本发明涉及环保纸技术领域,具体是一种环保纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
造纸是古代中国劳动人民的重要发明。分有机制和手工两种形式。机制是在造纸机上连续进行,将适合于纸张质量的纸浆,用水稀释至一定浓度,在造纸机的网部初步脱水,形成湿的纸页,再经压榨脱水,然后烘干成纸。
手工则用有竹帘、聚酯网或铜网的框架,将分散悬浮于水中的纤维抄成湿纸页,经压榨脱水,再行晒干或烘干成纸。机制和手工两种造出来的纸最大区别在于,由于手工纸采用人工打浆,纸浆中的纤维保存完好;机制纸采用机器打浆,纸浆纤维被打碎。使得手工纸在韧性拉力上大大优于机制纸。机制纸存在浆网速差导致纤维纵横向分布不均,手工纸不存在纤维纵横向分布比例不均,特别体现在书画用纸上(比如:宣纸);
目前随着科学技术的发展,出现了各种环保纸制造,如通过竹等含纤维的材料替代木材造纸,竹材主要化学成分包括纤维素、半纤维素和木质素;我国竹子种质资源、竹林面积、蓄积量均居世界首位,素有“竹子王国”之称。在这一背景下,发展竹材制浆造纸有助于缓解我国制浆造纸工业木材短缺的矛盾,有利于保护生态环境。陈礼辉告诉记者,“竹子具有生长快、周期短、可再生等优点,竹材是优良的造纸原料;然而传统的竹材造纸采用竹竿进行,遗弃了竹根以及竹叶等,竹林在长时间生产过程中需要清理根部,因此有大量的竹根遗弃。综合来说,纸张纤维原料单一,木材或竹等材料使用量大,不利于环保。

一种环保纸,包括如下以质量计量的原料组分:
纤维浆料组合物100-200份、植物胶20-50份、消泡剂10-30份、分散剂20-40份以及润胀剂10-30份;
所述纤维浆料组合物包括竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料的比例为3:2:1。
作为本发明的再进一步技术方案:所述竹制浆料的原料包括竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶。
作为本发明的再进一步技术方案:所述农作物秸秆制浆料的原料包括水稻秸秆、小麦秸秆以及玉米秸秆。
作为本发明的再进一步技术方案:所述植物胶包括田菁胶、瓜尔胶、胡麻胶以及香豆胶;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或甘油聚氧丙烯醚。

S3、对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆;
S4、对纸张初浆进行抄干制得环保纸,并干燥制成原纸,卷取,热压,裁切。
作为本发明的再进一步技术方案:所述S1中竹制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1011、将竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶洗净,并将竹竿以及竹枝螺旋绞碎并剪切成片段竹料,将竹根以及竹叶粉碎成渣状竹料;
S1012、将片状竹料以及渣状竹料混合,加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;

本发明进一步提供竹制浆料的制备方法,创造性地使用了以往遗弃的竹枝、竹根以及竹叶,进一步提高资源利用率,另本发明进一步农作物秸秆制浆料制备方法,预先进行生物脱胶后采用烧碱蒸煮脱胶,提高脱胶以及后续纤维浆料制备效率。
本发明进一步在竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料混合,加入植物胶、消泡剂以及去离子水,便于竹纤维、农作物秸秆纤维以及木纤维匀质混合;
本发明进一步在对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆,进一步进行匀质和润胀纸张原浆,提高后续抄干纸张的品质。

