The second mechanism in the embodiment of the present invention includes a second servo motor 156, a second support plate 1519, a third support plate 1520, an actuating shaft 157, a connecting block 159, a timing pulley, a ring slider, a first actuating plate 158, a second actuating plate 155, a second cylinder 1510, a guide rod 153, and a basket locking disk 152; the second support plate 1519 is provided with a slider and the second support plate 1519 is slidably connected with the sliding rail of the first support plate 1516 through the slider, the second support plate 1519 is connected with the actuating part of the first cylinder 1513, the second support plate 1519 is L-shaped, the third support plate 1520 is connected with the second support plate 1519 through a bolt, the second servo motor 156 is assembled on the second support plate 1519 and the third support plate 1520 through a connecting piece and a bolt, preferably, the connecting piece is an arc steel plate matched with the second servo motor 156, the third support plate 1520 and the second support plate 1519 are correspondingly provided with bearing seats, the actuating shaft 157 is assembled on the bearing seats of the third support plate 1519 and the second support plate 1519 through a bearing 1520, the second cylinders 1510 are pairwise connected on the second support plate 1519 at both sides of the actuating shaft 157 through bolts, one end of the actuating shaft 157 and the output end of the second servo motor 156 are provided with synchronous pulleys and realize transmission through a belt, the other end of the actuating shaft 157 passes through an annular sliding block and is in sliding connection with the annular sliding block, the annular sliding block is provided with a bearing and is connected with a connecting block 159 through the bearing, the connecting block 159 is composed of two parts, each part of the connecting block is respectively connected with an actuating part of a second air cylinder 1510, a first actuating plate 158 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower end of the annular sliding block, a second actuating plate 155 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the actuating shaft 157 below the first actuating plate 158, six basket locking discs 152 vertically penetrate through four guide rods 153 to form five-layer locking structures, springs are sleeved on the guide rods 153 between the locking structures, the end parts of the four guide rods 153 are provided with threads, the threads vertically penetrate through the first actuating plate 158 and the second actuating plate 155 and are connected with the first actuating plate 158 through nuts, guide sleeves 154 are sleeved on the parts of the four guide rods 153 between the second actuating plate 155 and the basket locking discs 152 adjacent to the second actuating plate 155, the guide sleeves 154 are of uniform length. Preferably, the first actuating piece 158 and the second actuating piece 155 are both in a cross shape. In the embodiment, after the basket is put into the basket locking tray 152, the first actuating piece 158 is lifted by the contraction of the actuating part of the second cylinder 1510, and the second actuating piece 155 is kept still, so that the distance between the basket locking trays 152 is shortened, and the basket is clamped, when the clamped basket enters the station along with the whole set of basket locking trays 152, the second servo motor 156 of the second mechanism starts to actuate to drive the whole set of basket locking trays 152 to rotate together, thereby realizing the basket cleaning operation, when the operation is completed and the basket leaves the station, the actuating part of the second cylinder 1510 extends, and the distance between the basket locking trays 152 becomes larger under the action of the spring and the gravity, thereby facilitating the basket to be taken out. Preferably, the basket locking plate 152 of the present embodiment is uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes to facilitate the discharge of the cleaning solution. In this embodiment, the first mechanism is connected to the second support plate 1519 of the second mechanism on the one hand, and a facet is used as a main component of the apparatus to participate in the operation of the apparatus, and the specific form is as follows, when the basket is placed on the basket locking tray 152 and the basket is locked by the second mechanism, the first servo motor 151 of the first mechanism is actuated to drive the main transmission shaft 1517 to rotate, the second mechanism and the basket are sent to the position right above the working position, then the first cylinder 1513 drives the basket to enter the working position by actuating, after the cleaning operation is completed, the first cylinder 1513 drives the second mechanism and the basket to be sent to the position right above the working position again by actuating, and then the main transmission shaft 1517 is driven by the first servo motor 151 to rotate, so that the second mechanism and the basket are sent to the next working position right above to perform the next operation. In this embodiment, the first supporting disk 1515 is set to be a pentagon-like star shape, and the second supporting disk 1518 is set to be a regular pentagon shape, so that five second mechanisms are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the first mechanism, thereby forming five working positions, and facilitating the operation of the equipment, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the first supporting disk 1515 and the second supporting disk 1518 facilitates the connection of the first cylinder 1513 and the first supporting plate 1516 with the second supporting plate 1519 of the second mechanism respectively; the first actuating piece 158 and the second actuating piece 155 are arranged in a cross shape, so that the weight is reduced, the rotational inertia during operation is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. The number of basket locking discs 152 may be three, four, ten, etc. according to the shape and quality of the items to be washed.
