The punching and cutting part 8 consists of a punching hole 81 and a punching groove 82, the lower die 10 is provided with the punching hole 81 used for matching with a punching rod and the punching groove 82 used for matching with a cutting knife body, and a plurality of stop blocks 13 are distributed above the material belt linear flow passage 11. The base 1 is connected with a pressing knife 12 in a sliding fit mode.
The workpiece blank on the material belt passes through the material belt linear flow channel 11 of the lower die 10, when the workpiece blank firstly passes through the punching and cutting part 8, the upper die 9 and the lower die 10 are closed, the punch rod passes through the workpiece and is inserted into the punched hole 81, the punching operation of the workpiece is completed, and meanwhile, the cutting knife cuts the waste on the workpiece and is inserted into the punching groove 82, and the cutting of the workpiece is completed.
Then the workpiece moves forwards horizontally to the folded part 7 of the side plate, the side part of the workpiece is positioned in front of the folded block 71, the push rod 72 is pushed at the moment, the folded block 71 moves forwards and folds the side part of the workpiece, and the spring 73 is in a pressing state. Finally, the push rod 72 is released, and the spring 73 rebounds to drive the lower dog-ear block 71 to retreat and reset.
Then the work piece passes through the groove of wearing of guide block 6 and moves to between fixed plug 4 and the swaging knife 9, and the cylinder orders about swaging knife 12 to move towards the work piece direction, until compressing tightly the work piece on fixed plug 4. And finally, the cylinder drives the cutter 2 to cut the workpiece off from the material belt, the cylinder drives the angle folding knife 3 to move towards the workpiece, the angle folding knife 3 is matched with the central die 5 to fold the workpiece, and the elevator door switch elastic sheet is formed.
