Claims (10)

1. A processing tool for punching a hydraulic oil cylinder comprises a supporting platform (1) and is characterized in that a supporting plate (2) is arranged on one side of the upper end face of the supporting platform (1), and a punching machine (3) is arranged on the inner side of the supporting plate (2) in a vertically sliding mode;
a first sliding groove (4) is transversely formed in the upper end face of the supporting platform (1), a second sliding groove (5) is longitudinally formed in the upper end face of the supporting platform (1), the first sliding groove (4) and the second sliding groove (5) are arranged in a crossed mode, one end, far away from the supporting plate (2), of the second sliding groove (5) extends to one side of the supporting platform (1), a first sliding base (6) is arranged on the first sliding groove (4) in a sliding mode, and a first clamping mechanism (7) is connected to the first sliding base (6) in a rotating mode;
a second clamping mechanism (8) is hung on one side of the supporting platform (1), and a locking mechanism (9) is arranged on the outer side of an opening of the second sliding groove (5).

s2: when the main body of the hydraulic oil cylinder needs to be punched, a first sliding base (6) is slid to an opening of a second sliding groove (5), then a pull rod (45) is pulled, a sliding rod (902) is driven to slide to the inside of a sliding groove (43) through the pull rod (45), then the first sliding base (6) and a first clamping mechanism (7) are taken down, then a nut (28) and a second threaded rod (26) are made to fall off by rotating the nut (28), then the second clamping mechanism (8) is taken down, the pull rod (45) is pulled again, the sliding rod (902) is driven to slide to the inside of the sliding groove (43) through the pull rod (45), then the second clamping mechanism (8) is clamped into the second sliding groove (5), the sliding rod (902) is rebounded by the arrangement of a compression spring (45) when the pull rod (45) is loosened, the second sliding chute (5) is closed, the first sliding base (6) and the arranged first clamping mechanism (7) are connected with the second threaded rod (26) through a third through hole (601), then the nut (28) is screwed and connected with the second threaded rod (26) again, and the first sliding base (7) and the first clamping mechanism (7) are successfully hung on one side of the supporting platform (1);
s3: the hydraulic oil cylinder body is placed between a sliding plate (802) and a fixed clamping plate (803), then a threaded sleeve (40) is held, the threaded sleeve (40) is rotated on a fourth threaded rod (38), then the sliding plate (802) is driven to approach to the fixed plate (803), so that the hydraulic oil cylinder body is fixed between the sliding plate (802) and the fixed plate (803), then the hole punching machine (3) is used for punching, and when the hole punching machine is used for punching, corresponding sliding adjustment can be carried out according to requirements by means of arrangement of a first sliding chute (4) and a second sliding chute (5).
