In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
In one aspect, the embodiment of the invention provides an assembly system, which comprises prefabricated columns, prefabricated main beams, prefabricated secondary beams and prefabricated floors.
The prefabricated girder sets up along first direction, and links to each other with two adjacent prefabricated posts, and prefabricated girder part stretches into in the prefabricated post. The prefabricated secondary beam is arranged along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the end part of the prefabricated secondary beam is connected with the prefabricated main beam. The end of the precast floor slab is connected with the precast secondary beam.
The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly system, because the part of the prefabricated girder stretches into the prefabricated column, the prefabricated column can form bearing for the prefabricated girder, so that the original supporting structure at the lower part of the prefabricated girder is omitted, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction process is reduced. Because the precast column can form the bearing to the tip of precast main beam, in this way, the node between precast column and the precast main beam is handled more easily.
Further, the depth of the prefabricated main beam part extending into the prefabricated column is 30 mm-60 mm.
Further, the prefabricated secondary beam comprises a secondary beam body, one part of the end part of the secondary beam body extends out to form a protrusion, the other part of the end part of the secondary beam body forms a mounting groove, the protrusion is at least partially overlapped on the prefabricated main beam, and the part of the prefabricated main beam is positioned in the mounting groove.
Further, a plurality of shear bars are pre-buried on the precast secondary beam, and a part of the shear bars are positioned between two adjacent precast floor slabs.
Further, the depth of the mounting groove in the second direction is 80 mm-120 mm.
Further, the prefabricated secondary beam further comprises shear-resistant steel and dowel bars. One part of the shear-resistant steel is embedded in the secondary beam body, and the other part of the shear-resistant steel is embedded in the protrusion. The bulge is provided with a grouting hole, and the grouting hole penetrates through the shear-resistant steel and enters the prefabricated girder. The dowel bars are positioned in the grouting holes, and a part of the dowel bars are positioned in the prefabricated main beams.
Further, the secondary beam further comprises a plurality of pegs, the shear steel is an H-shaped steel plate, the pegs are fixed on the web plate of the H-shaped steel plate, and the grouting holes vertically penetrate through the web plate of the H-shaped steel plate.
Further, the assembly system also includes connecting bars, straight bars and sheet gluten. The connecting steel bar is above the precast secondary beam, two ends of the connecting steel bar are respectively lapped on two adjacent precast floor slabs, and a part of the connecting steel bar is bent towards one side of the precast secondary beam to form an arc section. The straight steel bars are positioned on the arc sections. The junction between precast floor slab and precast floor slab is provided with the board gluten in one side of keeping away from precast secondary beam.
Further, gaps and surfaces among the prefabricated main beams, the prefabricated secondary beams and the prefabricated floor slab are provided with cast-in-place concrete.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the assembly system, which comprises the assembly body according to any one of the technical schemes. The construction method of the assembly system comprises the following steps:
and S1, installing prefabricated columns.
And S2, hoisting the prefabricated main beams between two adjacent prefabricated columns, and enabling the prefabricated main beam parts to extend into the prefabricated columns.
And S3, hoisting the prefabricated secondary beams between two adjacent prefabricated main beams.
And S4, hoisting the precast slabs between two adjacent precast secondary beams.
And S5, pouring concrete on site, and pouring the prefabricated column, the prefabricated main beam, the prefabricated secondary beam and the prefabricated floor slab into a whole.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an assembly system for a multi-layer concrete structure building, which includes a plurality of prefabricated columns 1, as shown in fig. 1, where the plurality of prefabricated columns 1 are disposed in parallel to each other along a Z direction in a plane in which XY is located. The assembly system further comprises a prefabricated main beam 2, a prefabricated secondary beam 3 and a prefabricated floor slab 4. As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of prefabricated main beams 2 are arranged in parallel to the first direction (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 2), and are parallel on the same plane, the prefabricated main beams 2 are located between two adjacent prefabricated columns 1 (XY plane), and the end portions of the prefabricated main beams 2 extend into the prefabricated columns 1. Between two adjacent prefabricated main beams 2 (XY lying plane) there are also arranged a number of prefabricated secondary beams 3, the ends of which prefabricated secondary beams 3 are connected to the prefabricated main beams 2, wherein the prefabricated secondary beams 3 are arranged in a direction parallel to the second direction, i.e. the X-direction in fig. 2, which is perpendicular to the first direction. Between two adjacent precast sub beams 3 (Y direction), a plurality of precast floor slabs 4 are arranged, and the ends of the precast floor slabs 4 are connected to the precast sub beams 3.
In addition, the gaps and surfaces between the prefabricated main beams 2, the prefabricated secondary beams 3 and the prefabricated floor slabs 4 are poured with concrete, so that the above structures are poured into an integral structure.
It should be noted that, the second direction mentioned in the embodiment of the present application is approximately perpendicular to the first direction, which allows errors in the construction process. In other embodiments of the application, angles may also be present between the precast main beams 2, precast secondary beams 3 and precast floor slabs 4 in order to meet field construction requirements.
