When the solar water heater is used, water is added into the solar water storage tank 7 through the cold water inlet pipe 5, water in the solar water storage tank 7 is added into the solar heat collector 3 through the first water flowing pipe 36, the solar heat collector 3 heats the water by receiving heat, the heated water enters the solar water storage tank 7 through the second water flowing pipe 37, the first temperature sensor 44 detects the water temperature in real time, the detected information is fed back to the second controller 43 for display, the second controller 43 detects the water temperature through the first temperature sensor 44 and the second temperature sensor 45, whether the water temperature reaches a value preset by a user is judged, if the water temperature reaches the water temperature set by the user, the electric valve 42 on the side of the hot water outlet pipe 39 close to the hot water inlet of the electric water heater 4 is closed, the electric valve 42 on the side of the hot water outlet pipe 39 close to the cold water inlet pipe 5 is opened, hot water flows out from the hot water outlet of the solar water storage tank 7 and then directly flows through the water mixing valve 40 for the water pipe 41, the user can adjust the water temperature through the water mixing valve 40; if the water in the solar water storage tank 7 does not reach the water temperature set by the user, the second controller 43 commands to close the electric valve 42 on one side of the hot water outlet pipe 39 close to the cold water inlet pipe 5 and open the electric valve 42 on one side of the hot water outlet pipe 39 close to the hot water port of the electric water heater 4, the second controller 43 controls the electric water heater 4 to heat the water, the electric water heater 4 heats the water to reach the water temperature set by the user, the hot water flows out of the hot water port, the water pipe 41 is used for bathing through the water mixing valve 40, and the water temperature can be adjusted by the user through the water mixing valve 40; a lot of dust falls off after the solar thermal collector 3 is used for a long time, the transmission motor 26 is started, the transmission motor 26 rotates forwards or backwards, the transmission motor 26 drives the driving screw 27 to rotate, the driving screw 27 drives the moving block 29 to move, the dust on the solar thermal collector 3 is removed by the air blown out by the blower 35, the cleaning roller 31 is driven by the moving block 29 to move back and forth on the solar thermal collector 3 to clean, and the dust on the surface of the solar thermal collector 3, which is difficult to clean, is removed; when the raindrop sensor 22 detects that it rains, the raindrop sensor 22 feeds detected signals back to the first controller 24, the first controller 24 starts the driving motor 12, the driving motor 12 drives the driving worm 14 to rotate, the driving worm 14 drives the driving worm wheel 15 to rotate, the driving worm wheel 15 drives the deflection shaft 16 to rotate, the deflection shaft 16 drives the first rain baffle 18 to rotate, the first rain baffle 18 falls on the auxiliary supporting column 17, and when rainwater falls on the second rain baffle 19, the damping spring 20 and the water cushion 21 are matched to buffer the impact force of the rainwater, so that the impact force is reduced; while avoiding direct corrosion of the solar collector 3 by rain.

step two: if the water in the solar water storage tank does not reach the water use temperature set by the user, the second controller commands to close the electric valve on one side of the hot water outlet pipe close to the cold water inlet pipe and open the electric valve on one side of the hot water outlet pipe close to the hot water opening of the electric water heater, the electric water heater is controlled by the second controller to heat the water, the electric water heater heats the water to reach the water use temperature set by the user, the hot water flows out of the hot water opening, the water supply pipe is used for bathing through the water mixing valve, and the water temperature can be adjusted by the user through adjusting the water mixing valve;
