Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the device for welding the rib plates of the building template, which can realize automatic assembly, positioning and welding, reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the production efficiency.
In order to solve the technical problem, the device for welding the ribbed plate of the building template, provided by the invention, comprises a welding platform, a welding robot, a ribbed plate feeding mechanism and a feeding mechanism, wherein the welding robot is positioned on one side of the welding platform, the ribbed plate feeding mechanism is positioned on one side of the welding platform, and the feeding mechanism is positioned on one side of the welding platform and is used for moving the ribbed plate fed by the ribbed plate feeding mechanism to the welding platform. The welding platform comprises a roller conveying mechanism, a positioning backup plate arranged on one side of the roller conveying mechanism, a positioning and clamping mechanism connected with the roller conveying mechanism, a first pressing mechanism and a first pulling mechanism which are respectively connected with the positioning backup plate side of the roller conveying mechanism, a second pressing mechanism and a second pulling mechanism which are respectively connected with the positioning and clamping mechanism, a first slide rail connected with the roller conveying mechanism, a side clamping mechanism connected with the first slide rail in a sliding manner, and a first rack connected with the roller conveying mechanism; the side clamp mechanism comprises a side clamp seat connected with the first slide rail in a sliding manner, a first servo motor connected with the side clamp seat, a first gear connected with the first servo motor in a transmission manner and meshed with the first rack, a second slide rail connected with the side clamp seat, a clamp mounting plate connected with the second slide rail in a sliding manner, a clamp drag hook connected with the clamp mounting plate, a first telescopic mechanism connected with the clamp drag hook, a second telescopic mechanism connected with the machine base and the side clamp seat, and a piston rod connected with the clamp mounting plate, and a positioning photoelectric sensor connected with the clamp drag hook; feed mechanism including the truss that is located floor feed mechanism one side, with third slide rail and second rack that the truss crossbeam is connected, with third slide rail sliding connection's cantilever mounting panel, with the second servo motor that the cantilever mounting panel is connected, with second servo motor transmission connect, and with the second gear that the second rack meshing is connected, first end with the cantilever that the cantilever mounting panel is connected, with the guide arm that the cantilever other end is connected, with guide arm sliding connection's clamping jaw mounting panel, frame with the cantilever is connected, the piston rod with the third telescopic machanism that the clamping jaw mounting panel is connected, with the fourth telescopic machanism that the clamping jaw mounting panel is connected, at least two with the finger cylinder that the clamping jaw mounting panel is connected, with the material loading clamping jaw that the finger cylinder is connected.
As one of the improvement schemes, the ribbed plate feeding mechanism provided by the invention comprises a base, a rib bin connected with the base, a pushing mechanism positioned on one side of the rib bin and connected with the base, a material shifting mechanism positioned above the pushing mechanism and connected with the pushing mechanism, a rib conveying mechanism positioned on one side of the pushing mechanism, and a lifter positioned on the other side of the rib bin; the rib storage bin comprises a fixed baffle connected with the base, a guide rail connected with the base, a movable bin door capable of moving along the guide rail, and a photoelectric sensor connected with the fixed baffle; the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing rack, a pushing platform connected with the pushing rack, a fourth sliding rail connected with the pushing rack, a first direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism connected with the pushing rack, a rib push plate connected with the fourth sliding rail in a sliding manner and a driving belt of the first direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism, a first cross beam positioned above the pushing platform and connected with the pushing rack or the pushing platform, a fifth telescopic mechanism and a sixth telescopic mechanism connected with the first cross beam and used for pressing down ribs, and a material shifting guide plate connected with the pushing platform; the rib conveying mechanism comprises a rib conveying rack, a fifth slide rail connected with the rib conveying rack, a first driving mechanism connected with the rib conveying rack, and a rib material moving vehicle connected with the fifth slide rail in a sliding manner and connected with the first driving mechanism; the rib material moving vehicle is provided with a material loading bearing plate, an end positioning plate connected with one end of the material loading bearing plate, a positioning boss connected with the material loading bearing plate, a seventh telescopic mechanism connected with the material loading bearing plate, and a material pressing plate connected with a piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism; the material shifting mechanism comprises a material shifting frame connected with the material pushing mechanism, a sixth sliding rail connected with the lower part of the material shifting frame, a material shifting sliding plate connected with the sixth sliding rail in a sliding manner, a material shifting plate connected with one end of the material shifting sliding plate, a second driving mechanism connected with the material shifting frame and driving the material shifting sliding plate to move along the sixth sliding rail, an eighth telescopic mechanism connected with one side of the material shifting frame, and a guide plate connected with a piston rod of the eighth telescopic mechanism.