As shown in fig. 3, the prefabricated columns 1 are internally provided with vertical steel bars 11, and each layer of prefabricated columns 1 are connected with each other by pouring concrete through the vertical steel bars 11. In this way, the prefabricated pillars 1 between the upper and lower layers can be partially connected as an integral structure.
In the following, a connection node between the prefabricated main beam 2 and the prefabricated column 1 is illustrated, for example, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of vertical reinforcements 11 are provided in the middle of the prefabricated column 1, the ends of the prefabricated main beam 2 have extended bottom reinforcements 22, and the bottom reinforcements 22 are provided with reinforcement anchor plates 22, and the bottom reinforcements 22 and the reinforcement anchor plates 22 extend above the prefabricated column 1 to intersect the vertical reinforcements 11. The end part of the prefabricated main beam 2 stretches into the outer side of the vertical steel bar 11 of the prefabricated column 1, and the stretching depth can be 30 mm-60 mm. When the extending depth is less than 30mm, because the extending part is too short, the stress surfaces of the two end parts of the prefabricated main beam 2 are relatively small, so that the weight of the whole prefabricated main beam 2 is not enough to be supported, and the support is still needed to be adopted at the bottom of the prefabricated main beam 2 when the prefabricated main beam 2 is hoisted for installation, thereby not only increasing the labor cost, but also increasing the construction difficulty. When the depth of stretching into is greater than 60mm, because stretch into the dark, lead to the vertical reinforcing bar 11 in the precast column 1 just to need reduce in order to guarantee that precast column 1 has sufficient space to supply precast girder 2 to get into, in this case, the vertical reinforcing bar 11 in the precast column 1 reduces and can lead to the partial joint strength that precast column 1 connects to reduce, and the intensity of whole precast column 1 itself also can reduce, so, can influence the intensity of whole building, can cause the hidden danger to whole building safety.
Thus, by way of example, the depth to which the ends of the prefabricated main beams 2 extend into the prefabricated columns 1 may be 30mm, 50mm and 60mm. In this way, not only can the sufficient vertical steel bars 11 in the prefabricated column 1 be ensured, thereby ensuring the connection strength between the upper prefabricated column 1 and the lower prefabricated column 1 and the strength of the prefabricated column 1, but also the prefabricated column 1 can be ensured to form a powerful support for the prefabricated main beam 2, so that the prefabricated main beam 2 can be hoisted and installed under the condition of not using the support.
The structure of the above-mentioned precast secondary beam 3 is exemplified below, and for example, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the precast secondary beam 3 includes a secondary beam body 301, a portion of an end of the secondary beam body 301 is protruded to form a protrusion 31, and another portion of the end of the secondary beam body 301 is formed to form a mounting groove 32. In order to increase the strength of the entire precast secondary beam 3, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of shear bars 33 may be pre-buried on the precast secondary beam 3, and the shear bars 33 may be equally spaced on the top of the precast secondary beam 3.
As shown in fig. 7, the projection 31 is at least partially overlapped on the prefabricated main beam 2, and a portion of the prefabricated main beam 2 is located in the mounting groove 32. Therefore, compared with the prior mode of attaching and installing the precast secondary beam 3 and the precast main beam 2, the application can realize the support of the precast secondary beam 3 through the bulges 31 at the two ends of the precast secondary beam 3, in this case, no extra support is needed when the precast secondary beam 3 is installed, thus not only reducing the construction difficulty, but also accelerating the construction progress, and increasing the bearing of the whole precast secondary beam 3 after construction.
The connection node between the prefabricated secondary beam 3 and the prefabricated main beam 2 is illustrated below, for example, in some embodiments of the present application, the depth of the mounting groove 32 in the second direction may be 80mm to 120mm. When the depth of the installation groove 32 in the second direction is less than 80mm, at this time, since the installation groove 32 is formed at the end of the precast secondary beam 3 at the remaining portion of the protrusion 31, the depth of the protrusion 31 in the second direction is less than 80mm, the portion where the protrusion 31 is overlapped on the precast main beam 2 is relatively reduced, since the stress points of the whole precast secondary beam 3 are concentrated on the protrusions 31 at both ends of the precast secondary beam 3, the protrusions 31 at the end of the precast secondary beam 3 are insufficient to support the whole precast secondary beam, and thus, additional support is required at the bottom of the precast secondary beam 3, thereby ensuring the progress of the construction. When the depth of the installation groove 32 in the second direction is greater than 120mm, the depth of the opposite protrusion 31 in the second direction is longer at this time, and since the depth of the prefabricated main beam 2 in the second direction is limited, and the prefabricated sub-beams 3 are connected to both sides of the prefabricated main beam 2, the installation of the prefabricated sub-beams 3 on the opposite side of the prefabricated main beam 2 is affected if the protrusion 31 is too long.
Thus, the mounting groove 32 may have a depth of 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm in the second direction, for example. In this way, not only does the mounting of the precast secondary beam 3 on the precast main beam 2 not be affected, but the protrusions 31 can also be made to bear the weight of the entire precast secondary beam 3.
