, a rocker 63, a ratchet catch 64, a ratchet 65, a turntable 66, a drum 69 and a spring 67, one end of the driving cylinder 62 is provided with the first cylinder fixing seat 61, the first cylinder fixing seat 61 is fixedly connected with the base plate 4 through a screw, a telescopic end of the driving cylinder 62 is hinged with the rocker 63, a free end of the rocker 63 is connected with the drum 69, the drum 69 is rotatably connected with the optical axis seat 5 through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the optical axis seat 5 is fixedly connected with the base plate 4; the ratchet catch 64 is hinged to the rocker 63, a spring 67 is arranged between one end of the ratchet catch 64 and the rocker 63, one end of the spring 67 is connected with one end of the ratchet catch 64, and the other end of the spring is connected with the rocker 63. In order to prevent the turntable from remaining stationary after a certain angle of rotation, the indexing disk is also provided with a stop means 7. As shown in fig. 7, the stopping device 7 includes a second cylinder fixing seat 71, a stopping cylinder 72, a stopping clamping piece 73, a rotating shaft 74 and a fixing plate 75, the second cylinder fixing seat 71 is disposed at one end of the stopping cylinder 72, the second cylinder fixing seat 71 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 4 through a screw, a telescopic end of the stopping cylinder 72 is hinged to one end of the stopping clamping piece 73, the telescopic rod of the stopping cylinder 72 extends and retracts to drive the stopping clamping piece 73 to swing, the other end of the stopping clamping piece 73 is matched with the turntable notch 68 of the cylinder driving rotation device 6, the rotating shaft 74 is disposed in the middle of the stopping clamping piece 73, the stopping clamping piece swings at a certain angle around the rotating shaft 74, the fixing plate 75 connected with the bottom wall of the operating platform 1 is disposed at the upper end of the rotating shaft 74, the stopping cylinder extends and retracts to drive the stopping clamping piece to swing, and the stopping clamping piece 73 is limited to the turntable.
The top surface of the operating platform 1 is provided with an assembly positioning module 2 convenient for positioning a product, the product is fixed on the operating platform 1 through the assembly positioning module 2, and the assembly positioning module can adopt a clamping groove or a positioning frame to play a role in fixing the product; the bottom surface of the operating platform is provided with an annular mounting plate 8 which is contacted with the supporting body.
The supporter 3 includes U-shaped support and supporting roller, the blind end and the 4 fixed connection of bottom plate of U-shaped support, supporting roller rotates with the open end of U-shaped support to be connected, supporting roller and the annular mounting panel in close contact with of operation platform bottom surface, operation platform relies on annular mounting panel and supporting roller contact rotation.
Four supporting bodies 3 are uniformly arranged between the operating platform 1 and the bottom plate 4. The four supporting bodies 3 are arranged in an annular equal division manner by taking the center of the turntable 66 as the center of a circle, provide supporting action for the operating panel, are provided with optical axes in the middle and are matched with bearings to realize the rotation of the operating platform.
The number of convex teeth on the periphery of the ratchet wheel 65 is the same as that of the notches of the rotary table 66, the positions of the convex teeth correspond to those of the notches, and the number of the notches 66 is the same as that of the assembling and positioning modules 2 on the operating platform; the rotating disc 66 is fixedly connected with the ratchet wheel 65 through a mounting hole and a fixing piece.
