Background
The stamping die is a special process equipment for processing materials (metal or nonmetal) into parts (or semi-finished products) in cold stamping processing, and is called a cold stamping die (commonly called a cold stamping die). The method is widely applied to the processing industry, wherein the arc-shaped sheet metal workpiece is included, and the sleeve is processed by adopting a stamping processing mode.
But the current arc sheet metal work piece stamping die that is used for arc sheet metal work piece still has certain defect when processing the sleeve, especially is used for the arc sheet metal work piece stamping die under some special environment, if: under the inconvenient manual drawing of patterns of technical staff's the condition, the current stamping die who is used for under this kind of environment often all has the shortcoming that machining efficiency is low, on the one hand because the process of material loading, cutting, drawing of patterns separately goes on for machining efficiency reduces, on the other hand because the sleeve cover is on the mould after processing into the sleeve with the work piece, the drawing of patterns is very inconvenient like this, and the sleeve blocks on the mould easily, for this reason we propose an arc panel beating work piece stamping die and be used for solving above-mentioned problem.
