the dust removal mechanism comprises a translation mechanism and a cleaning roller, two ends of the cleaning roller are connected with an output part of the translation mechanism, one end of the cleaning roller is provided with a driving motor, and the length of the cleaning roller is not less than that of the photovoltaic panel body; the backlight surface of the photovoltaic mechanism is provided with a dust screen, and the control instruction input ends of the driving motor and the translation mechanism are connected with the output end of the controller.
The translation mechanism adopts a screw rod transmission mechanism, a belt transmission mechanism or a gear rack transmission mechanism.
The translation mechanism comprises a threaded screw rod and a sliding rod which are respectively arranged at two ends of a fixed frame, a screw nut is arranged on the threaded screw rod, a sliding block is arranged on the sliding rod, two ends of the cleaning roller are respectively rotatably connected with the screw nut and the sliding block through rotating rods, a first motor is arranged at one end of the threaded screw rod, and a control instruction input end of the first motor is connected with an output end of the controller.
A groove is formed in the fixing frame, the threaded screw rod and the sliding rod are embedded into the groove, and a rubber protection strip is arranged on the groove.
The supporting mechanism comprises two supporting shafts and two supporting rods, the top ends of the supporting shafts and the supporting rods are hinged to the two ends of the fixing frame respectively, the supporting rods are telescopic rods, and transverse plates are connected between the supporting shafts and the supporting rods.
The dewatering mechanism comprises dewatering cloth, the dewatering cloth is symmetrically distributed around the central axis of the photovoltaic panel body, the bottom end of the dewatering cloth is provided with a fixed block, the bottom end of the fixed block is connected with an electric telescopic rod, the bottom end of the electric telescopic rod is provided with a moving block, the inner wall of the moving block is provided with a transmission lead screw, one end of the transmission lead screw is connected with a third motor, and the control instruction input end of the third motor is connected with the output end of the controller.
The lower end of the fixing frame is provided with a launder, and the launder is provided with a plurality of through holes which penetrate through the fixing frame.
The dewatering mechanism comprises a moving rod, the starting end of the moving rod is located at the higher end of the fixed frame, a rubber scraper is arranged on the moving rod, the two ends of the moving rod are both connected with a longitudinal translation mechanism, and the longitudinal translation mechanism adopts a screw rod transmission mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting mechanism 1 includes 2 supporting shafts 101, the supporting shafts 101 are connected to the photovoltaic mechanism 3, a supporting rod 103 is disposed on one side of the supporting shaft 101, and a horizontal plate 102 is connected between the supporting shafts 101 and the supporting rod 103 for supporting the photovoltaic mechanism 3, so as to increase the stability of the photovoltaic mechanism 3.

As shown in fig. 3, the dewatering mechanism 4 includes a dewatering cloth 401, the dewatering cloth 401 is symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the photovoltaic panel body 303, a fixing block 406 is disposed at the bottom end of the dewatering cloth 401, an electric telescopic rod 405 is connected to the bottom end of the fixing block 406, a moving block 403 is disposed at the bottom end of the electric telescopic rod 405, a transmission lead screw 404 is disposed on the inner wall of the moving block 403, one end of the transmission lead screw 404 is connected to a third motor 402, the water stain on the photovoltaic panel body 303 is removed, the accumulation of the water stain on the photovoltaic panel body 303 is avoided, and the control instruction input end of the third motor 402 is connected to the output end of the controller.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the device is firstly moved to a required place and is supported by the supporting rod 103, the supporting shaft 101 and the transverse plate 102, then solar radiation energy is absorbed by the photovoltaic panel body 303, in addition, the back surface of the photovoltaic panel body 303 can be prevented from dust by the dust-proof net 304 in use, when dust on the surface of the photovoltaic panel body 303 needs to be cleaned, the driving motor 202 is firstly started, the driving motor 202 is started to drive the rotating rod 208 to rotate, so that the cleaning roller 205 rotates, then the first motor 201 is started, the first motor 201 is started to drive the threaded screw rod 203 to rotate, so that the sliding block 207 slides on the threaded screw rod 203 and the sliding rod 206, the sliding block slides in the groove 204, so that the cleaning roller 205 is driven to move, the dust on the photovoltaic panel body 303 is cleaned up through the rotation of the cleaning roller 205, when water stains on the photovoltaic panel body 303 need to be cleaned, then start electric telescopic handle 405 at first, electric telescopic handle 405 starts to drive fixed block 406 rebound for it moves upwards to remove water cloth 401, thereby makes it to remove water cloth 401 and is located the top of photovoltaic board body 303, later starts third motor 402, and third motor 402 starts to drive transmission lead screw 404 and rotates, makes movable block 403 slide on transmission lead screw 404, thereby makes it to remove water cloth 401, can get rid of the water stain on the photovoltaic board body 303 through removing water cloth 401.
Through having set up first electricity, driving motor, the screw thread lead screw, a groove, the cleaning roller, the slide bar, slider and dwang, in use, at first start driving motor, driving motor starts to drive the dwang rotatory, make the cleaning roller rotate, later start first motor, first motor starts to drive the screw thread lead screw and rotates, thereby make the slider slide on screw thread lead screw and slide bar, make and slide in the spout, thereby it removes to drive the cleaning roller, rotate through the cleaning roller, thereby with the dust clean up on the photovoltaic board body, avoid the photovoltaic board to go up the problem that the dust too much influences the use, manual cleaning has been avoided simultaneously, and the work efficiency is improved.
When the photovoltaic panel is used, when water stains on the photovoltaic panel body need to be cleaned, the electric telescopic rod is started first, the electric telescopic rod is started to drive the fixing block to move upwards, the water removing cloth is made to be located above the photovoltaic panel body, then the third motor is started, the third motor is started to drive the transmission screw rod to rotate, the moving block slides on the transmission screw rod, the water removing cloth is made to move, the water stains on the photovoltaic panel body can be removed through the water removing cloth, and therefore the problem that rainwater is accumulated on the photovoltaic panel body after rain and the use of the photovoltaic panel body is affected is solved.
To sum up, the device not only can be with the dust clean up on the photovoltaic board body, avoids the problem that the too much influence of dust used on the photovoltaic board, has avoided artifical clearance simultaneously, has improved work efficiency, avoids rain back rainwater accumulation on the photovoltaic board body simultaneously, influences the problem that the photovoltaic board body used.
