Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the guide rod is guided by the first guide opening, the polishing head is not in contact with the surface of the special-shaped accessory when the guide rod slides in the arc section, the polishing head is in contact with and polishes the edge of the special-shaped accessory when the guide rod slides in the V-shaped section, and the polishing head moves up and down under the action of the second guide opening, so that the whole edge of the special-shaped accessory can be polished, each edge of the polygonal special-shaped accessory can be automatically polished, and the safety is good and the efficiency is high.

The automatic grinding machine for the special-shaped parts, as shown in fig. 1-8, comprises an installation table 37, the special-shaped parts 2 are fixed above the installation table 37 through a clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism comprises a supporting table 21, the bottom of the supporting table 21 is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the installation table 37, the top of the supporting table 21 abuts against the bottom of the special-shaped parts 2, a plurality of limiting plates 20 are fixed on the edge of the supporting table 21, the limiting plates 20 abut against the outer side face of the special-shaped parts 2, the top of the special-shaped parts 2 abuts against the bottom face of a clamping block 3, the top of the clamping block 3 is fixedly connected with the lower end of a hydraulic cylinder 4, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is perpendicular to an inner ring plate 13, and the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is fixedly connected with the middle part of an installation plate 5. The top surface of mount table 37 is fixedly connected with a plurality of flexure strips 36, and the upper end fixedly connected with clamping piece 23 of flexure strip 36, clamping piece 23 support the lateral surface of special-shaped accessory 2, and the upper end of clamping piece 23 is fixed with guide piece 35, leaves the clearance between guide piece 35 upper end and the special-shaped accessory 2.
The supporting table 21 and the clamping block 3 clamp the upper end and the lower end of the special-shaped part 2, the limiting plate 20 is used for limiting the horizontal movement of the special-shaped part 2, the elastic piece 36 is matched with the clamping piece 23 to play a role of pre-clamping the special-shaped part 2, and the guiding piece 35 is used for conveniently guiding the special-shaped part 2 to be placed between the limiting plates 20.
The top of mount table 37 is fixed with concentric and level setting's interior crown plate 13 and outer crown plate 15 through supporting mechanism, and supporting mechanism includes bottom plate 1, the bottom of bottom plate 1 fixed connection mount table 37, and one side of bottom plate 1 is connected with backup pad 10 perpendicularly, and the upper end of backup pad 10 is connected with mounting panel 5 perpendicularly, and a plurality of connecting plates 9 and outer crown plate 15 fixed connection are passed through to the bottom of mounting panel 5, and a plurality of connecting rods 8 and interior crown plate 13 fixed connection are passed through to the bottom of mounting panel 5. The bottom four corners of the bottom plate 1 are vertically connected with support legs 12, and a plurality of triangular rib plates 11 are vertically connected between the bottom plate 1 and the supporting plate 10. The support mechanism functions to fix the inner ring plate 13 and the outer ring plate 15.
The outer ring plate 15 is positioned outside the inner ring plate 13, a gap is left between the inner edge of the outer ring plate 15 and the outer edge of the inner ring plate 13, the gap forms a first guide opening 14, the first guide opening 14 comprises a plurality of arc sections 40 concentric with the inner ring plate 13, a V-shaped section 32 is connected between the adjacent arc sections 40, a guide rod 22 vertical to the inner ring plate 13 is arranged in the first guide opening 14 in a sliding manner, a connecting block 19 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the guide rod 22, a sliding table 39 is fixed to one side of the connecting block 19 and is arranged in a second guide opening 17 arranged on the guide plate 18 in a sliding manner, the guide rod 22 is vertically arranged, a driving mechanism for driving the guide plate 18 to rotate around the center of the inner ring plate 13 is arranged at the upper part of the mounting table 37, the driving mechanism comprises a first motor 16, the first motor 16 is fixed on the fixing plate 28, the fixing plate 28 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the mounting table 37, and the output shaft of the first motor 16 is coaxially connected with a gear 27, the gear 27 is meshed with the gear ring 25, the gear ring 25 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the lower end face of the sliding ring 24, the sliding ring 24 is sleeved on the outer side of the cylindrical mounting table 37 and is in running fit with the cylindrical mounting table, the top face of the sliding ring 24 and the bottom face of the gear ring 25 respectively abut against the two limiting rings 26 and are in sliding fit with the two limiting rings, the two limiting rings 26 are fixedly connected with the side wall of the mounting table 37, the sliding ring 24 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating plate 29, and the other end of the rotating plate 29 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the guide plate 18.
