The refining filter apparatus for extracting plant protein as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the refining treatment piece (12) comprises a movable short shaft (121) penetrating through the bottom of the material receiving cover (10), the short shaft (121) is sleeved with a belt wheel, a round seat (122) is fixed at the upper end of the short shaft (121), a rotating net (123) is fixed on the excircle of the round seat (122), a stabilizing ring (124) with the bottom contacting with the inner bottom wall of the material receiving cover (10) is fixed on the excircle of the rotating net (123), and the stabilizing ring (124) corresponds to the lower corner of the upper inclined plane of the guide plate.

The refining filter apparatus for extracting plant protein as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the swinging piece (16) comprises a movable main rod (161) and a movable auxiliary rod (162) which are movably hinged, one end of the movable main rod (161) and one end of the movable auxiliary rod (162) which are far away from each other are respectively fixed on the top end of a rotating rod (15) and movably hinged with the right side wall of the filter box (2), and the top of the movable main rod (161) is positioned below the horizontal plane at the bottom of the filter box (2).