In order to further strengthen the connection strength between the prefabricated main beam 2 and the prefabricated secondary beam 3, as shown in fig. 8, the prefabricated secondary beam 3 may further include a shear steel 36, one portion of which is pre-embedded in the secondary beam body 301 and the other portion of which is pre-embedded in the protrusion 31. As shown in fig. 9, the grouting holes 34 are formed in the protrusions 31, and the grouting holes 34 penetrate the shear steel 36 into the prefabricated girder 2. The dowel 35 is located in the grout hole 34 and a portion of the dowel 35 is located in the precast main beam 2. The precast secondary beam 3 further comprises a plurality of pegs 37, the shear steel 36 is an H-shaped steel plate, the pegs 37 are fixed on the web of the H-shaped steel plate, and the grouting holes 34 vertically penetrate through the web of the H-shaped steel plate.
In this way, the shear-resistant steel 36 and the studs 37 can increase the bearing capacity of the protruding portion 31, and the dowel 35 can be inserted into the grouting holes 34 on site by adopting a site, the grouting holes 34 are grouted, and the shear strength of the node between the prefabricated secondary beam 3 and the prefabricated main beam 2 can be further increased by matching the shear-resistant steel 36 and the studs 37.
As shown in fig. 10, in order to cast the adjacent prefabricated floors 4 into a unitary structure, the assembly system further includes panel gluten 5, connecting rebar 6, and straight rebar 7. As shown in fig. 11, above the precast secondary beam 3, two ends of the plurality of connection bars 6 are located on two adjacent precast floor slabs 4 (in fig. 11, the front view direction is shown, the plurality of connection bars 6 are not shown), the connection bars 6 can be arranged at equal intervals, and a part of the connection bars 6 is bent towards one side of the precast secondary beam 3 to form an arc section, and the straight bars 7 are located on the plurality of arc sections. The precast floor slab 4 and the side of the junction between the precast floor slabs 4, which is far away from the precast secondary beam 3, are provided with plate gluten 5. Because the connecting steel bars 6 and the straight steel bars 7 are arranged in a crossing way, the straight steel bars 7 and the plate surface steel bars 5 are arranged in a crossing way, so that the stress at the place is more uniform. And all there are connecting bar 6 and board gluten 5 to consolidate in the upside of precast floor slab 4 junction, so, after pouring concrete, the joint strength of junction between the precast floor slab 4 is higher, and the bearing effect is better.
In addition, because the connecting steel bar 6 is located the position at the middle part and has decurrent arc section, so, straight steel bar 7 just can more steady holding in this arc section, can not take place to shake, makes stability after pouring between connecting steel bar 6 and the straight steel bar 7 higher.
In this case, since the shear bars 33 are provided at the top of the precast secondary beam 3, a portion of the shear bars 33 is located in the gap between the slab gluten 5, the connection rebar 6 and the straight rebar 7, and another portion of the shear bars 33 is located at the top of the precast secondary beam 3, so that after casting between two precast floor slabs 4, the precast secondary beam 3 and the precast floor slabs 4 on both sides thereof can be cast as one body, and the shear bars 33 are perpendicular to the slab gluten 5, the connection rebar 6 and the straight rebar 7, in this case, stronger shear strength is provided therein.
In addition, gaps and surfaces among the prefabricated main beams 2, the prefabricated secondary beams 3 and the prefabricated floor slabs 4 are provided with concrete cast in situ, and are cast into an integral structure with the prefabricated columns 1.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the assembly system, which comprises the assembly body according to any one of the technical schemes. The construction method of the assembly system comprises the following steps:
And S1, installing the prefabricated column 1, correcting the prefabricated column 1, and grouting the prefabricated column 1.
And S2, hoisting the prefabricated main beams 2 between two adjacent prefabricated columns 1, enabling the prefabricated main beams 2 to extend into the prefabricated columns 1 for fine adjustment, and connecting the end parts of the prefabricated main beams 2 with the prefabricated columns 1.
And S3, hoisting the prefabricated secondary beams 3 between two adjacent prefabricated main beams 2.
And S4, hoisting the precast slabs 4 between two adjacent precast secondary beams 3, and correcting the precast slabs into position.
And S5, pouring concrete on site, and pouring the prefabricated column 1, the prefabricated main beam 2, the prefabricated secondary beam 3 and the prefabricated floor slab 4 into a whole.
And S6, repeating the steps S2-S5 until the construction is completed.
The application does not limit the casting sequence among the precast columns 1, the precast main beams 2, the precast secondary beams 3 and the precast floor slabs 4, and can meet the requirement of casting the components into a whole. And the prefabricated column 1 according to the present application may include an upper prefabricated column 1 and a lower prefabricated column 1 with the prefabricated main beam 2 partially extending between the upper and lower prefabricated columns 1. The upper precast column 1 and the lower precast column 1 are alternately connected into a whole by adopting reinforced concrete casting so as to form the precast column 1 of the application.
In the description of the present specification, a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments or examples.
