Claims (8)
1. The automatic garbage disinfection and classification box comprises a box body (1) and is characterized in that a garbage cover (2) is connected to the top wall of the box body (1) in a rotating mode, fixed blocks (3) are fixed to the side bottom wall of the box body (1), partition plates (4) penetrate through and are fixed to the inside of the box body (1), inclined plates (5) are welded to the four walls of the box body (1), the inclined plates (5) are located below the partition plates (4) and are fixed with electromagnets (7), a plastic collecting barrel (6) is fixed to the inner bottom wall of the box body (1), a discharge barrel (8) penetrates through and is fixed to the side wall of the plastic collecting barrel (6), the discharge barrel (8) penetrates through the inner wall of the box body (1) and is provided with a first rotating door (10), a discharge port (9) is formed in the side wall of the box body (1), a second rotating door (11) is arranged at the discharge port (9), the side roof of box (1) is fixed with backup pad (14), fixed block (3) are connected with induction system, backup pad (14) are connected with crushed aggregates device.

The automatic garbage disinfecting and sorting box according to claim 1, wherein the sensing device comprises a fixing rod (15), the fixing rod (15) is fixedly arranged on the top wall of a fixing block (3), a transverse plate (16) is welded on the top wall of the fixing rod (15), a first switch (17) is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the transverse plate (16), two first springs (18) are welded on the top wall of the fixing block (3), a pedal (19) is jointly fixed at the other ends of the two first springs (18), a second switch (20) is fixed on the top wall of the fixing block (3), the second switch (20) is located under the pedal (19), a warping rod (21) is rotatably connected to the bottom wall of the pedal (19), two connecting rods (23) are symmetrically fixed at one end of the warping rod (21) far away from the pedal (19), both connecting rods (23) are fixed with vertical rods (24), two the top of montant (24) all rotates with the diapire of rubbish lid (2) to be connected, the interior diapire of box (1) is fixed with supporting shoe (22), the middle part and the supporting shoe (22) of stick up pole (21) are rotated and are connected.

The automatic garbage disinfecting and sorting box according to claim 2, characterized in that the partition board (4) is provided with a through hole (25), the side wall of the through hole (25) is symmetrically provided with two grooves (26), the ends of the two grooves (26) far away from the opening are both welded with telescopic rods (27), the free ends of the telescopic rods (27) are both fixed with sliding plates (30), the size of each sliding plate (30) is matched with the size of the corresponding groove (26) and is slidably connected inside the corresponding groove (26), the bottom wall of each sliding plate (30) is welded with connecting blocks (29), the two vertical rods (24) are both rotatably connected with first rotating rods (28), and the other ends of the two first rotating rods (28) are respectively rotatably connected with the two connecting blocks (29).

An automatic garbage sterilization and classification box according to claim 4, characterized in that the top wall of the support plate (14) is fixed with a motor (12), the output shaft of the motor (12) penetrates through the side wall of the box body (1) and is welded with a driving shaft (13), the driving shaft (13) is welded with a rotating disc (40), the rotating disc (40) is rotatably connected with a second rotating rod (39), and the other end of the second rotating rod (39) is rotatably connected with one of the side walls of the rack (34).

8. A method of sorting an automated waste sterilization bin according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
firstly, when a worker needs to throw garbage, the worker steps on the pedal (19) by feet, the pedal (19) drives one end of the tilting rod (21) to move downwards, the other end of the tilting rod (21) drives the vertical rod (24) to move upwards through the connecting rod (23) under the action of the supporting block (22), so that the garbage cover (2) is lifted upwards, the worker throws the garbage, in the process of lifting the garbage cover (2), the vertical rod (24) moves upwards to drive the first rotating rod (28) to rotate, the connecting block (29) drives the sliding plate (30) to mutually approach to block the through hole (25), the garbage falls on the sliding plate (30), the garbage touches the second switch (20) when moving downwards through the pedal (19), the circuit of the motor (12) is switched on at the moment, and the driving shaft (13) drives the rotating disc (40) to rotate, under the action of the second rotating rod (39), the rack (34) connected with the second rotating rod is driven to reciprocate, and under the action of the gear (37), the other rack (34) reciprocates in the direction opposite to that of the previous rack (34), so that the two blades (35) cut and crush the waste, and the worker needs to step on the pedal (19) for two to three seconds when throwing the garbage;
secondly, after the garbage throwing is finished, at the moment, the worker loosens the feet from the pedal (19), the pedal (19) is restored to the original position under the action of the first spring (18), the sliding plate (30) opens the through hole (25) under the action of the vertical rod (24) and the first rotating rod (28), so that the waste which has been crushed falls through the through hole (25) and the pedal (19) is in contact with the first switch (17), so that the electromagnet (7) is electrified to adsorb metal substances in the wastes, non-metal substances directly fall into the plastic collecting barrel (6) for disinfection, and in the next garbage throwing process, a worker steps on the pedal (19), thereby, the contact with the first switch (17) is removed, the magnetism of the electromagnet (7) disappears, and the metal object falls to the bottom of the box body (1) through the inclined plate (5), thereby finishing the classification process.
