Technical Field
The invention provides a leaf collecting machine which can automatically collect, crush and pack leaves and can be applied to the field of garden machinery and the periphery of roads.
Background
At present, the leaves fall off by manual cleaning or raking to be piled for irrigation, the process is completely manual, no machine can replace the manual work temporarily, and the leaf collecting machine can replace the manual work to realize the leaf collecting automation. The leaf volume can be reduced, so that the leaf is convenient to transport, the transport cost is reduced, and the manual labor is repeated and heavy, so that the leaf collection is easy.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the heavy manual labor, the invention adopts an engine as power to drive a hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump pressurizes and conveys oil to a control valve of a hydraulic control platform, and then the hydraulic control valve distributes the hydraulic oil to a hydraulic drive motor of a crawler belt to lead the crawler belt to walk. The hydraulic motor drives the chain plate to rotate, and at the moment, the leaf is lifted by the material guide tension spring on the chain plate and is lifted to the feeding port of the crusher to be crushed by the crusher; then the crushed leaves are pushed out by the auger in the crusher and are sent to the inlet of the auger lifter, and the auger is lifted upwards to the discharge port under the action of the rotation of the auger in the auger lifter and is filled in bags. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the leaf collecting machine takes a crawler belt as a chassis, a crusher is arranged on the chassis of the crawler belt, a chain plate elevator is arranged at the front end of the crusher, two collecting augers and a material blocking plate are arranged at the front end of a main frame of the chain plate elevator, the material blocking plate is arranged at the rear end of the chain plate elevator, two air outlets are arranged at two sides of the chain plate elevator, an auger feeding machine is arranged at a discharge port of the crusher, and a material sucking and blowing integrated machine is arranged on a main shaft of the crusher. The main frame of the crawler chassis is provided with two engines, and one engine is provided with a hydraulic pump for providing high-pressure oil for a hydraulic system of the whole machine. The rear end of the crusher is provided with a hydraulic control console, a hydraulic control valve is arranged in the console and used for controlling a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic oil tank, a diesel oil tank, a storage battery and a hydraulic oil radiator are arranged on the crawler chassis main frame, and a suction box is arranged on the crawler chassis main frame.

According to the leaf collecting machine, the collecting augers are arranged at the front end of the main frame of the chain plate elevator, the collecting augers are arranged on the left side and the right side, leaves are pushed to the right by the collecting auger on the left side, the collecting auger on the right side is pushed to the left, and the collecting auger is powered by the hydraulic motor. The collecting auger main body is arranged on the main frame of the chain plate elevator and is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders to move left and right, and the rear end of an auger blade is provided with a striker plate.
The discharge port of the right end of the crusher is connected with the auger feeding machine which is driven by the hydraulic motor, and the discharge port of the auger feeding machine can be directly filled with the leaves
The main frame is provided with a bottom material suction box at the bottom of the bottom material suction box, the bottom material suction box is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the bottom material suction box is in flexible connection.

Detailed Description
(example 1)
Firstly, an engine 9 in fig. 3 drives a hydraulic pump to flow hydraulic oil into the hydraulic pump from a hydraulic oil tank 8 in fig. 1, the oil pump pressurizes the oil into an oil inlet of a hydraulic console 11 in fig. 3, the pressurized hydraulic oil is distributed to a hydraulic motor of a crawler chassis 6 in fig. 1 by the hydraulic console, the hydraulic motor is driven to generate driving force, and the crawler chassis can walk forwards and backwards.
The engine 1 in fig. 3 drives the hydraulic oil pump, the hydraulic oil flows into the hydraulic control console 11 in fig. 3 from the hydraulic oil tank 8 in fig. 1, and the hydraulic control console 11 distributes the oil to the auger hydraulic motor 35 on the left side and the auger hydraulic motor 36 on the right side in fig. 4, so that the motors rotate. Fig. 4 shows that the collecting auger right hydraulic motor 36 drives the auger hydraulic motor belt pulley 29 of fig. 2 to rotate and drives the V-belt to drive the V-belt to rotate the auger blade right belt pulley 30 on the auger blade main shaft of fig. 2 to drive the auger blade right 34 on the shaft to rotate, so that the leaves are transversely pushed to the right side by the auger blade right 34 to be gathered to the chain plate elevator 4 of fig. 2, and the working principle of the left auger 33 is the same as that of the right auger 34.
The link plate lifting hydraulic cylinders 40 and 41 in fig. 5 can move up and down by flowing hydraulic oil from the hydraulic control platform 11, so that the normal walking can be performed without being influenced by the height of the terrain.
In FIG. 3, hydraulic oil from the oil outlet of the hydraulic control console 11 flows into the hydraulic motor 39 of the chain plate lifter in FIG. 5 to rotate the hydraulic motor, the driving shaft 42 gear of the chain plate lifter drives the driven shaft gear 43 of the chain plate lifter through a chain to drive the chain plate lifter to rotate, and the spring roller 18 of the chain plate lifter in FIG. 2 guides leaves into the chain plate lifter.
The crusher main shaft belt pulley 45 of fig. 8 is driven by the engine 27 engine belt pulley 49 of fig. 1 to rotate the crusher, and the leaves lifted up by the chain plate lifter 4 of fig. 2 are guided to the crusher inlet 19 of fig. 6 to be crushed.
Fig. 8 shows the hydraulic motor 44 of the auger lifter, which is driven by the hydraulic control console 11 of fig. 3 to rotate by supplying high pressure oil, and drives the main shaft belt pulley 47 of the hydraulic motor of the auger lifter to drive the main shaft blade belt pulley 48 of the auger lifter to drive the auger blade on the main shaft to guide the leaves at the discharge port of the crusher into the auger lifter through the V-belt, and the leaves are guided into the auger lifter by the auger lifter 20 of fig. 15 and are bagged.
The baffle plate 2 in fig. 1 can baffle leaves so that the chain plate lifter 4 in fig. 2 can carry out feeding, the suction box 16 at the bottom of fig. 1 sucks the materials from the suction port of the suction-blowing integrated machine in fig. 14 and blows the materials from the discharge port of the suction-blowing integrated machine 22 into the feeding port 28 of the crusher in fig. 9 to enter the crusher chamber for crushing.
The air outlet 17 in fig. 1 is provided with an air source by the air outlet 23 of the integrated suction and air blowing machine in fig. 14, and leaves leaked from the baffle 3 in fig. 1 can be piled up again to facilitate the suction of the suction box in fig. 12.

The crawler chassis 6 of fig. 1 may also be designed to be wheeled and may be used on roads.

The engine 27 of fig. 1, the diesel tank 13 and the engine 9 of fig. 3 can be designed as a large battery and as a motor drive, which can reduce carbon emissions.
