Abstract

Background
In the field of automated production technology, small or irregular products need to flow and stop on a production line by means of carriers, and continuous flow of the products is realized by automatically supplying the carriers by arranging an automatic carrier supply mechanism, but the automatic carrier supply mechanism at the present stage has the following defects:

2) by arranging the positioning structure at the feeding position of the carrier, the carrier is positioned by the side surfaces at two sides and the bottom surface is lifted, so that the carrier can be separated from the transfer mechanism and can be accurately positioned at the feeding station;
3) through the setting of the positioning transfer structure of the carrier, the transfer of the carrier is realized through a rodless cylinder, the structural form of a common belt line transfer carrier is changed, the whole mechanism is simplified, and the occupied area of equipment is reduced;
4) the bottom of the integral mechanism is fixedly arranged into a precisely adjustable structure, and the mounting position of the integral mechanism can be accurately adjusted by matching with a micrometer precise adjusting head, so that various external devices can be precisely butted;
5) the whole structure adopts the cylinder to provide power. A servo motor, a linear guide rail, a ball screw and a belt line are not adopted, the structural form of the original carrier supply mechanism is changed, the structural composition is simplified, the size of the mechanism is reduced, and the precision of the mechanism is improved.

then, a group of three-axis cylinders 6 retract synchronously;
then, a pair of sliding table cylinders 5 synchronously extend and lift, and then two three-axis cylinders 6 synchronously extend to support a penultimate carrier;
then, the sliding table cylinder 8 descends, the lowermost carrier is taken out of the carrier bin, and the lowermost carrier is dragged to a feeding station by the rodless cylinder 4;
and finally, synchronously retracting and descending the sliding table air cylinders 5, completing the carrier transfer, and reentering the state to be transferred.
The carrier loading positioning mechanism 14 is shown in fig. 3 and 4.
