Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a portable ultraviolet LED sterilization device aiming at the corresponding defects of the prior art, wherein once ultraviolet rays are irradiated on the surface of a human body through an infrared sensing device, a power supply is automatically cut off immediately so as to ensure the use safety of the sterilization device and avoid harm to the human body.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following scheme: a portable ultraviolet LED sterilization device comprises a shell, a lamp panel and a battery are arranged in the shell, the lamp panel is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet LEDs, the shell is internally provided with a power supply control unit, the power supply control unit is provided with a safety protection unit for controlling the opening and closing of the ultraviolet LEDs, the safety protection unit comprises an infrared sensor and a gravity sensor which are arranged on a circuit board, the lower side of the shell is provided with a reflector mounting hole, the upper side of the shell is provided with a face cover mounting hole, a reflector is arranged in the reflector mounting hole and is clamped and fixed with the shell, be equipped with a plurality of unthreaded holes on the reflector and correspond with a plurality of ultraviolet LED on the lamp plate, be provided with the infrared probe hole of stepping down on the reflector, a face lid is installed in face lid mounting hole and casing fixed connection, the both ends of casing are equipped with the end cover respectively.

When the ultraviolet LED2 works, once the infrared probe 5 senses a human body, the ultraviolet LED2 stops working immediately, or the gravity sensor 6 senses that the reversal angle of the device exceeds a preset angle, the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet LED2 risks irradiating the human body, and the ultraviolet LED2 is closed immediately to protect the safety of the human body.
The electronic unit comprises an ultraviolet LED2, a lamp panel 3, a battery 4, a power supply control unit 14, an infrared probe 5 of a safety protection unit and a gravity sensor 6 which are electrically connected through wiring terminals on a circuit board.
