a PCB drilling device convenient for dust removal comprises side plates and a C-shaped frame, wherein two side plates are arranged in parallel, a conveying belt is arranged between the two side plates in a rotating and horizontal mode, round rollers are arranged at two ends inside the conveying belt in a horizontal mode, two vertical edges of the C-shaped frame are arranged at the tops of the two side plates through bolts, a box body is arranged at the top of the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame through bolts, a sliding plate is arranged inside the box body in a sliding and horizontal mode, an up-down moving mechanism used for moving the sliding plate up and down is arranged inside the box body, limiting mechanisms used for limiting the sliding plate are arranged at two symmetrical ends inside the box body, a rotating rod is arranged right above the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame in a rotating mode and horizontal mode, fixed blocks are fixed at the centers of the bottoms of the two side plates, a hairbrush roller is arranged between the two fixed blocks in a rotating and horizontal mode, and a driving mechanism used for driving the hairbrush roller and the rotating rod to rotate simultaneously is arranged on one side, far away from the other side plate, one of them curb plate one side tip installs the box body, and the box body is inside to be equipped with the slewing mechanism who is used for rotating one of them round roller.
As a further scheme of the invention, the up-and-down moving mechanism comprises an arc-shaped frame, the arc-shaped frame slides in the box body and is horizontally arranged, the bottom of the arc-shaped frame is fixed at the top of the sliding plate, an L-shaped rod rotates in the box body, the transverse edge of the L-shaped rod slides in the arc-shaped frame, and the top end of the rotating rod penetrates through one side of the box body and is fixedly connected to one end of the vertical edge of the L-shaped rod.
As a further scheme of the invention, the center of the bottom of the sliding plate is fixedly connected with a connecting rod and is vertically arranged, a drill rod is vertically arranged under the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame, and the bottom of the connecting rod penetrates through the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame and is arranged at the top of the drill rod.
As a further scheme of the invention, the simultaneous driving mechanism comprises a first pulley, a second pulley, a third pulley and a fourth pulley, the first pulley is mounted at one end of a rotating rod, the second pulley and the third pulley rotate at two ends of one side plate and are respectively connected with two round rollers through rotating shafts, the fourth pulley rotates at one side of one fixed block and is connected with the brush roller through a rotating shaft, the surfaces of the first pulley and the second pulley are sleeved with the same first belt, and the surfaces of the third pulley and the fourth pulley are sleeved with the same second belt.
As a further scheme of the invention, the rotating mechanism comprises a first gear and a second gear, the first gear and the second gear both rotate inside the box body, the second gear is connected with one of the round rollers through a rotating shaft, a driving motor is horizontally installed at the bottom inside the box body, and an output shaft of the driving motor is installed at the center of one side of the first gear.
As a further scheme of the invention, the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting rod, the limiting rod is fixedly connected inside the box body and is vertically arranged, and the limiting rod penetrates through the sliding plate and slides inside the sliding plate.
As a further scheme of the invention, the limiting mechanism comprises a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the inner top of the box body and is vertically arranged, and the telescopic end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. when the drilling equipment is required to be used, firstly, a PCB is placed on a conveyor belt, a first gear is driven to rotate by a driving motor, a second gear is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first gear, one of round rollers is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second gear, the conveyor belt and a second pulley are driven to rotate by one of the round rollers, the other round roller is driven to rotate by the rotation of the conveyor belt, a first belt is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second pulley, a first pulley is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first belt, a rotating rod is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first pulley, an L-shaped rod is driven to rotate by the rotating rod, an arc-shaped frame is driven to move up and down by the rotation of the L-shaped rod, a sliding plate is driven to move up and down by the up and down movement of the arc-shaped frame, and the stability of the sliding plate when the sliding plate moves is ensured by the up and down movement of the sliding plate, a connecting rod is driven to move up and down by the connecting rod, therefore, the PCB placed on the conveying belt can be drilled, the PCB does not need to be manually taken away after drilling, the conveying belt can drive the PCB to move away, and the drilling efficiency of the device is improved.
2. According to the device, the driving motor can drive the other round roller to rotate, the other round roller can drive the third pulley to rotate, the third pulley can drive the second belt to rotate, the second belt can drive the fourth pulley to rotate, and the fourth pulley can drive the brush roller to rotate, so that drilling debris adhered to the conveying belt can be cleaned.
3. When the drilling equipment is required to be used, firstly, a PCB is placed on a conveyor belt, a first gear is driven to rotate by a driving motor, a second gear is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first gear, one of round rollers is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second gear, the conveyor belt and a second pulley are driven to rotate by one of the round rollers, the other round roller is driven to rotate by the rotation of the conveyor belt, a first belt is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second pulley, a first pulley is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first belt, a rotating rod is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first pulley, an L-shaped rod is driven to rotate by the rotating rod, an arc-shaped frame is driven to move up and down by the rotation of the L-shaped rod, a sliding plate is driven to move up and down by the up and down movement of the arc-shaped frame, and the stability of the sliding plate when the sliding plate moves is ensured by the up and down movement of the sliding plate, a connecting rod is driven to move up and down by the connecting rod, therefore, the PCB placed on the conveying belt can be drilled, the PCB does not need to be manually taken away after drilling, the conveying belt can drive the PCB to move away, and the drilling efficiency of the device is improved.