The cleaning box comprises a medium-temperature medicine water tank 6 and a high-temperature clear water tank 8, the top of the side wall and the bottom of the side wall of the cleaning box are respectively provided with a water inlet valve and a water discharge valve, the water inlet valve is connected with the water tank through a pipeline and a water pump, and the water discharge valve is connected with a sewage treatment pool through a pipeline and a water pump; the bottoms of the medium-temperature medicine water tank 6 and the high-temperature clear water tank 8 are respectively provided with a group of electric heating devices, and the electric heating devices adopt electric heating pipes (not shown in the figure). The electric heating pipe is convenient for heating the cleaning liquid in the medium-temperature Chinese medicine water tank 6 and the high-temperature cleaning tank.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment of the invention also comprises an air compressor set 13, a high-pressure air tank 5, a high-pressure air heating bin 9 and a negative pressure fan 10; the air compressor unit 13 is connected with the high-pressure air tank 5 through a pipeline, the high-pressure air tank 5 is connected with the high-pressure air heating bin 9 through a pipeline, the high-pressure air heating bin 9 is respectively connected with two air inlet valves through a high-pressure air valve and a pipeline, the air inlet valves are arranged on the medium-temperature liquid medicine tank 6 and the high-temperature clear water tank 8, the drying box is a high-pressure air drying box 11, an air outlet is formed in the bottom of the drying box, and the air outlet is connected with a negative pressure fan 10; four vertical strip-shaped through grooves are arranged on one side wall of the high-pressure gas drying box 11, a support frame 111 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the high-pressure gas drying box, four vertical support rods are arranged on the support frame 111, each support rod is connected with a strip-shaped connecting piece through a bolt, and the connecting piece is connected with four U-shaped chutes in the vertical direction through bolts, the four U-shaped chutes are connected with a hollow high-pressure ventilation duct 112 in a sliding way, the high-pressure ventilating duct 112 is provided with an air inlet 113 penetrating the strip-shaped through groove on the end surface close to one side wall of the high-pressure air drying box 11 and six high-pressure nozzles 114 on the end surface far from one side wall of the high-pressure air drying box 11, the air inlet 113 is connected with a high-pressure gas valve through a pipeline, four third air cylinders 115 corresponding to the high-pressure ventilation ducts 112 are fixedly arranged on the support frame 111, and the actuating parts of the third air cylinders 115 are connected with the high-pressure ventilation ducts 112 through connecting sheets and bolts. The air compressor unit 13, the high-pressure gas tank 5 and the high-pressure gas heating bin 9 are convenient to arrange gas in the medium-temperature liquid medicine tank 6 and the high-temperature clean water tank 8 when cleaning, the ultrasonic cleaning device is matched to clean the object to be cleaned, the high-pressure gas heating bin 9 and the negative pressure fan 10 are convenient to dry and cool the object to be cleaned, the airing process is avoided when the cooling process is accelerated, the working efficiency is further improved, and secondary pollution is avoided. Through the arrangement of the high-pressure ventilation pipe 112, the high-pressure nozzle 114 and the third air cylinder 115, the uniform spraying of high-pressure air is realized when the washed articles are dried, and the drying efficiency is accelerated.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment of the invention further comprises an ultrasonic cleaning device which comprises an ultrasonic cleaning host 12 and ultrasonic transducers 7 which are connected through pipelines, wherein the ultrasonic cleaning host 12 is connected inside the main body frame structure 16 through bolts, and the two groups of ultrasonic transducers 7 are respectively arranged on two side walls inside the medium-temperature liquid medicine tank 6 and the high-temperature clear water tank 8. Preferably, the cleaning liquid medicine in the medium-temperature liquid medicine tank 6 adopts common cleaning liquid, and a detergent or washing powder is added into clear water. The ultrasonic cleaning device is convenient for cleaning the articles to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect and efficiency are improved.
The panel comprises a front panel 1, a rear panel, a left side panel, a right side panel, a top panel and a bottom panel, wherein the middle of the front panel 1 is provided with a fan-shaped structure, the left end and the right end of the fan-shaped structure are respectively provided with a collecting window 2 and a placing window 4, and the middle of the fan-shaped structure is fixedly provided with a human-computer interaction touch screen 3. The arrangement of the collecting window 2 and the placing window 4 facilitates the collection and placement of the basket by the operator.
