The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the sea sedge product is baked by the baking oven 1, the third limiting valve 9 is opened, the first limiting valve 502 and the second limiting valve 707 are closed, the exhaust fan 4 is started simultaneously, under the action of the exhaust fan 4, the water vapor is conveyed to the output pipe 3 from the baking oven 1 through the air outlet pipe 2, then is input into the drying box 701 through the output pipe 3, in the drying box 701, the gas passes through the drying net box 703 and reacts with the calcium oxide drying agent filled in the drying net box 703, the water vapor is absorbed by calcium oxide, so that the gas is rapidly dried, when the calcium oxide reacts with the water, a large amount of heat is released, the gas is reheated, the dried gas with heat flows back into the baking oven 1 again, and the heat is ensured to flow back into the baking oven 1 while the internal environment of the baking oven 1 is dried in the baking process of the sea sedge product, the heat is fully used, the baking of the seaweed product is accelerated, and meanwhile, the temperature and the air pressure inside the baking box 1 are detected through the thermometer 11 and the air pressure detector 10, so that the normal temperature and the normal air pressure inside the baking box 1 are ensured in the baking process of the seaweed product;
after the baking is finished, the third limiting valve 9 is closed, the booster water pump 512 is started at the same time, water is supplied to the water inlet pipe 511 through the booster water pump 512, the water level is observed through the observation window 515, when the water level reaches the required water level, the first limiting valve 502 is opened, so that the water vapor is output into the exhaust pipe 501 through the output pipe 3, the water vapor is conveyed into the heat exchange pipe 504 through the exhaust pipe 501, in the heat exchange pipe 504, the gas gradually slows down the flowing speed through the decelerating circular ring 507, the heat conducting area is increased outside the heat exchange pipe 504 through the heat conducting strip 506, thereby ensuring the sufficient heat exchange of the water vapor entering the heat exchange pipe 504, the condensed water generated in the process of the heat exchange of the water vapor flows into the water drainage tank 508 through the inner wall of the pipeline and is discharged through the water drainage tank 508, thereby avoiding the condensed water remaining in the pipeline and affecting the heat exchange effect of the pipeline, the gas after the heat exchange is discharged through the gas outlet fan 509 through the discharge pipe 505, during discharging, the temperature detector 510 detects the temperature of the discharged gas, so as to adjust the speed of the water flow, the exhaust fan 4 and the air outlet fan 509 according to the temperature, thereby ensuring the sufficiency of heat exchange and the full utilization of heat energy;
when the heat conducting strip 506 needs to be cleaned, the first electric push rod 608 is started to drive the first connecting rod 609 to move, so that the sliding plate 604 at the position of the first connecting rod 609 is driven to move, the first connecting rod 609 is driven to drive the first fixing rod 610 to move, so that the first fixing rod 610 slides along the sliding column 611, the slide rail is driven to the position of the second fixing rod 612 to move, and the sliding plate 604 at the position of the second fixing rod 612 is driven to move; the second electric push rod 613 is started to drive the second connecting rod 614 to move, so that the sliding plate 604 at the position of the second connecting rod 614 is driven to move, the sliding plate 604 is driven to slide along the guide rod 605, so that the cleaning circular plate 602 is driven to move, impurities attached to the surface of the heat conducting strip 506 are cleaned through the movement of the cleaning circular plate 602, so that the surface of the heat conducting strip 506 is clean, the heat conducting strip 506 can conduct heat fully during use, the contact area of the heat exchange tube 504 is increased by the fixing circular plate 601, the cleaning circular plate 602 and the guide rod 605, and the heat exchange efficiency is further accelerated;
in the heat exchange, gas flows into the heat exchange pipe 504, through opening the second limiting valve 707, make outside gas enter into the drying box 701 through the intake pipe 706, discharge to the baking box 1 after the drying of outside air through the drying box 701, thereby guaranteed the gas discharge back in the baking box 1, its inside atmospheric pressure is normal, also avoided outside air directly to discharge into the baking box 1 simultaneously, lead to its inside moist condition to appear once more, through discharging the outside air after drying into the baking box 1, can accelerate the cooling of sea sedge goods, make sea sedge goods cool off more, observe the inside temperature condition of baking box 1 through the thermometer 11, thereby be convenient for the staff to know inside temperature, avoid opening baking box 1 under the unknown condition, lead to the injury of high temperature to the human body.
