技术领域
本发明涉及背包生产领域,具体为一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料。
背景技术
随着大家生活和消费水准不断地提升,各式各样背包成为人们身边不可或缺的饰品。大家要求箱包产品不光在实用性上有所加强,装饰性也要有所扩展。背包材质以多样化,真皮、塑料材质、涤纶、帆布、尼龙、棉麻等质地的箱包引领时尚潮流。在越来越标榜个性的时期,简约、复古、卡通等各类风格也从不同侧面迎合时尚人士张扬个性的需求。因为背包在特殊环境中使用,对背包的材料和工艺提出了较高的要求。
在外出时,背包中可能会放入钱包、手机等贵重物品,不法分子容易想到将背包割破而盗取财物;同时背包在旅行过程中,需要装载较多物品,现有的背包在防割、高强度方面还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,包括PVC软基板、防割面层、缓冲层和防水层;所述防割面层覆盖于PVC软基板外侧面,缓冲层覆盖于PVC软基板内侧面,防水层覆盖于缓冲层表面;
所述PVC软基板表面呈矩形阵列布设有若干定位孔,PVC软基板上嵌设一层衔接层,所述衔接层以纵横交错编织的形式穿过PVC软基板的各定位孔;
所述防割面层由多股复合丝编织而成,所述复合丝包括内芯线、疏水线和防割线,所述复合丝采用3D间隔针织法编织而成,上层以防割线作为经编层,下层以疏水线作为纬编层,中间采用多股内芯线连接。
优选的,所述衔接层由超高分子量聚乙烯纤维编织而成。
优选的,所述缓冲层为海绵层,防水层为防水布,优选为防水牛津布。
优选的,所述内芯线为聚酰亚胺纤维丝。
优选的,所述疏水线为疏水性纤维丝,选用氨纶、涤纶、丙纶任意一种或多种的混合。
优选的,所述防割线由两股或两股以上的聚四氟乙烯纤维丝复合而成。
本发明还一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料的制备方法,包括如下具体步骤:
S1、在PVC软基材上打孔形成定位孔,取超高分子量聚乙烯纤维丝编织在PVC软基材上,且超高分子量聚乙烯纤维丝贯穿各定位孔,形成包覆在PVC软基材正反两面的衔接层;
S2、采用3D间隔针织法编织形成复合丝,上层以防割线作为经编层,下层以疏水线作为纬编层,中间采用多股内芯线连接,再将得到的复合丝编织形成防割面层。
优选的,所述疏水线占内芯线总重量的20-30%;所述防割线占包芯纱线总重量的10-20%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在面料内嵌装PVC软基板,大大增强了面料整体的支撑强度;在PVC软基板内贯穿嵌设衔接层,能够与外部防割面层一体编织衔接,连接性好,能够实现防割面层与PVC软基板相互制约。
2、本发明的防割面层由复合丝编织而成,复合丝采用3D间隔针织法编织,将内芯线、疏水线、防割线复合在一起,立体效果好,防水性能优异的同时,具有良好的防割、抗压、缓冲效果。
3、本发明在PVC软基板内侧面复合有缓冲层和防水层,使得面料内侧面具有防水功能的同时,能够对背包内容物进行缓冲保护。

所述防割面层(2)由多股复合丝编织而成,所述复合丝包括内芯线(21)、疏水线(22)和防割线(23),所述复合丝采用3D间隔针织法编织而成,上层以防割线(23)作为经编层,下层以疏水线(22)作为纬编层,中间采用多股内芯线(21)连接;
所述高强度背包用面料的制备方法包括如下具体步骤:

S3、将防割面层(2)与PVC软基板(1)外侧面的衔接层(12)编织连接,形成一体连接结构;
S4、将缓冲层(3)粘贴在内侧面上,最后再将防水层(4)粘贴复合在缓冲层(3)表面,即得到具有防割伤功能的高强度面料,可用于背包的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,其特征在于:所述衔接层(12)由超高分子量聚乙烯纤维编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(3)为海绵层,防水层(4)为防水布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,其特征在于:所述内芯线(21)为聚酰亚胺纤维丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,其特征在于:所述疏水线(22)为疏水性纤维丝,选用氨纶、涤纶、丙纶任意一种或多种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料,其特征在于:所述防割线(23)由两股或两股以上的聚四氟乙烯纤维丝复合而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下具体步骤:
S1、在PVC软基材上打孔形成定位孔(11),取超高分子量聚乙烯纤维丝编织在PVC软基材上,且超高分子量聚乙烯纤维丝贯穿各定位孔(11),形成包覆在PVC软基材正反两面的衔接层(12);
S2、采用3D间隔针织法编织形成复合丝,上层以防割线(23)作为经编层,下层以疏水线(22)作为纬编层,中间采用多股内芯线(21)连接,再将得到的复合丝编织形成防割面层(2);
S3、将防割面层(2)与PVC软基板(1)外侧面的衔接层(12)编织连接,形成一体连接结构;
S4、将缓冲层(3)粘贴在内侧面上,最后再将防水层(4)粘贴复合在缓冲层(3)表面,即得到具有防割伤功能的高强度面料,可用于背包的制作。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有防割伤功能的高强度背包用面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述疏水线(22)占内芯线(21)总重量的20-30%;所述防割线(23)占包芯纱线总重量的10-20%。