The man-machine interaction touch screen 3 in the embodiment of the invention adopts an industrial touch screen, and comprises a screen display area and an operation area, wherein the screen display area comprises an operation control interface, a parameter setting interface, a monitoring alarm interface and a password setting interface which can be switched with each other, and the operation area is provided with an emergency stop button, a reset button, an origin point button, a stop button, a first start button and a second start button. Through setting up human-computer interaction touch-sensitive screen 3 for operating personnel is surveyable to the running state of equipment, makes to control more conveniently, and is more convenient to the adjustment of running data and historical data's retrieval.
Further, the intelligent cleaning machine comprises an angle encoder (not shown in the figure), a temperature sensor (not shown in the figure), an air pressure sensor (not shown in the figure), a rotating speed encoder (not shown in the figure) and a position sensor (not shown in the figure); the angle encoder is configured at the output mechanism of the first servo motor 151 and is connected with the motor support through a bolt; the temperature sensor is arranged in the middle-temperature liquid medicine tank 6, the high-temperature clear water tank 8 and the high-pressure gas drying tank 11 through bolts and connecting sheets; the air pressure sensors are arranged at the output ends of the high-pressure air heating bin 9 and the high-pressure air tank 5; the rotational speed encoder is configured at the output mechanism of the second servo motor 156 and is connected to the second support plate 1519 through a bolt; the position sensors are bolted to the main body frame structure 16 at positions corresponding to the respective basket locking disks 152; still include tricolor lamp, bee calling organ and switch board 14, tricolor lamp and bee calling organ dispose on front panel 1, switch board 14 disposes inside main body frame structure 16, disposes power frequency power supply, controller, rectifier, PLC control module in the switch board 14, and power frequency power supply provides the power and provides the power for first servo motor 151 and second servo motor 156 through the controller for air compressor unit 13, negative-pressure air fan 10, electric heater unit, ultrasonic cleaning device, PLC control module respectively, and power frequency power supply still is connected with external socket, PLC control module and first servo motor 151, second servo motor 156, first cylinder 1513, second cylinder 1510, third cylinder 115, electric heater unit, air compressor unit 13, high-pressure gas heating storehouse 9, water intaking valve, drain valve, admission valve, ultrasonic cleaning device, high pressure air valve, negative-pressure air fan 10, Angle encoder, temperature sensor, baroceptor, speed encoder, position sensor, three-color light, bee calling organ and water pump all form electric connection, and power frequency power and rectifier do human-computer interaction touch-sensitive screen 3 provides the power, and human-computer interaction touch-sensitive screen 3 forms electric connection with controller and PLC control module. The arrangement of the angle encoder, the temperature sensor, the air pressure sensor, the rotating speed encoder and the position sensor realizes the monitoring and feedback of the operating data of each mechanism of the intelligent cleaning machine. The arrangement of the power supply, the controller and the PLC control module in the power distribution cabinet 14 realizes intelligent control of the whole equipment.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment of the invention also comprises software which is used for acquiring the regulation and control information of the button and the man-machine interaction touch screen 3, regulating the working state of the intelligent basket washing sub machine according to the regulation and control information, and simultaneously realizing monitoring, alarming and historical data checking through the tracking controller, the PLC control module, the hardware mechanism and the working condition information, locking information and alarming information of each sensor.
