Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cotton wadding processing, in particular to a ginned cotton humidifier which comprises a heating device and a humidifying device inside a ginned cotton slideway.
Background
The ginned cotton humidifying is the last procedure before the ginned cotton packing procedure. Foreign countries, the ginned cotton humidifier is an indispensable device in the cotton packing process, and at present, the ginned cotton is not humidified in domestic ginned cotton processing, and the corresponding ginned cotton humidifier is not applied. At present, the ginned cotton humidifying device in foreign countries is also only a simple one in which an atomizing device is added in a cotton conveying channel (also called a cotton dripping channel) to humidify cotton, and in this type of humidifying device, a water supply system firstly sprays air with high moisture content into the hot air channel, and then the humidified air is sprayed into the cotton conveying channel to humidify ginned cotton, the working temperature is between 37 degrees and 48 degrees, the moisture regain of 0.9%. 1.2% can be increased to a maximum amount of 1.5%, and the required moisture regain is usually difficult to achieve. And the working condition provided by the equipment in the low-temperature environment of Xinjiang can easily liquefy the atomized air on the wall of the cotton conveying channel to form liquid drops which are finally attached to the lint, so that the lint cannot be remoistened, and the lint is deteriorated.
China is a large textile country, and machine-harvested cotton is popularized in some places, for example, in Xinjiang areas, the area of machine-harvested cotton is continuously enlarged, in order to facilitate cleaning, drying treatment is needed before processing, the moisture regain of processed ginned cotton is 4-5% (the national regulation is 8.5%), so that the packing difficulty is increased, the service life of a packing machine is shortened, the energy consumption is increased, ginned cotton fibers are easily damaged in processing, the transportation packing rate is high, static electricity is increased, and potential safety hazards are increased. Under the condition of the natural moisture regain, import equipment is used for further moisture regain, so that the moisture regain of the obtained lint is still lower than the national standard, and the packaged cotton is possibly deteriorated and cannot be paid. Therefore, in order to avoid the defects of the non-humidified cotton, the development of a lint humidifier with a better humidifying effect is imperative.

In view of this, the invention aims to provide a ginned cotton humidifier with good humidifying effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses a ginned cotton humidifier, which comprises a cotton feeding channel which is connected with a cotton feeding device and a cotton collecting cage and is arranged obliquely downwards, and humidifying equipment for humidifying ginned cotton flowing through the cotton feeding channel, wherein the humidifying equipment comprises a humidifying barrier component arranged in the cotton feeding channel and a steam device which is connected to the humidifying barrier component through a humidifying fan and a configured pipeline.
According to the ginned cotton humidifier disclosed by the technical scheme of the invention, the humidifying grid component is arranged in the ginned cotton conveying channel to humidify the ginned cotton, and the atomized water drops are provided by the humidifying device, so that stable and uniform water mist can be obtained, the ginned cotton can be uniformly humidified in the ginned cotton conveying channel, and the moisture regain of the ginned cotton can reach the moisture regain required by packaging. And in the humidification process, the heating plate at the bottom heats the inside of the slide way. When the cotton conveying channel reaches a certain temperature, the temperature of the cotton conveying channel can be basically kept, the activity of water molecules contained in steam with higher temperature is enhanced, and the moisture regain of the lint can be greatly increased.
The main reason for poor humidification effect of the humidifier is that the temperature of the humidified steam air is low, and the slide way is heated by the humidifier. This problem is solved.
In the humidifier, the humidifying barrier member is arranged at the top of the cotton feeding channel.
Above-mentioned humidifier, send cotton passageway bottom to be equipped with the electric heating board for the inside temperature of control slide.
In the humidifier, the pipeline of the humidification fan connected to the steam device is provided with a heating and heat-insulating device.
In the humidifier, the cotton conveying channel is a channel with a heat preservation facility.
In the humidifier, the cotton feeding channel is a single-layer channel.
In the humidifier, a temperature detection element is arranged in the cotton feeding channel, a humidity detection element is arranged in the steam device, a main valve is arranged at an air outlet of the humidifier, control valves are arranged on air outlet pipes of the sprayer, the humidifier further comprises a controller, an input terminal is connected with the temperature detection element and the humidity element, and an output terminal is connected with the main valve and the control valves so as to control heating and spraying time of the humidifier.

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained in detail by combining the specific embodiments as follows:
the invention discloses a ginned cotton humidifier, which comprises a cotton feeding channel (3) which is connected with a cotton feeding device (1) and a cotton collecting cage and is arranged obliquely downwards, and humidifying equipment (2) which humidifies ginned cotton flowing through the cotton feeding channel, wherein the humidifying equipment comprises a humidifying barrier component (2) arranged in the cotton feeding channel and a steam device which is connected to the humidifying barrier component (2) through a humidifying fan (5) and a configured pipeline.
According to the ginned cotton humidifier disclosed by the technical scheme of the invention, the humidifying grid component (2) is arranged in the ginned cotton conveying channel (1) to humidify ginned cotton, and atomized water drops are provided by the humidifying device, so that stable and uniform water mist can be obtained, and therefore, the ginned cotton can be uniformly humidified in the ginned cotton conveying channel (1), and the moisture regain of the ginned cotton reaches the moisture regain required by packaging. And in the humidifying process, the heating plate (3) at the bottom heats the inside of the slide way. When the cotton feeding channel (1) reaches a certain temperature, the temperature can be basically kept, the activity of water molecules contained in steam with higher temperature is enhanced, the moisture regain of the lint can be greatly increased, the device adopts an external power supply and a solar photovoltaic panel (4) to supply power simultaneously, and the residual electric energy is stored in a battery pack (6).
