A method of using the aid; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: determining the area to be detected of a product to be detected, placing the product to be detected on a detection tool placing seat of a detection tool, and fixing;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, an operator can hold the hand-held grab handle, and the end part of the insertion column penetrates through the corresponding through hole of the product to be detected and is inserted into the detection tool guide hole on the detection tool placing seat; the end part of the fixed calibration block is required to be attached to the outer side surface of the test tool placing seat;
and step 3: after the operation is finished, moving the sliding block to enable the end face of the sliding block to be attached to a product to be detected; after the sliding block is attached to a product to be detected, the locking part is screwed, and the sliding block is locked and fixed;
and 4, step 4: and 3, after the step 3 is finished, measuring the gap between the first detection plane and the second detection plane by using a gap ruler, and obtaining the outline size of the position.
The specific implementation steps are as follows:
determining the area to be detected of the product 7, and placing and fixing the product 7 to be detected on a detection tool body of the detection tool, namely a detection tool placing seat 6; at the moment, an operator can hold the hand-held grab handle 5 by hand, and the end part of the insertion column 1 penetrates through the corresponding through hole of the product 7 to be detected and is inserted into the detection tool guide hole 61 on the detection tool placing seat 6; the end part of the fixed fixing block 3 is required to be attached to the outer side surface of the detection tool placing seat 6; after the operation is finished, the sliding block 2 is moved, so that the end face of the sliding block 2 is attached to the product 7 to be detected; after the sliding block 2 is attached to the product 7 to be detected, the locking part is screwed to fix the sliding block 2, and then the clearance between the first detection plane 22 and the second detection plane 41 is measured by using the clearance ruler, so that the contour dimension of the plane can be obtained.
