Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to the vehicle driving alarm method, after the front image of the vehicle during driving is obtained, the driving lane where the vehicle is located and the lane information on the two sides of the driving lane are obtained according to the front image, and then alarm information is sent out under the condition that the vehicle is determined to have the violation behavior according to the obtained driving lane and the lane information on the two sides of the driving lane.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the warning method for vehicle driving of the present embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s101, acquiring a front image when a vehicle runs, wherein the vehicle is a non-motor vehicle.
The present embodiment, when executing S101, may acquire an image captured in real time by an image pickup device placed at a preset position of the vehicle as a front image while the vehicle is traveling.
The vehicle in the embodiment is a bicycle, an electric bicycle and other non-motor vehicles; the preset position in this embodiment is a position capable of photographing the front of the vehicle, and may be a position of a basket, a lamp, or the like.
S102, obtaining the driving lane of the vehicle and lane information on two sides of the driving lane according to the front image.
After executing S101 to acquire a front image of the vehicle during traveling, the present embodiment executes S102 to obtain a traveling lane of the vehicle and lane information on both sides of the traveling lane from the front image.
The embodiment executes the driving lane of the vehicle obtained in S102, which is the lane where the vehicle is located when the vehicle is currently driving; the present embodiment executes the lane information on both sides of the driving lane obtained in S102 as information on whether there are other lanes on the left and right sides of the driving lane.
Specifically, when S102 is executed to obtain the driving lane of the vehicle and the lane information on both sides of the driving lane according to the front image, the present embodiment may adopt the following optional implementation manners: the semantic segmentation is performed on the front image, and the semantic segmentation of the front image can be performed by using a deep learning model such as FCN, deep lab, and the like in the embodiment; extracting lane lines according to the semantic segmentation result of the front image; and obtaining the driving lane of the vehicle and the lane information at two sides of the driving lane according to the extracted lane lines.
When the step S102 is executed to obtain the driving lane of the vehicle according to the extracted lane lines, the present embodiment may divide the driving lane according to the extracted lane lines, and use the lane in which the vehicle is driving in the divided driving lanes as the driving lane of the vehicle.
S103, sending alarm information under the condition that the vehicle is determined to have violation according to the driving lane and the lane information on the two sides of the driving lane.
After S102 is executed to obtain the information of the driving lane and the lanes on two sides of the driving lane, S103 is executed to send alarm information when the vehicle is determined to have violation behavior according to the obtained information of the driving lane and the lanes on two sides of the driving lane.
Specifically, when S103 is executed to determine that a violation occurs in the vehicle according to the obtained driving lane and the lane information on both sides of the driving lane, the following manner may be adopted: acquiring a preset judgment rule; and under the condition that the information of the driving lane and the lane information on the two sides of the driving lane meet the preset judgment rule is detected, determining that the vehicle has violation behaviors.
The embodiment executes the preset determination rule obtained in step S103, and is specifically used for determining which type of violation has occurred in the vehicle, and when it is detected that the information of the driving lane and the lanes on both sides of the driving lane do not meet the preset determination rule, it indicates that the vehicle has not occurred in the violation, and the accuracy of determining whether the vehicle has occurred in the violation can be improved by the preset determination rule.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the vehicle has an illegal behavior when executing S103 and detecting that the lane information of the driving lane and the lane information on both sides of the driving lane meet the preset determination rule, the optional implementation manner that may be adopted is: and under the condition that the lanes exist on both sides of the driving lane, determining that the vehicle breaks through the motor lane.
In addition, when the embodiment determines that the vehicle has the violation when executing S103 and detecting that the lane information of the driving lane and both sides of the driving lane meet the preset determination rule, the optional implementation manner that can be adopted is: in the case where it is detected that there is a lane on the right side of the traveling lane, it is determined that a vehicle has a wrong-way behavior.
Since the normal travel lane of the non-motor vehicle, which is generally the rightmost lane located in the travel direction of the non-motor vehicle, is fixed, the present embodiment can improve the determination accuracy by performing the determination of the violation in consideration of the circumstances other than the rightmost lane.
The embodiment executes S103 to send different warning information such as vibration, voice or light after determining that the vehicle has an illegal action according to the information of the driving lane and the lanes on both sides of the driving lane, so as to prompt the rider and pedestrians and other vehicles around the vehicle.
In an actual driving scene, a part of the non-motor vehicle lane may be in a state of being unable to pass due to the existence of an obstacle or the situation of being constructed, and the non-motor vehicle may temporarily enter the motor vehicle lane to pass.
In order to avoid false alarm and improve the accuracy of the sent alarm information, when S103 is executed to send the alarm information, the embodiment may adopt the following optional implementation modes: recording the violation duration of the vehicle in violation behaviors; and sending alarm information under the condition that the recorded violation duration is determined to exceed the preset duration.
In addition, when the alarm information is sent in S103, the following contents may be further included in the present embodiment: determining a violation type of a violation occurring in the vehicle; the alarm information corresponding to the determined violation type is sent out, and the corresponding relationship between the violation type and the alarm information can be preset in the embodiment, for example, the violation type is vibrated when driving in the reverse direction, and a red light flickers when running through a vehicle lane.
That is to say, this embodiment can use different alarm information to warn the rider and appear different violation behaviors through confirming the alarm information that corresponds with the violation type, can promote alarm effect.
It is understood that the execution subject of the embodiment may be a warning device installed on a non-motor vehicle, and the warning device includes a camera device (for acquiring an image of the front of the vehicle), a processing device (for obtaining lane information of a driving lane and two sides thereof according to the image of the front of the vehicle), and a warning device (for sending warning information in case of determining that an illegal action occurs according to the lane information of the driving lane and two sides thereof).