The embodiment of the invention is implemented specifically as follows: firstly, switching on a power supply of the intelligent cleaning machine, finishing the starting of the intelligent cleaning machine and setting the air pressure to be a preset normal value, preferably setting the preset air pressure value to be 0.8 Mpa; secondly, setting operation parameters through a human-computer interaction touch screen 3, and monitoring the operation state of the equipment;
then, a reset button on the lower side of the man-machine interaction touch screen 3 is pressed, then, an original point button is pressed, and the intelligent cleaning machine returns to the original point position;
then, cleaning and drying are carried out, specifically, after baskets are placed on the first group of basket locking discs 152, a first starting switch is pressed, the first group of baskets are locked by the intelligent cleaning machine, then a second starting switch is pressed, the intelligent cleaning machine enters a first station and starts to operate, and at the moment, the first group of baskets carry out cleaning operation in the medium-temperature liquid medicine tank 6; after the operation is finished, placing baskets on the second group of basket locking discs 152, pressing down the first starting switch, locking the second group of baskets by the intelligent cleaning machine, pressing down the second starting switch again, enabling the intelligent cleaning machine to enter a second station and start the operation, and cleaning the first group of baskets in the high-temperature clean water tank 8 at the moment; after the operation is finished, placing a basket on the third basket locking disc 152, pressing down the first starting switch, locking the third basket by the intelligent cleaning machine, pressing down the second starting switch again, enabling the intelligent cleaning machine to enter a third station and start the operation, and then drying and cooling the first basket in the high-pressure gas drying box 11; after the operation is finished, the basket is placed on the fourth basket locking disc 152, then the first starting switch is pressed, the intelligent cleaning machine locks the fourth basket, the second starting switch is pressed again, the intelligent cleaning machine starts the cleaning operation, at the moment, the first basket is conveyed to the collecting window 2, the basket is taken away and the operation is finished, the first starting switch is pressed after the basket is placed on the fifth basket locking disc 152, the intelligent cleaning machine locks the fifth basket, the second starting switch is pressed again, the intelligent cleaning machine starts the cleaning operation, at the moment, the first basket is conveyed to the placing window 4, the basket is placed on the first basket locking disc 152 again, the basket on the second basket locking disc 152 is taken away and the operation is finished, then the first starting switch is pressed, the intelligent cleaning machine locks the first basket locking disc 152 again, the second starting switch is pressed again, the intelligent cleaning machine starts the cleaning operation, the above steps are repeated in a circulating way until all cleaning operations are completed;
and finally, after all the operations are completed, pressing a stop button and turning off the power supply.
Example 2.
Referring to fig. 11 to 12, the intelligent cleaning machine in this embodiment includes a main frame structure 16 formed by connecting a plurality of steel beams, and a plurality of panels covering the main frame structure 16, wherein the main frame structure is internally and fixedly provided with a plurality of plates to divide the main frame structure into a plurality of accommodating areas, and further includes a cleaning main unit 15 and a cleaning box 17 connected to the bottom of the main frame structure 16, wherein the cleaning main unit 15 includes a first mechanism and three second mechanisms uniformly connected to the first mechanism in the circumferential direction.
The first mechanism in this embodiment includes a support bottom plate 1512, a support top plate 1511, a main drive shaft 1517, a main drive shaft seat 1514, a first support disc 1515, a second support disc 1518, a first support plate 1516, a guide rail, a first servo motor 151, a reducer, and a first cylinder 1513; the support bottom plate 1512 and the support top plate 1511 are respectively and fixedly arranged at the bottom and the top of the main body frame structure through bolts, the support bottom plate 1512 and the support top plate 1511 are correspondingly provided with a main bearing seat, the main drive shaft 1517 is vertically assembled on the main bearing seat through a bearing, the support bottom plate 1512 is also fixedly provided with a motor support through bolts, an output mechanism of the first servo motor 151 and an input mechanism of the speed reducer are connected and connected together connected on the motor support through bolts, an output mechanism of the speed reducer and the main drive shaft 1517 are correspondingly provided with belt pulleys and form transmission through belts, the main drive shaft 1514 is in a step-shaped cylindrical shape and sleeved on the main drive shaft 1517 through an internally-arranged bearing, the outer edge of the main drive shaft 1514 is uniformly connected with four connecting ribs which are vertically connected with the support bottom plate 1512 through bolts in the circumferential direction, the first support disc 1515 is assembled in the middle of the main drive shaft 1517, the three second supporting discs 1518 are equidistantly and aligned on the upper portion of the main transmission shaft 1517, wherein the first supporting discs 1515 and the second supporting discs 1518 are in interference fit with the main transmission shaft 1517, the second supporting discs 1518 are in a regular triangle shape, the three first supporting discs 1516 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second supporting discs 1518, the two ends of the outer end surfaces of the three first supporting discs 1516 are vertically distributed with sliding rails, the first supporting discs 1516 are in a rectangular shape, the first supporting discs 1515 are in a triangle-like shape, and the three first cylinders 1513 are uniformly and vertically distributed on the outer edge of the first supporting discs 1515 in the circumferential direction.
The second mechanism in this embodiment is the same as that in embodiment 1, and is not described here again.
