Preferably, a pressure sensor is provided on a connection line between the inflator a3003 and the solenoid valve a3004 and a connection line between the inflator B3005 and the solenoid valve B3006.
The temperature control layer 31 includes a plurality of ventilation pipelines 3101 arranged in parallel and a plurality of temperature rise/decrease pipelines 3102 arranged in parallel, the plurality of ventilation pipelines 3101 are communicated with a ventilation dryer 3103, the plurality of temperature rise/decrease pipelines 3102 are communicated with a temperature rise/decrease fan 3104, a filtering device is arranged at an air inlet of the temperature rise/decrease fan 3104, germs, dust and the like in the filtered air are filtered, and the fan is provided with a dehumidifying device to ensure the drying of cold/hot air.
Air holes are formed in both the ventilation pipeline 3101 and the temperature raising/lowering pipeline 3102, and through holes corresponding to the air holes formed in the ventilation pipeline 3101 are formed between the air bag a3001 and the air bag B3002, so that air can smoothly pass through the wave massage air cushion layer 30 to reach an upper position. The temperature rising/reducing pipeline can rise/reduce the temperature of the fluctuation massage air cushion layer 30 through the micro air holes, and the ventilation pipeline can ventilate the contact position of a patient and a bed sheet through the micro air holes, so that the ventilation and drying of the contact position are guaranteed. In this embodiment, the left and right sides of each ventilation line 3101 are provided with temperature raising/lowering lines 3102.
Preferably, the air bags a3001 and B3002 are cylindrical, and a set of ventilation lines 3101 and a set of temperature raising/lowering lines 3102 are provided in the lower space between each adjacent two air bags.
A temperature sensor is provided between the bed single layer 29 and the wave massage air cushion layer 30 to monitor the temperature of the wave massage air cushion layer in real time.
The body position changing air cushion layer 32 comprises an air bag A3201 and an air bag B3202 which are arranged side by side along the width direction, the air bag A3201 is communicated with an inflator C3203 and a solenoid valve C3204, the air bag B3202 is communicated with an inflator D3205 and a solenoid valve D3206, and the length of the air bag A3201 and the air bag B3202 is half of the whole length of the mattress. When the inflator pump C/D is controlled to inflate, the upper half body of the patient can be lifted, and therefore the body position of the patient can be changed.
The mattress also has a control system for receiving state information such as temperature, pressure and the like and coordinating the working states of the air inflation pumps, the electromagnetic valves and the like.

Claims (5)

1. A multifunctional air suspension bed is characterized by comprising a bed body, a base (3) and a position adjusting device which is arranged on the base (3) and is connected with the bed body;
the position adjusting device comprises a first lifting column (12), a second lifting column (13) and a third lifting column (14) which are arranged on the base (3) in a triangular shape, and the tops of the three lifting columns are connected with the bottom of the bed body;
a failure speed reducer is arranged between the bottom of the bed body and the second lifting column (13) and the third lifting column (14);
the top end of the first lifting column (12) is hinged with the bottom of the bed body, sliding grooves (15) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the second lifting column (13) and the third lifting column (14), of the bottom of the bed body, pulleys (16) are mounted at the tops of the second lifting column (13) and the third lifting column (14), and the pulleys (16) are matched with the corresponding sliding grooves (15);
the first lifting column (12), the second lifting column (13) and the third lifting column (14) control the actions thereof through a control device; the control device comprises a base (18) with a rectangular cross section, miniature force transducers (19) arranged on four side surfaces of the base, and an upper pressure receiving plate (20), a front pressure receiving plate (21), a lower pressure receiving plate (22) and a rear pressure receiving plate (23) which are correspondingly arranged on the miniature force transducers (19), and is arranged on the bed body;
the bed body comprises a bed frame (17), an upper body bed board (10) arranged on the bed frame (17), a middle bed board (9) and a leg bed board (6), wherein upper body side baffle plates (2) are arranged on two sides of the width of the upper body bed board (10), lower body side baffle plates (4) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the leg bed board (6), a head baffle plate (1) and a foot baffle plate (5) are respectively arranged on two sides of the bed frame (17) in the length direction, and a sliding groove is formed in the bottom surface of the bed frame (17);
a failure speed reducer is arranged in the sliding chute (15), and comprises a speed reduction baffle (24) arranged on the top surface of the sliding chute (15) through a rotating shaft, an electromagnet (26) arranged above the free end of the speed reduction baffle (24), a magnetic pole (27) arranged above the free end of the speed reduction baffle (24) and corresponding to the electromagnet (26), and a limiting plate (25) arranged above the free end of the speed reduction baffle (24) through the rotating shaft;
limiting grooves (28) are formed in the left side wall and the right side wall of the sliding groove (15), the two side walls of the speed reduction baffle (24) are matched with the corresponding limiting grooves (28), and when the speed reduction baffle (24) deflects downwards to the limiting position of the limiting grooves (28), the limiting plate (25) deflects to the position that the axis of the limiting plate is perpendicular to the top surface of the speed reduction baffle (24) under the action of self gravity.
2. A multifunctional air-suspension bed as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a speed measuring device for measuring the moving speed of the pulley (16) is arranged in the chute (15).

The multifunctional air suspension bed as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the mattress comprises a bed single layer (29), a wave massage air cushion layer (30), a temperature control layer (31) and a posture changing air cushion layer (32) which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence;
the wave massage air cushion layer (30) comprises an air bag A (3001) and an air bag B (3002) which are arranged at intervals in a crossed mode, an inflator pump A (3003) and an electromagnetic valve A (3004) which are communicated with the air bag A (3001), and an inflator pump B (3005) and an electromagnetic valve B (3006) which are communicated with the air bag B (3002).

The multifunctional air suspension bed according to claim 3, wherein the temperature control layer (31) comprises a plurality of ventilation pipelines (3101), a temperature rising/reducing pipeline (3102), a ventilation dryer (3103) and a temperature rising/reducing fan (3104), the ventilation pipelines (3101) are arranged in parallel and are all communicated with the ventilation dryer (3103), the temperature rising/reducing pipeline (3102) is also arranged in parallel and is all communicated with the temperature rising/reducing fan (3104), and the ventilation pipelines (3101) and the temperature rising/reducing pipeline (3102) are both provided with air holes.

The multifunctional air-suspension bed as claimed in claim 3, wherein the posture changing air cushion layer (32) comprises an air bag A (3001) and an air bag B (3002) arranged side by side in the width direction, the air bag A (3001) is communicated with an inflator C (3203) and a solenoid valve C (3204), the air bag B (3002) is communicated with an inflator D (3205) and a solenoid valve D (3206), and the length of the air bag A (3001) and the air bag B (3002) is half of the whole length of the mattress.