On the basis of one of the above improved schemes, as a further improved technical scheme, the device for welding the rib plate of the building template provided by the invention comprises a lifting frame, a lifting platform connected with the lifting frame in a sliding manner, a chain and chain wheel mechanism connected with the lifting frame and driving the lifting platform to lift, a third servo motor connected with the lifting frame and driving the chain and chain wheel mechanism to move, and a balancing weight connected with one end, far away from the lifting platform, of the chain and chain wheel mechanism; the lifting platform extends into the rib stock bin.
On the basis of one of the improved schemes, as a further improved technical scheme, the device for welding the ribbed plates of the building template, provided by the invention, is also provided with a thin ribbed plate bin positioned on one side of the lifter and a thin ribbed plate knockout mechanism connected with the thin ribbed plate bin on the side close to the lifter; the thin-rib plate bin comprises a thin-rib plate bin rack, a thin-rib plate material box, a thin-rib plate pushing mechanism, a second cross beam, a first pressing cylinder and a second pressing cylinder, wherein the thin-rib plate pushing mechanism is located at the top of the thin-rib plate bin rack, the thin-rib plate pushing mechanism is connected with the thin-rib plate material bin rack and pushes a thin rib plate in the thin-rib plate box to move towards one side close to the thin-rib plate knockout mechanism, the second cross beam is connected with the thin-rib plate material bin rack at two ends, the first pressing cylinder and the second pressing cylinder are connected with the second cross beam, and the width adjusting plate is connected with the thin-rib plate material box and the second cross beam at two ends.
On the basis of the above improved scheme, as a further improved technical scheme, in the device for welding the rib plate of the building template, the thin rib plate knockout mechanism comprises a knockout frame connected with the thin rib plate bin frame, a thin rib plate discharge chute arranged on the knockout frame, a second direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism connected with the knockout frame, and a thin rib plate knockout plate connected with a driving belt of the second direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism; the thin rib plate pushing mechanism comprises a third direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism connected with the thin rib plate bin rack and a thin rib plate pushing plate connected with a conveying belt of the third direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism, and the thin rib plate pushing plate can slide in a thin rib plate material box.
On the basis of the above improved scheme, as a further improved technical scheme, the device for welding the rib plates of the building templates, provided by the invention, comprises a rib conveying rack, a fifth slide rail connected with the rib conveying rack, a first driving mechanism connected with the rib conveying rack, and a rib material moving vehicle connected with the fifth slide rail in a sliding manner and connected with the first driving mechanism; the rib material moving vehicle is provided with a loading bearing plate, an end positioning plate connected with one end of the loading bearing plate, a positioning boss connected with the loading bearing plate, a seventh telescopic mechanism connected with the loading bearing plate, a material pressing plate connected with a piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism, and a thin rib material groove connected with the loading bearing plate.
As a second improvement, the positioning and clamping mechanism of the device for welding the rib plate of the building template provided by the invention comprises a bottom plate connected with the welding platform, a seventh slide rail connected with the bottom plate, a mounting plate slidably connected with the seventh slide rail, a third driving mechanism connected with the bottom plate and the mounting plate and driving the mounting plate to move along the seventh slide rail, an eighth slide rail connected with the mounting plate, a clamping hook slidably connected with the eighth slide rail, and a ninth telescopic mechanism connected with the base and the mounting plate and connected with a piston rod and the clamping hook.
