The rural domestic sewage filtration treatment equipment and the sewage treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the filtration treatment equipment comprises: the adsorption and filtration device (3) comprises a third shell (401), the third shell (401) is provided with a second water inlet (405), and the second water inlet (405) is externally connected with a second flow guide pipe (406); a material storage tank (402) is arranged above the third shell (401), and a third valve switch (407) is arranged at a discharge hole (408) in the third shell below the material storage tank (402); be equipped with multilayer active carbon adsorption net (403) in third casing (401), active carbon adsorption net (403) below is equipped with clean water reservoir (409), clean water reservoir (409) are equipped with second delivery port (410) on third casing (401) even below, second delivery port (410) outer joint drainage pipe (404).
