Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a passenger elevator, in particular to an elevator for sightseeing.
Background
An elevator is a vertical elevator powered by an electric motor and used for carrying people or goods in a multi-story building. Elevators have become important building facilities and are indispensable in high-rise buildings and public places as transportation vehicles in the vertical direction. With the improvement of the whole national economic strength, the living consumption level of people is obviously increased, and the demand for elevator individuation is increased. Some large-scale high-end hotels require that the left and right sides of the elevator are sightseeing glass and any elevator component or derrick cannot be seen due to design requirements, and the arrangement of the elevator with a common structure cannot be met, but only a knapsack type arrangement can be adopted. However, the conventional knapsack elevator can only be used for a household elevator with a small number of passengers and a low floor due to the limitation of the structure and the installation position, the rated load of the conventional knapsack elevator basically does not exceed 400kg, and the speed of the conventional knapsack elevator is 0.4 m/s; if the load and the speed are increased, the unbalance loading of the elevator is more serious, even an empty car can incline, and the unsafe conditions of inclination and unstable operation are easy to occur under the condition of full load.
Therefore, a large-load-carrying knapsack elevator with strong load-carrying capacity and stable operation is needed.
Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, the counterweight device is provided with the first counterweight return rope wheel and the second counterweight return rope wheel, the first counterweight return rope wheel is provided with the first steel wire rope, and the second counterweight return rope wheel is provided with the second steel wire rope. A steel wire rope which bypasses a car return rope wheel on the car is divided into a first steel wire rope and a second steel wire rope. The counterweight device of the invention adopts the first counterweight return rope pulley and the second counterweight return rope pulley to share the load, namely the first counterweight return rope pulley and the second counterweight return rope pulley respectively share half of the number of steel wire ropes, thereby effectively improving the running stability of the lift car and increasing the weight of the counterweight device, thereby increasing the larger bearing capacity of the lift car, ensuring that the counterweight device has larger load-carrying capacity and being particularly suitable for sightseeing elevators. In addition, the technical scheme of dividing the steel wire rope into two parts effectively reduces the thickness of the first counterweight sheave and the second counterweight sheave, increases the distance between the lift car and the counterweight device, and facilitates the installation of the safety gear. Meanwhile, the invention does not need a machine room, has compact arrangement and strong practicability and is suitable for wide popularization and use.
Preferably, the top of the car of the large load-carrying backpack type elevator is provided with two car return rope wheels in parallel, and the second end of the steel wire rope sequentially rounds the two car return rope wheels and then rounds the traction wheel. The lift car lifting device has the advantages that the steel wire rope is acted on the two parallel lift car return rope wheels at the top of the lift car to lift the lift car, the cantilever beam force is effectively decomposed into the simply supported beam force by the steel wire rope, the unbalanced load capacity of the elevator is further improved, and the stability and the load capacity of the elevator are greatly improved; meanwhile, the abrasion of the guide shoe of the car is reduced, and the running stability of the elevator is facilitated.
Preferably, the two car return sheaves of the large load-carrying rucksack elevator of the present invention are symmetrically disposed with a perpendicular line on which the center of gravity of the car is located as a symmetry line. The two car returns the perpendicular line that the focus of rope sheave of car is located with the car and is the symmetrical setting of symmetry for the car is being carried by wire rope and is being carried the in-process of drawing, moves more steadily and stably.
Preferably, the centre line of the car of the large load-carrying rucksack elevator of the invention coincides with the centre line of the counterweight. The invention effectively saves space by the design that the center line of the lift car is overlapped with the center line of the counterweight device, thereby facilitating the installation of other equipment.
Preferably, the load bearing assembly of the heavy-load-carrying backpack type elevator comprises a cross beam and a longitudinal beam, wherein the cross beam is transversely and horizontally arranged at the top of a hoistway, the longitudinal beam is longitudinally and horizontally arranged at the top of the hoistway, the first end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the longitudinal beam, and the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope are fixedly connected with the cross beam. The invention mainly bears the lift car and the counterweight device through the independent cross beam and the independent longitudinal beam respectively, thereby ensuring that the invention can safely and stably run under the condition of large load.
