Background
The court trial system is an intelligent digital system with comprehensive functions of collecting audio and video information, displaying and playing, centralized program control linkage, comprehensive data entry, digital court audio and video information storage and the like, can standardize court trial activities to the maximum extent and improve the court trial efficiency.
At present, the intelligent degrees of all levels of court yards in China are different, and the adopted court trial host system has the phenomena of numerous manufacturers, diversified types and models of equipment, non-uniform realization technical standards, high price of the court trial host and the like, and most of the court trial host systems do not support the online court-out function. The court trial host computer itself has a voice excitation, any party in the court trial site speaks, and there will be a voice excitation amplification effect, and the voice excitation effect in the court trial site will be used as the party in the remote court trial to participate in the secondary voice excitation: when a court stimulates the speech once, the picture of other remote users is reduced; when the remote user speaks, the remote screen is enlarged and superimposed onto the court primary incentive screen.

the remote picture of the mobile terminal is superposed into a designated pane of the field original composite picture to form a new composite picture;
performing voice excitation according to the obtained field voice of the court trial host and the remote voice of the mobile terminal, switching the current speaker picture to a voice excitation large picture, and reducing the current excitation large picture to a specified picture frame to obtain a fused video;
and outputting the fused video to the court trial host, and simultaneously sending the fused video to the mobile terminal through the cloud server.

The method for fusing a court trial field picture and a remote picture according to claim 1, wherein during voice excitation, if the field voice of the court trial reaches a threshold value, the remote excitation picture is closed to automatically display the excitation picture of the court trial field; if the remote voice reaches the threshold value, the remote picture is enlarged to just cover the excitation picture of the court trial host.
