Through this connection structure, the stopper 22 can restrict the engaging portion 8 from leaving the slide bearing 15 without interfering with the sliding of the engaging portion 8, and can restrict the engaging portion 8 from shifting in the left-right direction. In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, an elastic element 23 is further disposed between the lower end of the engaging portion 8 and the sliding support 15, the elastic element 23 is a longitudinally disposed spring, and the elastic element 23 is configured to provide an elastic force to make the support component 3 always have a tendency to slide upwards, so that the lumbar support body 1 always has a tendency to rotate forwards and push out, and thus the lumbar support body 1 can push out forwards by itself during adjustment.
As shown in fig. 3-11, the adjustment assembly 4 is effective to lock the engagement portion 8, and thus the lumbar support body 1; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the cylindrical guide seat 5 is arranged at a position close to the matching part 8, and the cylindrical guide seat 5 is fixed on the back bracket A through screw connection; the two ends of the cylindrical guide seat 5 are open and the interior of the cylindrical guide seat is communicated; the locking piece 6 transversely penetrates through the cylindrical guide seat 5, the locking piece 6 can transversely move along the axial direction of the cylindrical guide seat 5, the locking piece 6 is exposed out of the cylindrical guide seat 5, and a locking pin 11 is formed at the part, facing the positioning hole, of the locking piece 6; the control handle 7 comprises a rotating part 7a and a wrench 7b exposed at one side of the back bracket A; the rotating part 7b is rotatably connected to the back support A, and the rotating part 7b can rotate left and right relative to the back support A; as shown in fig. 10-11, the rotating portion 7a and the locking member 6 are linked through a connecting block 24, and two ends of the connecting block 24 are rotatably connected with the rotating portion 7a and the locking member 6, so that the rotating portion 7a rotates left and right to drive the connecting block 24 to move transversely, and the locking member 6 is controlled to move horizontally left and right, and the connecting block 24 can deflect to adjust the stress direction, so that the operation is more labor-saving. And the locking piece 6 is positioned in the cylindrical guide seat 5, a pressure spring 25 is also arranged between the locking piece 6 and the cylindrical guide seat 5, and the pressure spring 25 can provide elasticity to ensure that the locking piece 6 always has the tendency that the locking pin 11 is outwards penetrated out of the cylindrical guide seat 5 and inserted into the first positioning hole 9 or the second positioning hole 10. The first positioning hole 9 and the second positioning hole 10 are arranged on the side wall of the matching part 8 close to the cylindrical guide seat 5; and the positional relationship of the first positioning hole 9 and the second positioning hole 10 is configured as: when the support member 3 is at the lowest position of the slide bearing 15 as shown in fig. 9, the first positioning hole 9 is just aligned with the locking pin 11 hole, and the locking pin 11 is inserted into the first positioning hole 9, as shown in fig. 1, and in this position, the lumbar support body 1 is at the backward position (i.e., the normal use state). If the waist rest body 1 needs to achieve the waist supporting effect, the wrench 7b is wrenched to rotate the rotating part 7a, so as to drive the locking piece 6 to be far away from the matching part 8, and the locking pin 11 is withdrawn from the first positioning hole 9; as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the supporting component 3 will move up along the sliding support seat 15 under the action of the elastic element 23 and simultaneously drive the lumbar support body 1 to rotate forward and eject, when the supporting component 3 moves up to the maximum position, the second positioning hole 10 is just aligned with the locking pin 11, and only by loosening the wrench 7b, the locking pin 11 will be inserted into the second positioning hole 10 under the action of the elastic force of the pressure spring 25, so as to lock the lumbar support body 1 again, and at this time, the lumbar support body 1 is in the ejected position. If the lumbar support body 1 needs to be reset, the wrench 7b is pulled again to push the lumbar support body 1 to rotate backwards for resetting, and then the wrench 7b is loosened again; if a user sits on the seat, the user can directly lean backwards to act on the waist rest body 1, and the operation is very quick and convenient; and the wrench 7b is exposed out of the side surface of the back support A, so that a user can conveniently sit on the chair to adjust the chair without leaving the chair.
In summary, the lumbar support depth adjustment device of the present invention can adjust the initial position of the lumbar support body 1 in advance before the user uses the lumbar support device. When the waist support body 1 is required to be used and has the waist supporting effect, only the control handle 7 is needed to be acted, the waist support body 1 can automatically rotate forwards to be ejected, and then the control handle 7 is loosened to lock the waist support body 1 at the ejection position. If only need the waist to lean on body 1 and play when ordinary support effect, effect control handle 7 and promote waist to lean on body 1 and rotate backward, then with waist lean on body 1 locking in the position of moving back can, the operation is adjusted lightly laborsavingly. In addition, when the user sits on and leans against the lumbar support body 1 after adjusting the initial position of the lumbar support body 1, the elastic part 14 has elasticity, so that the lumbar support body 1 can still elastically deflect within a certain range, thereby realizing the self-adaptive function of the lumbar support body 1. So that the lumbar support body 1 can pre-adjust its initial position according to the user's requirements, and no matter under the ejection position or the retreat position, the lumbar support body 1 can still find the self-adaptive elastic deflection.
Alternatively, two or more positioning holes (not shown) may be provided in the engaging portion 8, and the lumbar support body 1 may have more adjustment positions by locking the locking pins with the positioning holes at different positions, thereby further satisfying the use requirements of different users.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Claims (13)

