The friction force is generated by the contact of the braking mechanism and the rotating mechanism, so that the fixing of the operating box shell is realized; and the friction force is eliminated through the separation of the formulating mechanism and the rotating mechanism, so that the rotation of the operating box shell is realized. The rotary control device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and can rotate and stop at any position of the operation box.
The present application will be described with reference to specific embodiments for further understanding of the concept of the present application, and with reference to fig. 1 and 2, an operation box assembly, comprising: the control box comprises a control box fixing seat 100, a control box shell 200, a rotating mechanism 300 and a braking mechanism 400. One side of the operation box shell is provided with a groove space capable of accommodating the operation box fixing seat. The operation box fixing base 100 is fixedly installed on the protection shell of the machine tool in a welding, bonding, riveting or detachable mode. The casing 200 is rotatably mounted on the casing holder by a rotation mechanism 300, and thus, the casing can be rotated arbitrarily along the rotation center of the rotation mechanism with respect to the casing holder (machine tool). The brake mechanism 400 is detachably connected with the operation box shell, one end of the brake mechanism is abutted against or separated from the rotating mechanism, and relative static or relative rotation between the operation box shell and the operation box fixing seat is realized through friction force generated between the brake mechanism and the rotating mechanism, so that a proper operation position is provided for an operator. The operation box shell can rotate at any position along the rotation center of the rotating mechanism, and friction force is generated between the braking mechanism and the rotating mechanism, so that the operation box can be stopped at any position. The handle can be a flower-shaped knob or a handle and is detachably connected with the ejector rod. Thus, when the operation space is small, the style or specification of the handle can be changed according to the actual situation.
In the above embodiment, if the application occasions of the operation box assembly are different, the sizes of the ejector rod, the connecting shaft or the adjusting block can be arbitrarily designed according to the actual situations, and the braking friction force and the braking stability can be adjusted.
Based on the operation box assembly disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also discloses a machine tool, and the disclosed machine tool comprises the operation box assembly in any embodiment.
Specifically, a lathe includes the protective housing, and the control box subassembly sets up in the protective housing position that is close to the door. Further, the protective shell is provided with a space for accommodating the operation box assembly. When the machine tool works and needs to be controlled by the operation box, the operation box shell is rotated to a position convenient to operate, and the ejector rod is rotated at the moment to enable the adjusting block to be abutted with the connecting shaft, so that the operation box shell is fixed. After the operation is completed, the ejector rod is loosened, and the operation box shell is rotated to the original position. Therefore, the operation is convenient, the operation box does not occupy extra space, and the appearance appreciation of the machine tool can be improved.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