The cleaning tank 17 in this embodiment is a clean water tank, and a water inlet valve and a water discharge valve are respectively arranged on the top of the side wall and the bottom of the side wall of the cleaning tank, the water inlet valve is connected with the water tank through a pipeline and a water pump, and the water discharge valve is connected with a sewage treatment tank through a pipeline and a water pump; the bottom of the clear water tank is provided with a group of electric heating devices, and the electric heating devices adopt electric heating pipes (not shown in the figure). The electric heating pipe is convenient to heat the clean water in the clean water tank.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment also comprises an air compressor set 13, a high-pressure air tank 5 and a high-pressure air heating bin 9; the air compressor unit 13 is connected with the high-pressure air tank 5 through a pipeline, the high-pressure air tank 5 is connected with the high-pressure gas heating bin 9 through a pipeline, the high-pressure gas heating bin 9 is connected with the air inlet valve through a high-pressure gas valve and a pipeline, and the air inlet valve is arranged on the clean water tank.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment further comprises an ultrasonic cleaning device 1 which comprises an ultrasonic cleaning host 12 and an ultrasonic transducer 7 which are connected through pipelines, wherein the ultrasonic cleaning host 12 is connected to the main body frame structure through bolts, and the ultrasonic transducer 7 is arranged on two side walls inside the clean water tank.
The panel, the human-computer interaction touch screen, the sensor, the three-color lamp, the buzzer, the power distribution cabinet 14 and the software in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are not described again here.
When the embodiment of the invention is implemented specifically, firstly, a power supply of the intelligent cleaning machine is switched on, the intelligent cleaning machine is started and the air pressure reaches a preset normal value, and preferably, the preset value of the air pressure is set to be 0.8 Mpa; secondly, setting operation parameters through a human-computer interaction touch screen, and monitoring the operation state of the equipment; then, a reset button on the lower side of the man-machine interaction touch screen is pressed, then an original point button is pressed, and the intelligent cleaning machine returns to the original point position;
then cleaning is carried out: after the baskets are placed on the first basket locking disc, a first starting switch is pressed, the first basket is locked by the intelligent cleaning machine, then a second starting switch is pressed, the intelligent cleaning machine enters a station and starts to operate, and at the moment, the first basket performs cleaning operation in a clean water tank; after the operation is finished, placing baskets on the second group of basket locking discs, pressing down the first starting switch, locking the second group of baskets by the intelligent cleaning machine, pressing down the second starting switch again, enabling the second group of baskets to enter a clear water tank for cleaning operation, taking out the baskets in the first group of basket locking discs, placing the baskets to be cleaned on the first group of basket locking discs again at the next station, and repeating the steps until all the baskets are cleaned;
and finally, after all the operations are completed, pressing a stop button and turning off the power supply.
Example 3.
Referring to fig. 13, the intelligent cleaning machine in this embodiment includes a main frame structure 16 formed by connecting a plurality of steel beams and a plurality of panels covering the outside of the main frame structure 16, the main frame structure 16 is internally and fixedly provided with a plurality of plates to divide the main frame structure into a plurality of accommodating areas, and further includes a cleaning main unit 15 connected to the bottom of the main frame structure 16 and a drying box 18, wherein the cleaning main unit 15 includes a first mechanism and three second mechanisms uniformly connected to the first mechanism in the circumferential direction.
The first mechanism and the second mechanism in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 2, and are not described again here.
The intelligent cleaning machine in the embodiment of the invention also comprises an air compressor set 13, a high-pressure air tank 5, a high-pressure air heating bin 9 and a negative pressure fan 10; the air compressor unit 13 is connected with a high-pressure air tank 5 through a pipeline, the high-pressure air tank 5 is connected with a high-pressure gas heating bin 9 through a pipeline, the drying box 18 is a high-pressure gas drying box, an air outlet is formed in the bottom of the drying box, and the air outlet is connected with a negative pressure fan 10 and a cold dryer; the structure of the high-pressure gas drying box and the high-pressure ventilation duct, the gas inlet, the high-pressure nozzle and the third cylinder which are arranged in the high-pressure gas drying box in the embodiment are the same as those in the embodiment 1, and the description is omitted here.
The panel, the human-computer interaction touch screen, the sensor, the three-color lamp, the buzzer, the power distribution cabinet and the software in the embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are not described again here.

and finally, after all the operations are completed, pressing a stop button and turning off the power supply.
