The dust remover 202 is provided with an emptying chimney 203, and the dust remover 202 is also connected with an ash cleaning mechanism consisting of an air compressor 204 and a compressed air bag 205. When the dust remover 202 reaches the ash removal pressure, the compressed air pre-stored in the compressed air bag 205 can perform blowing ash removal. Because the dust remover 202 is fixed on the left cover 101, the arrangement difficulty of the related row of pipelines can be reduced, and the overall construction cost is reduced by about 20 percent.
The connecting part comprises a telescopic air pipe 301, an air return pipe 302 and a dust removing pipe 303. The return air duct 302 and the dust removal duct 303 are respectively connected to the outlet manifold of the ventilator 201.
When the electric furnace is used, the ventilator 201 is started, dust-containing flue gas overflowed from the electric furnace enters the telescopic air pipe 301 through the air exhaust channel 107, the outlet of the ventilator 201 is divided into two parts, one part enters the air return channel 105 and is sprayed out through the nozzle 106 under pressure, the flowing direction of the floating jet in the cover can be effectively changed, the dust in the cover is prevented from escaping, the other part enters the dust remover 202 through the dust removing pipe 303 to be purified, and the dust-containing flue gas is discharged through the emptying chimney 203 after reaching the indoor discharge limit standard. The total emission of the particulate matters in the discharged gas is reduced by 60-80% compared with the traditional treatment, the environmental protection benefit is obvious, and the heating energy consumption caused by ventilation can be eliminated for heating areas.
During operation of the fire, the ventilator 201 should continue to operate, changing the mode of operation of the ventilator 201 only by adjusting the opening of the left and right hoods 101 and 102. In general, the left cover 101 and the right cover 102 are closed during electric furnace smelting and tapping, and the ventilation amount of the ventilator is minimized, and the left cover 101 and the right cover 102 are opened during operations such as charging and repairing of the electric furnace, and the ventilation amount of the ventilator is maximized. Through accounting, the working mode can reduce the operation energy consumption by 20% -30%.