1. A lumbar support depth adjustment device characterized by comprising:
the waist rest body is rotatably connected to the back bracket; the waist rest body can rotate back and forth around the back support;
the supporting component is longitudinally arranged between the waist rest body and the back support and comprises a matching part at the bottom and a vertical elastic part with elasticity; the matching part is in sliding fit with the back support along the vertical direction, and the upper end of the elastic part is connected with the waist rest body; the supporting component correspondingly slides up and down along the back bracket in response to the back-and-forth rotation action of the waist rest body; and at least two positioning holes which are spaced up and down are arranged on the matching part;
the adjusting assembly is arranged beside the supporting part; the adjusting assembly comprises a locking piece connected to the back bracket and a control handle for controlling the locking piece to move transversely; a locking pin which is in inserted fit with the positioning hole is formed on the locking piece; when the locking pin is separated from the positioning hole, the lumbar support body rotates forwards and backwards and drives the supporting part to move up and down so as to adjust the initial position of the lumbar support body; the locking pin is inserted into the positioning hole at the corresponding position to fix the initial position of the lumbar support body; when the lumbar support body is at different initial positions and is subjected to backward acting force, the elastic part is promoted to deform so as to elastically support the lumbar support body.
2. The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 1, wherein: the middle position of the lower part of the back support is provided with a longitudinal sliding support seat, and the matching part is in sliding fit with the sliding support seat.

The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 2, wherein: the back surface of the matching part is arc-shaped, the sliding support seat and the sliding contact surface of the matching part are correspondingly arranged into arc-shaped surfaces, and the arc-shaped surfaces on the sliding support seat are bent towards the front upper part from bottom to top; so that the waist rest body moves forwards simultaneously in the process that the supporting component moves upwards along the sliding supporting seat.
4. The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 1, wherein: the elastic part is a supporting elastic sheet which extends upwards from the matching part, and the supporting elastic sheet is an arc-shaped body with the middle position protruding forwards.

The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the elastic part is in clamping fit with the waist rest body, the upper end of the waist rest body is provided with a bayonet, and the upper end of the elastic part is correspondingly provided with an elastic clamping tongue and a clamping block which are spaced up and down; the upper end of the elastic part penetrates out of the bayonet upwards and the elastic clamping tongue is clamped outside the bayonet, and the elastic clamping tongue and the clamping block limit the upper end of the elastic part and the waist rest body to be relatively fixed in the vertical direction.

The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 2, wherein: the matching part is slidably arranged on the sliding installation seat through a limiting part; the limiting piece comprises a limiting head and a guide post extending backwards from the limiting head; be equipped with fore-and-aft spout on cooperation portion, the guide post is worn to establish in this spout and is connected on the slidable mounting seat, and spacing first width is greater than the spout width and breaks away from the sliding support seat with the restriction cooperation portion.

The lumbar support depth adjustment device of claim 1, wherein: the matching part is provided with a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole which are arranged at an upper and a lower interval, and the second positioning hole is positioned below the first positioning hole; correspondingly, the waist rest body is provided with two initial positions, namely a backward position and an ejection position, wherein the backward position is the backward position, and the ejection position is the forward position, and the locking pin is in locking fit with the first positioning hole in the backward position; and under the ejection position, the locking pin is matched with the second positioning hole in a locking way.
