The working principle is as follows: by arranging the electric screw 16, when an output shaft of the electric screw 16 rotates, the cleaning brush 18 fixedly connected with the screw nut 17 is driven to move left and right, and the cleaning brush 18 is in contact with the solar cell panel 13, so that the cleaning brush 18 can clean the surface of the solar cell panel 13, a user only needs to remotely control the forward and reverse rotation of the output shaft of the electric screw 16 through the wireless signal transceiver 9 in rainy days, the cleaning brush 18 can clean the surface of the solar cell panel 13 by matching with rainwater, stains on the surface of the solar cell panel 13 cannot be adhered to the surface of the solar cell panel, and accumulated snow on the surface of the solar cell panel 13 can be cleaned by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the output shaft of the electric screw 16 in snowy days, so that the aim of conveniently cleaning the solar cell panel is achieved, and the charging pile 1 is arranged to facilitate the charging of an electric automobile and an electric bicycle, the temperature and humidity information and the road condition information can be published in real time by arranging the information publishing screen 4, and by arranging the sound amplifying loudspeaker 3, the humiture information and the road condition information can be broadcasted, the traffic flow and the people flow can be conveniently monitored by arranging the monitoring camera 8, the output shaft of the rotating motor 20 is controlled by the staff through the wireless signal transceiver 9 to rotate, so that the second rotating gear 22 meshed with the first rotating gear 21 drives the rotating plate 11 to rotate, the light receiving angle of the solar cell panel 13 can be adjusted, so that the solar cell panel can adapt to illumination adjustment in different seasons, and by arranging the electromagnet 28 and the limiting rod 25, when the electromagnet 28 is powered off, the limiting rod 25 is clamped with the third rotating gear 23, so that the rotating plate 11 cannot rotate, the problem that the angle of the rotating plate 11 cannot be kept at the original position when the rotating motor 20 fails is avoided, therefore, the purpose of conveniently adjusting the light receiving angle of the solar cell panel according to different environmental conditions is achieved.
In summary, the LED intelligent street lamp integrating illumination, monitoring and broadcasting has the advantages that through the arrangement of the electric screw rod 16, when the output shaft of the electric screw rod 16 rotates, the cleaning brush 18 fixedly connected with the screw rod nut 17 is driven to move left and right, the cleaning brush 18 is contacted with the solar cell panel 13, so that the cleaning brush 18 can clean the surface of the solar cell panel 13, a user only needs to remotely control the forward and reverse rotation of the output shaft of the electric screw rod 16 through the wireless signal transceiver 9 in rainy days, the cleaning brush 18 can clean the surface of the solar cell panel 13 by matching with rainwater, the dirt on the surface of the solar cell panel 13 cannot be adhered to the dirt, and the accumulated snow on the surface of the solar cell panel 13 can be swept away by the cleaning brush 18 by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the output shaft of the electric screw rod 16 in the snowy days, so that the aim of conveniently cleaning the solar cell panel is fulfilled.
