Abstract
本发明提出一种带过滤功能的积水井及清淤方法,包括水泵井、水泵井盖、水泵和过滤机构,水泵井两侧顶部一端设有进水口,进水口处设有进水沟,水泵安设于水泵井内,水泵出水管穿过水泵井盖上的管孔伸出井外,过滤机构包括过滤网袋和支撑限位格栅板,支撑限位格栅板为两块,设于水泵井内两侧,与两侧井壁形成过滤腔,过滤腔内放置过滤网袋,本发明减轻工人劳动强度,加快清理时间,为管廊工地可靠排水。

技术领域
本发明属于排水施工的技术领域,尤其涉及一种带过滤功能的积水井及清淤方法。
背景技术
在市政工程建设领域,由于地下渗水、水泥养护、下雨等情况导致积水井杂物过多,导致潜水泵堵塞烧毁,积水需要沉淀后才能排除积水。
排水施工中老的方法靠潜水泵自身过滤装置阻挡杂物,可是积水井杂物类型过多,杂物有大有小,潜水泵自身过滤装置经常被堵塞,需要吊起潜水泵清理过滤器和清理积水井里杂物,这种排水方法容易烧毁潜水泵电机,需要定期人工清淤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述存在的问题,提供一种带过滤功能的积水井及清淤方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带过滤功能的积水井,其特征在于,包括水泵井、水泵井盖、水泵和过滤机构,所述水泵井两侧顶部一端设有进水口,所述进水口处设有进水沟,所述水泵安设于水泵井内,水泵出水管穿过所述水泵井盖上的管孔伸出井外,所述过滤机构包括过滤网袋和支撑限位格栅板,所述支撑限位格栅板为两块,设于水泵井内两侧,与两侧井壁形成过滤腔,所述过滤腔内放置所述过滤网袋。
按上述方案,所述过滤网袋通过过滤孔孔径划分为上下两部分,上部分为粗孔过滤网袋,下部分为细孔过滤网袋。
按上述方案,还包括报警机构,所述报警机构包括浮球开关和警示灯,所述浮球开关安设于所述过滤网袋上下部分的分界处,所述警示灯安设于所述水泵井盖上,与浮球开关连接。
按上述方案,所述过滤网袋外侧顶部对应于所述水泵井进水口的位置设有开口。
按上述方案,所述过滤网袋顶部设有提手。
一种带过滤功能的积水井的清淤方法,其特征在于,包括如下内容:
S1)积水通过进水沟流入过滤网袋,通过过滤流入水泵井内,沉淀物在过滤网袋中积存;
S2)当过滤网袋内的沉淀物积存超过过滤网袋的分界线时,浮球开关接通警示灯,提醒需要积水异常或沉淀物过多需要清理;
S3)移开水泵井盖,提起过滤网袋,滤干水分后倒掉沉淀物,放回过滤网袋就完成清理工作,再将水泵井盖复位。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种带过滤功能的积水井及清淤方法,根据警示灯提醒沉淀物过多,提起过滤网袋,滤干水分后倒掉沉淀物,放回过滤网袋就完成清理工作,减轻工人劳动强度,加快清理时间,为管廊工地可靠排水。

具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1-图4所示,一种带过滤功能的积水井,包括水泵井1、水泵井盖2、水泵3和过滤机构,水泵井两侧顶部一端设有进水口,进水口处设有进水沟4,水泵安设于水泵井内,水泵出水管穿过水泵井盖上的管孔5伸出井外,过滤机构包括过滤网袋6和支撑限位格栅板7,支撑限位格栅板为两块,设于水泵井内两侧,与两侧井壁形成过滤腔,过滤腔内放置过滤网袋。
过滤网袋通过过滤孔孔径划分为上下两部分,上部分为粗孔过滤网袋8,下部分为细孔过滤网袋9。
还包括报警机构,包括浮球开关和警示灯,浮球开关安设于过滤网袋上下部分的分界处,警示灯安设于水泵井盖上,与浮球开关连接。水位升高浮起浮球开关接通指示灯,提醒积水异常或泥沙过多需要清理过滤网袋。
过滤网袋外侧顶部对应于水泵井进水口的位置设有开口10,顶部设有提手11,方便提起过滤网袋。
一种带过滤功能的积水井的清淤方法,包括如下内容:
S1)积水通过进水沟流入过滤网袋,通过过滤流入水泵井内,沉淀物在过滤网袋中积存;
S2)当过滤网袋内的沉淀物积存超过过滤网袋的分界线时,浮球开关接通警示灯,提醒需要积水异常或沉淀物过多需要清理;
S3)移开水泵井盖,提起过滤网袋,滤干水分后倒掉沉淀物,放回过滤网袋就完成清理工作,再将水泵井盖复位。

1.一种带过滤功能的积水井,其特征在于,包括水泵井、水泵井盖、水泵和过滤机构,所述水泵井两侧顶部一端设有进水口,所述进水口处设有进水沟,所述水泵安设于水泵井内,水泵出水管穿过所述水泵井盖上的管孔伸出井外,所述过滤机构包括过滤网袋和支撑限位格栅板,所述支撑限位格栅板为两块,设于水泵井内两侧,与两侧井壁形成过滤腔,所述过滤腔内放置所述过滤网袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带过滤功能的积水井,其特征在于,所述过滤网袋通过过滤孔孔径划分为上下两部分,上部分为粗孔过滤网袋,下部分为细孔过滤网袋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带过滤功能的积水井,其特征在于,还包括报警机构,所述报警机构包括浮球开关和警示灯,所述浮球开关安设于所述过滤网袋上下部分的分界处,所述警示灯安设于所述水泵井盖上,与浮球开关连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带过滤功能的积水井,其特征在于,所述过滤网袋外侧顶部对应于所述水泵井进水口的位置设有开口。

6.一种带过滤功能的积水井的清淤方法,其特征在于,包括如下内容:
