A plurality of inner sealing convex ribs of the first inner convex sealing structure are tightly pressed with the outer circle of the extraction pipe under the pressure of internal slurry, and the sealing effect is greatly improved.

The sealing structures and the reinforcing structures on the upper rubber body tyre bag and the lower rubber body tyre bag are all made of an integrated structure with the rubber body tyre bag, so that the sealing reliability is also improved.
In conclusion, the invention has scientific principle and simple structure, and is arranged on the extraction pipe when in use. The outer convex sealing structure is a plurality of outer sealing convex ribs 11 which are all in a ring shape, all the outer sealing convex ribs 11 are arranged at intervals along the direction of the central line of the colloid tyre bag, and the cross section of each outer sealing convex rib 11 is in a semicircular structure.
The first inner convex sealing structure is a plurality of inner sealing convex ribs 12 which are all in the shape of a circular ring, all the inner sealing convex ribs 12 are arranged in a central cylindrical hole at uniform intervals along the direction of the central line of the rubber tire bag, and the cross section of each inner sealing convex rib 12 is in a semicircular structure.
The second inner convex sealing structure comprises a plurality of annular convex ridges 13 integrally arranged in the inner circle of the pipe penetrating rubber nozzle, the annular convex ridges 13 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the direction of the central line of the pipe penetrating rubber nozzle, the inner circle of each annular convex ridge 13 is of a conical structure, and the thicker end of the conical structure is an inlet end when the conical structure penetrates into a grouting pipe.
The end face reinforcing structure is a plurality of radial reinforcing ribs 14, all the radial reinforcing ribs 14 are uniformly arranged along the central line direction of the rubber tire bladder, each radial reinforcing rib 14 is arranged along the radial direction of the rubber tire bladder, and the radial reinforcing ribs 14 protrude out of the outer side face of the rubber tire bladder and are integrated with the rubber tire bladder.
The installation and hole sealing process of the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, sleeving central cylindrical holes of an upper rubber tire bag 3 and a lower rubber tire bag 2 on an excircle of an extraction pipe 1, adjusting the distance between the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 to be the grouting hole sealing length, simultaneously enabling an upper pipe penetrating rubber nozzle 9 on the upper rubber tire bag 3 to correspond to the central line of a group of lower pipe penetrating rubber nozzles 8 on the lower rubber tire bag 2, penetrating a long injection pipe 4 into the lower pipe penetrating rubber nozzle 8 and the upper pipe penetrating rubber nozzle 9 which correspond to each other up and down, and installing an upper plug 5 (in threaded connection) after the upper end of the long injection pipe 4 penetrates out of the upper rubber tire bag 3; then, a short grouting pipe 6 is inserted into the other group of lower tube penetrating rubber nozzles 8 of the lower rubber body tire bag 2, the upper end of the short grouting pipe 6 extends into the middle upper part of the annular cavity between the upper rubber body tire bag 3 and the lower rubber body tire bag 2, and finally all the clamps 10 are screwed down to ensure that the hole penetrating rubber nozzles and the grouting pipes are reliably sealed; after the installation is finished, the whole hole packer is upwards extended into a drill hole, a grouting pump is connected with a long grouting pipe 4 at first, grout is injected into an upper rubber body tire bag 3 and a lower rubber body tire bag 2 through two one-way valves 7 on the long grouting pipe 4, the upper rubber body tire bag 3 and the lower rubber body tire bag 2 are expanded, the hole wall of the drill hole is extruded until a pressure gauge display value on the grouting pump reaches a preset value, and the grouting of the grouting pump is stopped; due to the arrangement of the one-way valve 7, grout injected into the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 cannot flow backwards, at the moment, the hole packer is suspended in a drill hole under the action of friction force between the two rubber tire bags and the wall of the drill hole and cannot fall off, the wall of the drill hole forms a grouting closed space in an annular cavity between the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 in an expansion mode, a grouting pump is connected with the lower port of the short grouting pipe 6, grouting is conducted in the annular cavity between the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 in the expansion mode through the short grouting pipe 6, grouting stopping time is finally determined according to a display value of a pressure gauge on the grouting pump, a grouting stop valve preset at the lower end of the short grouting pipe 6 is closed, and grouting hole sealing operation is completed.
If the hole is temporarily sealed, only water is injected into the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2, and the annular cavity between the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 is not grouted.
After slurry is injected into the upward rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2, the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 expand, and because the inner wall of the drilled hole is not smooth and flat and has a plurality of concave or convex parts, a plurality of external sealing convex ribs 11 on the excircle of the expanded upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2 are tightly attached according to the concave or convex parts of the inner wall of the drilled hole in different areas, so that better sealing and axial positioning effects are realized. The outer sealing convex rib 11 also has the function of improving the bearing strength of the upper rubber body tyre bag 3 and the lower rubber body tyre bag 2, and when the inner wall of the drill hole moves, the outer sealing convex rib 11 and the inner wall of the drill hole are in sliding friction, so that the abrasion of the outer circles of the upper rubber body tyre bag 3 and the lower rubber body tyre bag 2 can be reduced.
A plurality of inner sealing convex ribs 12 of the first inner convex sealing structure are tightly pressed with the excircle of the extraction pipe 1 under the pressure of internal slurry, and the sealing effect is greatly improved.
The inner circle of the annular convex ridge 13 of the second inner convex sealing structure is of a conical structure, the thick port of the conical structure is an inlet end when the grouting pipe penetrates, so that the grouting pipe can conveniently penetrate, the inner circle of the annular convex ridge 13 is tightly attached to the outer circle of the grouting pipe under the action of the self elasticity of the pipe penetrating rubber nozzle, and the reliability of sealing connection is improved.
The arrangement of the radial reinforcing ribs 14 improves the bearing performance (including radial and axial bearing) of the two end surfaces of the upper rubber tire bag 3 and the lower rubber tire bag 2.
The sealing structures and the reinforcing structures on the upper rubber body tyre bag 3 and the lower rubber body tyre bag 2 are all made of an integrated structure with the rubber body tyre bags, so that the sealing reliability is also improved.
