A part of the color-changeable water-based paint for can making prepared in the first to third embodiments of the invention is taken out to be tested as follows:
referring to fig. 1-2, it can be seen that the surface tension and foaming rate of the paint containing the wetting agent in the water-based paint for cans, which can be discolored, according to the first to third embodiments of the present invention are significantly reduced.

As can be seen from the comparison of the above table, the color-changeable water-based paint for can making prepared in the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the invention has better preservation performance compared with the existing water-based paint, and meanwhile, the layering and color paste anti-coarsening phenomena of the paint are slightly reduced, and meanwhile, the adhesive force of the paint is greatly enhanced.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The color-changeable can-making water-based paint is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of waterborne fluorocarbon resin, 10-30 parts of solvent, 6-18 parts of filler, 2-8 parts of thickener, 2-10 parts of diluent, 1-5 parts of defoaming agent, 2-10 parts of curing agent, 1-5 parts of pigment, 10-30 parts of thermal color-changing agent, 5-20 parts of wetting agent and 5-15 parts of dispersing agent.
2. The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: 40-55 parts of water-based fluorocarbon resin, 10-20 parts of solvent, 6-15 parts of filler, 2-6 parts of thickening agent, 2-8 parts of diluent, 2-5 parts of defoaming agent, 2-8 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of pigment, 10-20 parts of thermal color-changing agent, 5-15 parts of wetting agent and 5-10 parts of dispersing agent.

The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: 50 parts of waterborne fluorocarbon resin, 15 parts of solvent, 10 parts of filler, 4 parts of thickener, 4 parts of diluent, 3 parts of defoaming agent, 5 parts of curing agent, 5 parts of pigment, 15 parts of thermochromic agent, 10 parts of wetting agent and 5 parts of dispersing agent.
4. The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the color filler is one or more of titanium dioxide, pigment carbon black, scarlet powder, phthalocyanine green and superfine talcum powder, and the filler is one of nano glass flakes, stainless steel flakes or mica flakes.
5. The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is one of polyether defoaming agent, organic silicon defoaming agent, polyether modified silicon vial defoaming agent or polysiloxane defoaming agent, and the curing agent is amine modified curing agent.
6. The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wetting agent is a multi-branched alcohol modified surfactant, in particular to an acetylene glycol polyoxyethylene ether surfactant.

The tintable water-based paint of claim 1, wherein the thermochromic agent is prepared by: adding a certain amount of crystal naphthol disulfonic acid lactone and biphenyltriol into a grinder, grinding, stirring and mixing continuously, and simultaneously adding glycidyl ester into the grinder to obtain the thermochromic agent.
8. The tintable water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the crystal naphthol disulfonic acid lactone to the biphenyl triphenol to the glycidyl ester is 1: 2-1:3-25.
9. The method for preparing a tintable water-based paint according to claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing 40-60 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon resin and 10-30 parts of solvent, adding 10-30 parts of thermochromic agent, pouring into a stirrer, and stirring at the speed of 1000-;
s2, adding 6-18 parts of filler and 1-5 parts of pigment into the mixed solution a, adding 5-15 parts of dispersing agent in a continuous stirring mode, fully stirring until the coating is not obviously layered, then adding 5-20 parts of wetting agent, stirring for 15-30 minutes to ensure uniform mixing, if the viscosity of the solution rises, properly heating to reduce the viscosity, and then adding 1-5 parts of defoaming agent to obtain mixed solution b;
and S3, adding the mixed solution b and 2-10 parts of the curing agent into the reaction kettle simultaneously, stirring the mixed solution and the curing agent until the curing agent is completely mixed, heating the mixed solution to 90 ℃ for 30 minutes to obtain the color-changeable water-based paint for can making, and adding 2-10 parts of the diluent into the water-based paint when in use.