As a third improvement, in the device for welding the rib plates of the building template, the second pressing mechanism is connected with the mounting plate; the second pull-open mechanism is connected with the mounting plate; first hold-down mechanism and second hold-down mechanism all include with welding platform or the tenth telescopic machanism that the mounting panel is connected, with the first supporting plate that welding platform or mounting panel are connected, first end with first supporting plate articulated second connecting rod, first end with the piston rod of tenth telescopic machanism is articulated, the middle part with the opposite end articulated clamp plate of second connecting rod.
As a fourth improvement, in the apparatus for welding a rib plate of a building template provided by the present invention, each of the first pulling-open mechanism and the second pulling-open mechanism includes an eleventh telescopic mechanism connected to the welding platform or the mounting plate, a second support plate connected to the welding platform or the mounting plate, a third connecting rod having a first end hinged to the second support plate, and a pulling hook having a first end hinged to a piston rod of the eleventh telescopic mechanism and a middle part hinged to the other end of the third connecting rod.
The aforementioned improvements can be implemented individually or in combination without conflict.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is convenient for realizing automatic assembly, positioning and welding, effectively reduces the welding deformation, lightens the labor intensity of operators and improves the production efficiency.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus for welding a rib plate of a building template provided by the invention comprises a welding platform 1, a welding robot 2 located at one side of the welding platform 1, a rib plate feeding mechanism 3 located at one side of the welding platform 1, and a feeding mechanism 4 located at one side of the welding platform 1 and used for moving a rib plate supplied by the rib plate feeding mechanism 3 onto the welding platform 1. As shown in fig. 2, the welding platform 1 in the embodiment includes a roller conveying mechanism 5 without power transmission, a positioning backup plate 6 disposed on one side of the roller conveying mechanism 5, a positioning clamping mechanism 7 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5, a first pressing mechanism 8 and a first pulling-out mechanism 9 respectively connected to the positioning backup plate 6 side of the roller conveying mechanism 5, a second pressing mechanism 10 and a second pulling-out mechanism 11 respectively connected to the positioning clamping mechanism 7, a first slide rail 12 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5, a side clamping mechanism 13 slidably connected to the first slide rail 12, and a first rack 14 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the side clamp mechanism 13 in the embodiment includes a side clamp base 15 slidably connected to the first slide rail 12, a first servo motor 16 connected to the side clamp base 15, a first gear 17 drivingly connected to the first servo motor 16 and engaged with the first rack 14, a second slide rail 18 connected to the side clamp base 15, a clamp mounting plate 19 slidably connected to the second slide rail 18, a clamp hook 20 connected to the clamp mounting plate 19, a first telescopic mechanism 21 connected to the clamp hook 20, a second telescopic mechanism 22 having a base connected to the side clamp base 15 and a piston rod connected to the clamp mounting plate 19, and a positioning photoelectric sensor 23 connected to the clamp hook 20. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the feeding mechanism 4 in the embodiment includes a truss 24 located on one side of the rib plate feeding mechanism 3, a third slide rail 25 and a second rack 26 connected to a cross beam of the truss 24, a cantilever mounting plate 27 slidably connected to the third slide rail 25, a second servo motor 28 connected to the cantilever mounting plate 27, a second gear (not shown) drivingly connected to the second servo motor 28 and engaged with the second rack 26, a cantilever 29 having a first end connected to the cantilever mounting plate 27, four guide rods 30 connected to the other end of the cantilever 29, a jaw mounting plate 31 slidably connected to the guide rods 30, a third telescopic mechanism 32 having a base connected to the cantilever 29 and a piston rod connected to the jaw mounting plate 31, a fourth telescopic mechanism 33 connected to the jaw mounting plate 31, at least two finger cylinders 34 connected to the jaw mounting plate 31, and a feeding jaw 35 connected to the finger cylinders 34.