The first guide opening 14 can guide the movement of the guide rod 22, so that the guide rod 22 moves in the horizontal direction, when the guide rod 22 slides in the arc section 40, a certain distance is kept between the guide rod 22 and the center of the inner ring plate 13, when the guide rod 22 slides in the V-shaped section 32, the guide rod 22 firstly approaches to the center of the inner ring plate 13 and then is far away from the center of the inner ring plate 13, the grinding head 6 grinds the edge of the special-shaped fitting 2, the first motor 16 can enable the sliding ring 24 to rotate through the transmission of the gear 27 and the gear ring 25, and the guide plate 18 rotates around the center of the inner ring plate 13 through the connection of the rotating plate 29.
The second guide port 17 is linear and inclined to the vertical direction, an end plate 31 in sliding fit with the surface of the guide plate 18 is fixed on the end face of the sliding table 39, the connecting block 19 is connected with the mounting seat 7 through an elastic mechanism horizontally arranged, the elastic mechanism comprises a sleeve 30 horizontally arranged and in a rectangular tubular shape, one end of the sleeve 30 is fixedly connected with the connecting block 19, a sliding rod 34 in sliding fit with the sleeve 30 is inserted in the sleeve 30, one end of the sliding rod 34 is located in the sleeve 30, sliding blocks 38 are fixed on two sides of the sliding rod 34, the sliding blocks 38 are slidably mounted in sliding grooves 41, the sliding grooves 41 are arranged along the length direction of the sleeve 30, the other end of the sliding rod 34 is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 7, a spring 33 is connected between the mounting seat 7 and the connecting block 19, and the spring 33 is sleeved outside the sleeve 30 and the sliding rod 34. A second motor is fixedly arranged in the mounting seat 7, and a polishing head 6 is fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the second motor.
The second guide opening 17 guides movement of the sliding table 39, the end plate 31 is used for limiting a movement track of the sliding table 39, the sliding table 39 is a rectangular block, the sliding table 39 cannot rotate relative to the second guide opening 17 when sliding in the second guide opening 17, the spring 33 is used for providing elastic force, stretching driving exists between the sleeve 30 and the sliding rod 34, and the polishing head 6 can be in surface contact with the special-shaped accessory for polishing through the elastic force of the spring 33.
The working process is as follows: after the clamping mechanism clamps and fixes the special-shaped accessory 2, the driving mechanism drives the guide plate 18 to rotate around the center of the inner annular plate 13, the guide rod 22 slides in the first guide opening 14 in the rotating process, when the guide rod 22 slides in the arc section 40, a certain distance is kept between the guide rod 22 and the center of the inner annular plate 13, and at the moment, the polishing head 6 is not in contact with the special-shaped accessory 2; when the guide rod 22 slides in the V-shaped section 32, the guide rod 22 firstly approaches the center of the inner ring plate 13 and then moves away from the center of the inner ring plate 13, when the guide rod 22 is brought closer to the centre of the inner ring plate 13, at a distance, the second motor-driven sanding head 6 comes into contact with and sands one of the edges of the profiled fitting 2, in the process, the sliding table 39 slides in the second guide port 17, and because the second guide port 17 is arranged obliquely, the second sliding table 39 moves up and down while moving horizontally, the connecting block 19 connected with the second sliding table 39 also moves up and down, i.e. the sanding head 6 will move up and down to sand the entire edge of the profiled fitting 2, after one edge is sanded, the guide rod 22 will enter the circular arc section 40, after which the above steps are repeated, the next edge is ground until the grinding of the edges of the entire polygonal-prism-shaped profiled part 2 is completed.
