then, when the object is polished, the water pump 19 is started, the water pump 19 pumps water flow out of the cooling tank 10 through the water inlet pipe 18, the water flow is conveyed into the spray pipe 26 through the water outlet pipe 20 and is uniformly sprayed onto the polished object through the spray head 21, so that structural damage to the object due to high temperature is avoided, the sprayed water flow filters polishing residues mixed in the water flow through the filter plate 12, the filtered water flow falls into the cooling tank 10 again for collection and is further cooled through the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 11, recycling of water resources is improved, and waste of the water resources is reduced;
finally, when the clamping plate 2804 needs to be replaced, the clamping plate 2804 is removed from the mounting seat 16 by separating the insert block 32 from the slot 33 and the first magnetic fastener 35 from the second magnetic fastener 36, so that the clamping plate 2804 can be replaced according to different types of objects to be polished, the practicability of the device is improved, and the processing cost is reduced.