In this embodiment, the up-down moving mechanism includes arc frame 16, and arc frame 16 slides in the inside and level setting of box 4, and arc frame 16 bottom is fixed in slide 15 top, and the inside rotation of box 4 has L type pole 17, and the horizontal limit of L type pole 17 slides in arc frame 16 inside, and 18 tops of bull stick pass box 4 one side and fixed connection in the perpendicular limit one end of L type pole 17.

In this embodiment, the rotating mechanism includes a first gear 22 and a second gear 23, and the first gear 22 and the second gear 23 both rotate inside the box 12, the second gear 23 is connected with one of the circular rollers 20 through a rotating shaft, and a driving motor 24 is horizontally installed at the bottom inside the box 12, and an output shaft of the driving motor 24 is installed at the center of one side of the first gear 22.
In this embodiment, the limiting mechanism includes a limiting rod 19, the limiting rod 19 is fixedly connected inside the box 4 and vertically disposed, and the limiting rod 19 passes through the sliding plate 15 and slides inside the sliding plate 15.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the drilling equipment is used in practice, firstly, a PCB is placed on the conveying belt 2 when the drilling equipment is needed, the first gear 22 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 24, the first gear 22 rotates to drive the second gear 23 to rotate, the second gear 23 rotates to drive one of the round rollers 20 to rotate, one of the round rollers 20 drives the conveying belt 2 and the second pulley 6 to rotate, the conveying belt 2 rotates to drive the other round roller 20 to rotate, the second pulley 6 rotates to drive the first belt 9 to rotate, the first belt 9 rotates to drive the first pulley 5 to rotate, the first pulley 5 rotates to drive the rotating rod 18 to rotate, the rotating rod 18 drives the L-shaped rod 17 to rotate, the L-shaped rod 17 rotates to drive the arc-shaped frame 16 to move up and down, the arc-shaped frame 16 drives the sliding plate 15 to move up and down, the stability of the sliding plate 15 during moving is ensured by the arrangement of the limiting rod 19, the sliding plate 15 drives the connecting rod 14 to move up and down, connecting rod 14 can drive drilling rod 11 and reciprocate, thereby can drill the PCB board of placing on conveyer belt 2, and need not manually to take away the PCB board after drilling, conveyer belt 2 can drive it and move away, and then improved the device's drilling efficiency, can drive another round roller 20 through driving motor 24 and rotate, another round roller 20 rotates and can drive third pulley 7 and rotate, third pulley 7 rotates and can drive second belt 10 and rotate, second belt 10 rotates and can drive fourth pulley 8 and rotate, fourth pulley 8 rotates and can drive brush roller 21 and rotate, thereby can clear up the drilling piece of conveyer belt 2 adhesion, further use the device to have the function of removing dust, in addition the device only drives through a driving motor 24, the utilization ratio to the resource has been improved, and then the practicality of the device has been improved.

Referring to fig. 4, a PCB drilling apparatus convenient for dust removal comprises side plates 1 and a C-shaped frame 3, wherein two side plates 1 are arranged in parallel, a conveyor belt 2 is arranged between the two side plates 1 in a rotating manner and horizontally arranged, both ends of the interior of the conveyor belt 2 are provided with round rollers 20 and horizontally arranged, two vertical edges of the C-shaped frame 3 are mounted at the tops of the two side plates 1 through bolts, a box body 4 is mounted at the top of a transverse edge of the C-shaped frame 3 through bolts, a sliding plate 15 is arranged in the box body 4 in a sliding manner and horizontally arranged, an up-down moving mechanism for up-down moving the sliding plate 15 is arranged in the box body 4, two symmetrical ends of the interior of the box body 4 are provided with limiting mechanisms for limiting the sliding plate 15, a rotating rod 18 is rotated right above the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame 3 and horizontally arranged, fixed blocks 13 are fixed at the centers of the bottoms of the two side plates 1, a brush roller 21 is rotated between the two fixed blocks 13 and horizontally arranged, and one side of one of the side plates 1, which is far away from the other side plate 1, is provided with a simultaneous driving mechanism for simultaneously driving the brush roller 21 and the rotating rod 18 to rotate, one side end of one of the side plates 1 is provided with a box body 12, and the inside of the box body 12 is provided with a rotating mechanism for rotating one of the round rollers 20.
