Abstract
本发明涉及一种微透析探针,在这种微透析探针中,中心管由一薄的透析管包围,其位于两管接头(2,5)之间。为了加固探针并便于其抽出而不会因透析管的脆弱而遗留探针的任何部分,按照本发明,中心管的远端从内部固定地连接于远端的管接头(2),管接头(2)的外径大于透析管(3)的外径。
Description
本发明涉及一种权利要求1前序部分中所限定的微透析探针。在SE-C-434214中描述了这种透析探针。
微透析的意思是指一种将探针快速插入组织中,使半渗透性膜的一侧与组织和体液接触,而使另一侧用透析液冲洗的检查方法,透析液通过膜吸收物质,然后可在流过的液体中对上述物质进行分析。这种方法近年来取得了不小的前展,有关微透析的研究出版物数目十年中迅猛增长。
但是,由于透析探针性质脆弱,难于插入和取出探针,因而在临床和综合性临床上用于人体诊断的应用一直处于滞后状态。至少探针的一部分必须有一个尤其当取出探针时易于破碎的半渗透性薄膜构成的表面。破碎的问题在插入时尚不严重,这是由于在插入过程中,通常使用一根外管,插入后取出外管而留下探针。该外管可呈塑料管形式,可以抽回,当外管逐渐抽回时缝与皮齐平,而控针留在原位。
但是,当探针插入活人组织时,探针必须当人移动,尽管可能出现应力和应变时能够保持其形状。当使用后抽出探针时会出现更大的问题。在已公知的探针的情形中,抽回可能导到部分探针留在体内。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种微透析探针,它适用于在作为常规方法为诊断而取样时的一般人体应用,特别是可以消除抽回探针时遗留材料的危险。
按照本发明,通过权利要求1特征部分中所限定的方式对本文开头所述微透析探针的改进,可以实现上述的和其它的目的,最大限度地避免前述危险。优选实施例在从属权利要求中限定。
由于探针的远端固定地连接在中心管上,因而可保证该端的安全抽回。另外,即使管破碎,可能发生的最坏情况仅仅是向着远端的一定程度的运动,远端直径较大,当从插孔抽回时,远端将带出套管(mantletube)破碎产生的任何碎片,因而也可以保证不会留下套管的任何部分。
现在对照附图和非限定的实施例详述本发明。
图1是微透析探针的示意侧视图。
图2表示中心管。
图3放大地以剖面图表示微透析探针的远端。
图4放大地以剖面图表示微透析探针的近端。
图1所示的探针1在其远端有一放大的管接头,呈第一管2的形式,一套管3从管2伸出,套管3较细。套管3伸向第二管4并伸入其中。第二管4又伸向远端件5,两根外连接管6和7从远端件5伸出。
按照本发明,实际上不是至少部分很细的套管3作为支承结构,而是套管3套着中心管8,中心管8在端件5和管接头2之间延伸,并固定在管接头2上,使套管3实际上夹紧在管接头2和管4的远端之间。中心管在图2中表示,在其远端封闭且放大。如图3所示,中心管固定在管接头2中,由胶包围,最好至少局部形状一致地容纳在管接头2中。如果管8是塑料的,管端适当地熔化成形。
如图4所示,在端件5中,中心管8连接于管6和7之一,而另一管排入中心管8和第二管4之间的空间中。为了便于对称的和无故障地抽回,中心管从决不插入人体的端件5笔直地伸至远端的加厚部分9。即使在实际穿过人的皮肤(人的皮肤相对来说韧性和弹性较好)时膜破碎,膜也会留在中心管远端的放大端部上而被抽出。
实例
一根外径为0.4mm,内径为0.12mm的硬聚氨酯管一端熔结成直径为6mm的近似半球9,直径为0.1mm的两相对的孔在与其轴向距离为大约0.5mm处制成,这样形成一根图2所示的中心管,其尺寸示于图中。在心轴上安装与人造肾脏所用相同的酰胺膜3形成外部,其厚度为50m,直径为0.5μm。内径为0.65mm的管2和4从两侧施加,管端用聚胺酯胶牢固地胶合在膜上。整体地从心轴撤出,中心管从远侧装配,因而球9最后,然后如图3所示,在管2和球9之间注入胶。管7固定在中心管的另一端,另一根管6安装得连接于管4和8之间的内部空间,整体由模制的塑料5包围。
为了插入这样的管,需要某种形式的加固,如插入后可除去的套管。可以得到的钢套管设有两个纵向延伸的削弱部,其可使套管能被撤出并分成两半以便除去。
“透析液”能够以公知的方式通过连接管6和7之一压入,在通过半渗透性的套管吸收的物质从另一根连接管收集。最好使用直接与膜管和中心管之间的空间连通的管作为引入管,这样可以消除所谓“死空间”。流出的液体然后经过常规的微量分析,微量分析不是本发明的构成部分。
Claims (6)
1.一种微透析探针,它具有两根外部连接管(6,7),一根由半渗透性套管(3)包围的中心管(8),其中,中心管具一远端开口,其近端连接于外部连接管之一(7),在其近端在中心管(8)和套管(3)之间形成的空间连接于另一外部连接管(6),套管(3)部分地由一管接头(2,4)包围,管接头(2,4)支承并部分地暴露外管,其特征在于:所述管接头包括固定于套管近端并包围所述近端的第一管(4),以及固定于套管并包围其远端的,而且在所述远端闭合的第二管(4),其中,中心管(8)在其远端包括形状最好一致地装在第二管中的加厚部分(9),中心管的远端开口位于其侧面,并通入在中心管和外管之间形成的空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的微透析探针,其特征在于:属于管接头的管(2,4)是由塑料制成的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的微透析探针,其特征在于:胶铺设在中心管(8)的远端加厚部分(9)和第二管(2)的远端之间,且构成在中心管上的连接物和第二管远端的封闭物。
4.如前述任一微透析探针,其特征在于:第二管(2)构成探针远端的增大部分,该增大部分的外径大于外管(3)的外径。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的微透析探针,其特征在于:所述套管的壁厚为15~50μm。
6.如权利要求5所述的微透析探针,其特征在于:所述外管是由酰胺或纤维素制成的。
