The empty groove 422 is formed on the side wall of the second support bar 421 along the length direction of the second support bar 421; the motor is embedded at one end of the empty slot 422; one end of the screw rod is connected with the output shaft of the motor, and the other end of the screw rod is connected with the other end of the empty groove 422; the fixing block 423 is horizontally arranged, one end of the fixing block 423 penetrates through the screw rod, and the other end of the fixing block 423 extends out of the second supporting rod 421; the second handle 424 is fixed to an end of the fixing block 423 facing away from the empty groove 422. When the passive training device is used, the second handle 424 is held by the hand of a patient, the motor works to drive the screw rod to rotate, so that the fixing block 423 moves up and down, the arm of the patient is driven to move up and down, and passive training is performed.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the first sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the hollow groove 422 along the length direction of the hollow groove 422, and one end, away from the second handle 424, of the fixing block 423 is clamped in the first sliding groove and is in sliding connection with the first sliding groove. The first sliding groove is used for guiding, so that the fixing block 423 can only move up and down.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the sliding mechanism is disposed between the base 1 and the second support rod 421, and is used for sliding the second support rod 421, the sliding mechanism includes: a second sliding chute and a second sliding block. The second sliding groove is formed along the length direction of the base 1, and a limiting component is arranged on the second sliding block; the second sliding block is clamped in the second sliding groove and is connected with the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, and one end, away from the second sliding groove, of the second sliding block is fixed to the bottom of the second supporting rod 421. The sliding mechanism is arranged to avoid the leg of the patient from touching the second support rod 421 when the support base 2 is rotated conveniently, wherein the limiting component can be a set screw, and the set screw is fixed with the second slide slot after being inserted into the second slide slot so as to limit the second slide block to slide.
The invention has the advantages that the equipment can be used by two patients at the same time, not only can be actively trained, but also can be passively trained, in addition, the two patients can be changed in direction by rotating the supporting seat, the other training mechanism is used, the rehabilitation training modes are various, the muscle soreness condition caused by always training one set of equipment can not occur, meanwhile, the two patients can also be conveniently nursed by medical staff by using the same equipment, and the manpower of the medical staff is reduced. The mechanism that carries out the initiative training is fit for the hand and has recovered the autonomous movement ability, or the shank has recovered the autonomous movement ability, or has all recovered the patient of autonomous movement ability and use, can drive the limbs motion that can autonomous movement by can not autonomous movement limbs, and the security is higher, still is equipped with resistance device, can increase and decrease the resistance according to patient's self condition, more is favorable to the recovery. The mechanism for passive training is suitable for patients who do not recover the limb ability or patients who recover the hand or foot motion ability, and is different from the motion mode of the active training mechanism, and the mode is various and flexible. The invention has simple structure, low cost and convenient popularization and use.
The above disclosure is only for a few specific embodiments of the present invention, however, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