The working principle is as follows: referring to fig. 2, when the building template is manufactured, the section bar enters from the feeding end of the rib plate welding platform 1, after the sealing plate and the section bar are welded, the section bar enters the rib plate welding platform 1 to weld the rib plate 108, and the conveying roller of the roller conveying mechanism 5 at the welding section is not provided with power drive. After the section bar enters the rib plate welding platform 1, the piston rod of the second telescopic mechanism 22 extends out, the height of the clamp draw hook 20 exceeds the height of the section bar placed in the rib plate welding platform 1 after the clamp mounting plate 19 is lifted, the first servo motor 16 is started, the gear rack mechanism drives the side clamp seat 15 to move, the clamp draw hook 20 is moved to the position above the sealing plate and is located at a positioning station, when the sealing plate welded at one end of the section bar is located below a clamping groove between the clamp draw hook 20 and the first telescopic mechanism 21, the piston rod of the second telescopic mechanism 22 contracts, the heights of the clamp mounting plate 19 and the clamp draw hook 20 are reduced, the sealing plate at one end of the template is clamped into the clamping groove between the clamp draw hook 20 and the first telescopic mechanism 21, the piston rod of the first telescopic mechanism 21 extends out to clamp the sealing plate, the first servo motor 16 is started, and the gear rack mechanism drives the side clamp seat 15 to move, and the section bar is moved to a station for welding a first rib plate. The piston rod of the first telescopic mechanism 21 contracts, the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 pushes the section bar to move towards the positioning backup plate 6 to clamp and position the section bar, the piston rod of the first telescopic mechanism 21 extends out of the clamping and sealing plate, the first pressing mechanism 8 and the second pressing mechanism 10 are pressed on the side ribs of the section bar, the rib plates on the two sides of the section bar are pulled by the first pulling and opening mechanism 9 and the second pulling and opening mechanism 11, the rib plates on the two sides of the pulling and holding position are forced to be outwards opened, and the rib plates 108 are convenient to mount. The second servo motor 28 is started to drive the cantilever mounting plate 27 to move to a welding station, the piston rod of the third telescopic mechanism 32 extends again to drive the finger cylinder 34, the feeding clamping jaw 35 and the ribbed plate 108 to descend, the ribbed plate 108 is placed between the ribbed plates at two sides of the profile, the piston rod of the fourth telescopic mechanism 33 extends to press the ribbed plate 108 downwards, the bottom edge of the ribbed plate 108 is tightly attached to the inner bottom edge of the profile, the ribbed plate 108 is positioned, the first pull-open mechanism 9 and the second pull-open mechanism 11 are released to release the stress of the ribbed plates at two sides of the profile, the ribbed plates at two sides of the profile recover, and the welding equipment is started to weld. After the first rib plate is welded, the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 is loosened, the profile is not clamped any more, the first pressing mechanism 8 and the second pressing mechanism 10 are also loosened, the profile is not pressed any more, the first servo motor 16 is started, and the gear rack mechanism drives the side clamp base 15 to move, so that the profile moves to a station for welding the second rib plate. The processes of positioning and clamping, feeding of the feeding mechanism, rib plate positioning, welding operation and the like are repeated, after the last rib plate is welded, the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 is loosened, the section is not clamped any more, the first pressing mechanism 8 and the second pressing mechanism 10 are also loosened and are not pressed, the first pulling-open mechanism 9 and the second pulling-open mechanism 11 are in a loosening state, the first servo motor 16 is started, the gear rack mechanism drives the side clamp base 15 to move, the template is pulled out of a rib plate welding section of the roller conveying mechanism 5, a piston rod of the first telescopic mechanism 21 is contracted to be separated from the sealing plate, a piston rod of the second telescopic mechanism 22 extends out, the clamp hook 20 is positioned above the section placed on the roller conveying mechanism 5 after the clamp mounting plate 19 is lifted, the first servo motor 16 is started, the gear rack mechanism drives the side clamp base 15 to move, and the next operation is repeated. The positioning photoelectric sensor 23 controls the extension of the piston rod of the second telescoping mechanism 22, thereby controlling the height of the clamp retractor 20.
