Meanwhile, the second waterproof and breathable membrane 312 is located at the inlet of the valve body 311 and seals the inlet, so that only cold air enters the inner bag 1, and moisture and the like are prevented from excessively entering the inner bag 1, thereby preventing the problem that the storage environment of vegetables in the inner bag 1 is changed due to the need of setting a low-temperature environment, and further maintaining the freshness of the vegetables.
More specifically, the valve spool 313 further includes a valve plate 3131, a heat sensitive block 3132, a connecting rod 3133, and a resilient plate 3134, one end of the resilient plate 3134 is fixed on the valve body 311, the valve plate 3131 is slidably disposed in the valve passage along a transverse direction of the valve passage, a protruding connecting block is disposed on the valve plate 3131, and two ends of the connecting rod 3133 are respectively hinged to the other end of the resilient plate 3134 and the connecting block, so that when the resilient plate 3134 is displaced in the valve body 311, the resilient plate 3134 can drive the valve plate 3131 to move in the valve passage through the connecting rod 3133 and the connecting block, thereby controlling an amount of cold air passing through the valve passage. Meanwhile, a heat conduction hole 3111 communicating with the first inner cavity is further formed in the valve body 311 at a position fixed by the elastic sheet 3134, the heat conduction hole 3111 is located below the elastic sheet 3134, the thermal block 3132 is embedded in the heat conduction hole 3111, and one end of the thermal block 3132 abuts against the elastic sheet 3134, so that after the temperature in the first inner cavity of the inner bag 1 changes, the thermal block 3132 directly contacts the air in the first inner cavity through the heat conduction hole 3111, so that when the temperature in the first inner cavity changes, the thermal block 3132 can expand with heat and contract with cold, so that when the temperature rises, the volume of the thermal block 3132 expands and pushes the elastic sheet 3134 open, so that the elastic sheet 4 drives the valve plate 3131 to further open the valve channel, the amount of cold air passing through the valve channel is increased, so that the temperature in the first inner cavity is reduced, the low-temperature environment of vegetables is maintained stable, and when the temperature rises, the volume of the thermal block 3132 is reduced, so that the elastic sheet 4 retracts, the valve plate 3131 further closes, the temperature in the valve channel is further closed, the temperature of the vegetables is maintained, and the problem of the vegetables is also solved, and the problem of vegetables is that the vegetable freshness-keeping temperature of the vegetables. It is noted that the thermo-sensitive block 3132 can be one of the single metals, alloys and plastics which are sensitive to temperature and solid in the market, and it is sufficient that the volume of the thermo-sensitive block expands with heat and contracts with cold when the temperature changes, which will not be described herein.
More specifically, the adjusting valve 31 further includes a cable 3135 and a roller 3136, wherein the roller 3136 is rotatably disposed outside the valve body 311, such that the roller 3136 can rotate on the valve body 311, and one end of the cable 3135 passes through the valve body 311 and is connected to the spring 3134, and the cable 3135 and the heat-sensitive block 3132 are respectively disposed at two sides of the spring 3134, i.e., the spring 3134 can be pulled by the cable 3135 to move, and at the same time, the cable 3135 can counteract the thermal expansion and contraction effects of the heat-sensitive block 3132, and the other end of the cable 3135 is wound around the roller 3136, such that a user can control the deformation of the spring 3134 by rotating the roller 3136, and thus, the manual control of the amount of cold air passing through the valve passage is achieved, and a condition is provided for the user to manually set the amount of cold air passing through the adjusting valve 31 according to vegetables placed in the inner bag 1.
More specifically, a ratchet assembly 3137 is further disposed between the roller 3136 and the valve body 311, a ratchet of the ratchet assembly 3137 and the roller 3136 are coaxially disposed and fixed to each other, and a pawl of the ratchet assembly 3137 is disposed on the valve body 311, so that a user may temporarily fix the roller 3136 through the ratchet assembly 3137, and the problem of adjustment failure caused by rotation and resetting of the roller 3136 under a restoring force of the elastic sheet 3134 is prevented, and the structural design is more reasonable.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a vegetable preservation method, and the vegetable preservation device is utilized. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for preserving vegetables according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the method for preserving vegetables according to the present embodiment includes the following steps:

S5, maintaining fresh;
the cooling main machine 41 is started, and the cooling air is supplied to each outer box 2 through the cooling main machine 41, so that the multi-purpose of one machine is realized, and the use cost is reduced.
The vegetable fresh-keeping device and the fresh-keeping method provided by the embodiment, the fresh-keeping device is characterized in that an inner bag 1 with a first inner cavity is arranged in a second inner cavity of an outer box body 2, each inner bag 1 is provided with an exchanger 12 with a first waterproof breathable film 121, moisture isolation is realized, vegetable fresh keeping is realized, the inner bag 1 and the outer box body 2 are connected through an air bag 21, the inner bag 1 is supported through contraction of the air bag 21, vegetables can be prevented from being damaged due to vegetable extrusion through the inner bag 1, the inner bag 1 can be kept within the range of the outer box body 2 all the time and can be protected, the protection performance is better, in addition, each inner bag 1 is provided with the exchanger 12 with the first waterproof breathable films 121, each inner bag 1 is connected with an adjustable low-temperature assembly 3, the inner bags can be stored separately according to the storage temperatures of different vegetables, different storage is realized, the problem of different vegetable storage differences at the same temperature is prevented, and the vegetable fresh-keeping method uses the vegetable fresh-keeping device to be more beneficial to storage and transportation of the vegetables.

Claims (7)

1. A vegetable preservation device, comprising:
the inner bag is provided with a first inner cavity, and a bag opening communicated with the first inner cavity is formed in the inner bag;
the sealing cover is detachably arranged on the bag opening, and meanwhile, a communication opening is formed in the sealing cover;
an exchanger detachably mounted in the communication port of the cover, the exchanger having a first waterproof, breathable membrane;
the outer box body is of a rectangular frame structure and is provided with a second inner cavity, the inner bag is arranged in the second inner cavity, an air bag is arranged in the second inner cavity and positioned around the outer box body, the four air bags are respectively arranged around the inner bag and connected with the inner bag, meanwhile, one end of each air bag, which is deviated from and connected with the inner bag, is respectively connected to the outer box body, and meanwhile, a suction nozzle is arranged on each air bag;
the low-temperature assembly comprises an adjusting valve, a diaphragm and a connector, the diaphragm is attached to the inner wall of the inner bag, the connector is mounted on the sealing cover, and the adjusting valve is arranged between the connector and the sealing cover;
sealing elements are arranged between the sealing cover and the bag opening and between the exchanger and the communication opening;
the membrane is positioned at the position where the inner bag is connected with the air bag;
each outer box is last just to be located and has seted up the socket on the face at its bottom place, logical groove has been seted up in the wall body of outer box, the one end that leads to the groove with the socket is connected, the other end with the connector passes through the pipe connection, simultaneously, each outer box is last and be located and be provided with first plug on the face at its top place, first plug alternative inserts to another outer box in the socket, and, first plug equally with lead to the groove intercommunication.

The vegetable fresh-keeping device according to claim 1, further comprising a cooling device, wherein the cooling device comprises a cooling main unit and a plurality of cooling pipes, the plurality of cooling pipes are connected to the same cooling main unit, the plurality of cooling pipes are arranged at intervals along a direction, each cooling pipe is provided with a second plug extending out, and the second plug is detachably connected with the socket on the outer box body.

A vegetable fresh-keeping device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjusting valve comprises a valve body, a second waterproof air-permeable membrane and a valve core, the valve body has an inlet, an outlet and a valve channel communicating the inlet and the outlet, the valve core is disposed in the valve channel and movable in the valve channel, and the second waterproof air-permeable membrane is disposed at the inlet of the valve body and seals the inlet.

The vegetable fresh-keeping device according to claim 3, characterized in that the valve core comprises a valve plate, a heat-sensitive block, a connecting rod and an elastic sheet, one end of the elastic sheet is fixed on the valve body, the valve plate is slidably arranged in the valve channel along the transverse direction of the valve channel, a protruding connecting block is arranged on the valve plate, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively hinged with the other end of the elastic sheet and the connecting block, meanwhile, a heat-conducting hole communicated with the first inner cavity is further formed in the valve body and located at the position where the elastic sheet is fixed, the heat-conducting hole is located below the elastic sheet, the heat-sensitive block is embedded in the heat-conducting hole, and one end of the heat-sensitive block abuts against the elastic sheet.

A vegetable fresh-keeping device according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising a pull rope and a roller, wherein the roller is rotatably arranged outside the valve body, one end of the pull rope penetrates through the valve body and is connected to the elastic piece, the pull rope and the heat-sensitive block are respectively positioned on two sides of the elastic piece, and the other end of the pull rope is wound on the roller.

s3, opening the bag;

stacking a plurality of outer boxes containing the qualified vegetables, inserting the insertion opening on the outer box at the lowest layer onto the second plug of the cold supply pipe, inserting the insertion opening on the outer box at the upper layer onto the first plug on the outer box at the lower layer between two adjacent outer boxes, and adjusting the corresponding adjusting valve on each outer box according to the optimal storage temperature of the corresponding qualified vegetables;
s5, maintaining fresh;
and starting the cooling main machine and supplying cooling air to each outer box body.
