Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spunlaced nonwoven materials, and particularly relates to a forming and reinforcing method of a composite spunlaced nonwoven material.
Background
The spunlaced nonwoven material is one of materials with wide range and important requirements in the field of industrial textiles, has the advantages of soft hand feeling, good air permeability, high strength, no chemical adhesive and the like, and has wide application in the aspects of medical and health products, filter materials, wiping cloth, decorative products, synthetic leather base cloth and the like. In recent years, the yield of the spun-laced non-woven material in China continuously increases, the actual yield increases from 23.2 ten thousand tons to 64.26 ten thousand tons from 2010 to 2018, and the annual average composite growth rate reaches 13.58 percent, which is far higher than the growth rate of other textile process varieties. With the progressive standardization of the nonwoven industry order and the continuous upgrading of production equipment, the China's hydroentangled industry will still be in the Huang Jinfa development period, and the yield of the hydroentangled nonwoven in 2024 is expected to exceed 100 ten thousand tons. Although significant progress is made, most of the current water jet enterprises in China rely on the process technology provided by equipment manufacturers, the problems of single product and serious homogeneity exist, and the related preparation process technology of the water jet nonwoven material for medical and health, which lacks high quality and added value, has a certain gap with developed countries in technological innovation, basic research and application popularization.
Directional water guiding means that water flows irreversibly in a single direction in a substance of a specific structure. This phenomenon is common in nature and in the human body, such as blood transport in arteries and veins, water flow direction in rivers, liquid exchange of biological membranes, water absorption of plants from soil, and the like. As an important branch of the directional water guiding material, the directional water guiding fabric usually adopts hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers or hydrophilic and hydrophobic finishing to make the fabric hydrophilic and hydrophobic on one side, and forms a moisture guiding gradient in the thickness direction to generate a differential capillary effect so as to realize the directional water guiding function. The hydrophobic surface of the oriented water guiding fabric is contacted with a human body, when the human body discharges liquid, the liquid can be quickly transferred from the hydrophobic layer to the hydrophilic layer, the hydrophilic layer can timely absorb the liquid and does not return to the water, a comfortable wearing microenvironment is provided for the human body, and the oriented water guiding fabric is suitable for being used as sports clothing, underwear, paper diapers, women sanitary napkins, protective pads, surgical gowns and the like.
In the existing water jet link, a large amount of water is needed, and the sprayed wastewater contains a large amount of fibers, oiling agents, impurity particles, pigments and the like, so that water resource waste is caused if the water jet link is directly discharged, water is polluted, and if the water jet link is used in a purifying and recycling mode, water resource can be effectively saved, but the cleanliness of the water body after the existing circulating treatment is poor, the blocking probability of a water jet machine is greatly improved, and the production efficiency is reduced.