一种环保纸,包括如下以质量计量的原料组分:
纤维浆料组合物100份、植物胶20份、消泡剂10份、分散剂20份以及润胀剂10份;
所述纤维浆料组合物包括竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料。所述竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料的比例为3:2:1;所述植物胶为瓜尔胶;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚。所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵;所述润胀剂为碳酸钠。
该环保纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料;
S2、将竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料混合,并加入植物胶、消泡剂以及去离子水制备浓度为15%的纤维浆料组合物;
S3、对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆;
S4、对纸张初浆进行抄干制得环保纸,并干燥制成原纸,卷取,热压,裁切
所述竹制浆料的原料包括竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶。
竹制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1011、将竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶洗净,并将竹竿以及竹枝螺旋绞碎并剪切成片段竹料,将竹根以及竹叶粉碎成渣状竹料;
S1012、将片状竹料以及渣状竹料混合,加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;
S1013、过滤、漂洗以及浓缩制得竹制浆料。
农作物秸秆制浆料的原料包括水稻秸秆、小麦秸秆以及玉米秸秆。
农作物秸秆制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1021、将秸秆原料洗净粉碎,并加入生物酶进行生物脱胶;
S1022、加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;
S1023、过滤、漂洗以及浓缩制得农作物秸秆制浆料。
所述S3中对浓度为15%的纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到打浆度为30°SR的纸张原浆。
实施例二:
一种环保纸,包括如下以质量计量的原料组分:
纤维浆料组合物180份、植物胶40份、消泡剂20份、分散剂20份以及润胀剂10份;
所述纤维浆料组合物包括竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料。所述竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料的比例为3:2:1;所述植物胶为田菁胶;所述消泡剂为甘油聚氧丙烯醚。所述分散剂为硬脂酸;所述润胀剂为烧碱和碳酸钠等比例混合物;
该环保纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料;
S2、将竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料混合,并加入植物胶、消泡剂以及去离子水制备浓度为20%的纤维浆料组合物;
S3、对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆;
S4、对纸张初浆进行抄干制得环保纸,并干燥制成原纸,卷取,热压,裁切
所述竹制浆料的原料包括竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶。
竹制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1011、将竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶洗净,并将竹竿以及竹枝螺旋绞碎并剪切成片段竹料,将竹根以及竹叶粉碎成渣状竹料;
S1012、将片状竹料以及渣状竹料混合,加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;

农作物秸秆制浆料的原料包括水稻秸秆、小麦秸秆以及玉米秸秆。
农作物秸秆制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1021、将秸秆原料洗净粉碎,并加入生物酶进行生物脱胶;
S1022、加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;
S1023、过滤、漂洗以及浓缩制得农作物秸秆制浆料。
所述S3中对浓度为20%的纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到打浆度为45°SR的纸张原浆。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明提供一种环保纸及其制备方法,本发明采用竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料为主料,辅以木制浆料制备环保纸,降低木制浆料的使用,使得环保纸兼具木质纸以及竹纸的品质,同时采用农作物秸秆制浆料,从造纸方向消化农作物秸秆,有利于节约资源,节能环保;本发明进一步提供竹制浆料的制备方法,创造性地使用了以往遗弃的竹枝、竹根以及竹叶,进一步提高资源利用率,另本发明进一步农作物秸秆制浆料制备方法,预先进行生物脱胶后采用烧碱蒸煮脱胶,提高脱胶以及后续纤维浆料制备效率。本发明进一步在竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料混合,加入植物胶、消泡剂以及去离子水,便于竹纤维、农作物秸秆纤维以及木纤维匀质混合;本发明进一步在对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆,进一步进行匀质和润胀纸张原浆,提高后续抄干纸张的品质。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保纸,其特征在于,包括如下以质量计量的原料组分:
纤维浆料组合物100-200份、植物胶20-50份、消泡剂10-30份、分散剂20-40份以及润胀剂10-30份;
所述纤维浆料组合物包括竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保纸,其特征在于,所述竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料的比例为3:2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保纸,其特征在于,所述竹制浆料的原料包括竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保纸,其特征在于,所述农作物秸秆制浆料的原料包括水稻秸秆、小麦秸秆以及玉米秸秆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保纸,其特征在于,所述植物胶包括田菁胶、瓜尔胶、胡麻胶以及香豆胶;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或甘油聚氧丙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保纸,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵、聚丙烯酸钠或硬脂酸;所述润胀剂包括烧碱和碳酸钠。
7.一种环保纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料;
S2、将竹制浆料、农作物秸秆制浆料以及木制浆料混合,并加入植物胶、消泡剂以及去离子水制备浓度为10%-25%的纤维浆料组合物;
S3、对纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到纸张原浆;
S4、对纸张初浆进行抄干制得环保纸,并干燥制成原纸,卷取,热压,裁切。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中竹制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1011、将竹竿、竹枝、竹根以及竹叶洗净,并将竹竿以及竹枝螺旋绞碎并剪切成片段竹料,将竹根以及竹叶粉碎成渣状竹料;
S1012、将片状竹料以及渣状竹料混合,加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;
S1013、过滤、漂洗以及浓缩制得竹制浆料。
9.根据权利要求7所述的环保纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中农作物秸秆制浆料制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1021、将秸秆原料洗净粉碎,并加入生物酶进行生物脱胶;
S1022、加入烧碱进行蒸煮脱胶;
S1023、过滤、漂洗以及浓缩制得农作物秸秆制浆料。
10.根据权利要求7所述的环保纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中对浓度为10%-25%的纤维浆料组合物进行打浆,并加入分散剂以及润胀剂得到打浆度为30~50°SR的纸张原浆。