As shown in fig. 7, in the device for welding rib plates of a building template provided by the present invention, in an embodiment, the rib plate feeding mechanism 3 includes a base 36, a rib storage bin 37 connected to the base 36, a pushing mechanism 38 located on one side of the rib storage bin 37 and connected to the base 36, a material shifting mechanism 39 located above the pushing mechanism 38 and connected to the pushing mechanism 38, a rib conveying mechanism 40 located on one side of the pushing mechanism 39, and a lifter 41 located on the other side of the rib storage bin 37. As shown in fig. 8, the rib magazine 37 includes a fixed barrier 42 connected to the base 36, a guide rail 43 connected to the base 36, a movable door 44 movable along the guide rail 43, and a photoelectric sensor 45 connected to the fixed barrier 42. As shown in fig. 9, the pushing mechanism 38 includes a pushing frame 46, a pushing platform 47 connected to the pushing frame 46, a fourth slide rail 48 connected to the pushing frame 46, a first dc motor synchronous belt driving mechanism 49 connected to the pushing frame 46, a rib pushing plate 50 connected to the fourth slide rail 48 in a sliding manner and to a driving belt of the first dc motor synchronous belt driving mechanism 49, a first cross beam 51 located above the pushing platform 47 and connected to the pushing frame 46 or the pushing platform 47, a fifth telescopic mechanism 52 and a sixth telescopic mechanism 53 connected to the first cross beam 51 and configured to push down a rib, and a material pushing guide plate 54 connected to the pushing platform 47. As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the rib conveying mechanism 40 includes a rib conveying frame 55, a fifth slide rail 56 connected to the rib conveying frame 55, a first driving mechanism 57 connected to the rib conveying frame 55, and a rib transfer cart 58 connected to the fifth slide rail 56 in a sliding manner and connected to the first driving mechanism 57; the rib transfer cart 58 has a loading plate 59, an end positioning plate 60 connected to one end of the loading plate 59, a positioning boss 61 connected to the loading plate 59, a seventh telescopic mechanism 62 connected to the loading plate 59, and a pressing plate 63 connected to a piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism 62. As shown in fig. 12, the material stirring mechanism 39 includes a material stirring frame 64 connected to the material pushing mechanism 38, a sixth slide rail 65 connected to a lower portion of the material stirring frame 64, a material stirring slide plate 66 slidably connected to the sixth slide rail 65, a material stirring plate 67 connected to one end of the material stirring slide plate 66, a second driving mechanism 68 connected to the material stirring frame 64 to drive the material stirring slide plate 66 to move along the sixth slide rail 65, an eighth telescoping mechanism 69 connected to one side of the material stirring frame 64, and a guide plate 70 connected to a piston rod of the eighth telescoping mechanism 69.
The rib storage bin 37 is used for storing ribs and can be used for stacking a plurality of layers of ribs, and the lifter 41 is used for lifting the ribs in the rib storage bin 37. In the embodiment, the second driving mechanism 68 is a synchronous belt driving mechanism of a direct current motor, when material is dialled, the second driving mechanism 68 drives the dialling plate 67 to a position far away from the end of the pushing platform 47 and located outside the ribs in the rib stock bin 37, the piston rod of the eighth telescopic mechanism 69 extends out to put down the guide plate 70, the lifter 41 lifts the ribs in the rib stock bin 37, when the bottom of the topmost rib reaches the height of the pushing platform 47, the second driving mechanism 68 drives the dialling plate 67 to move towards the pushing platform 47, and the dialling plate 67 dials the topmost rib onto the pushing platform 47 along the dialling guide plate 54 and the guide plate 70 to finish the dialling. During the material shifting process, the material shifting guide plate 54 and the guide plate 70 play a role in guiding and preventing the ribs from deviating from the direction during the shifting process. The first direct current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism 49 drives the rib push plate 50 to move towards the first cross beam 51, the ribs 108 are sent to the loading plates 59, when the ribs enter the loading plates 59 from the pushing platform 47, after the first ribs 108 of the loading plates 59 which are nearly loaded enter the loading plates 59, the piston rods of the fifth telescopic mechanism 52 and the sixth telescopic mechanism 53 extend out, the ribs close to the rib moving trolley 58 on the pushing platform 47 are pressed, and the ribs on the pushing platform 47 cannot fall down and fall down. After the rib 108 is sent to the loading bearing plate 59, the piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism 62 is contracted to drive the material pressing plate 63 to move towards the end positioning plate 60, so that the rib 108 is clamped, and the rib 108 is fixed on the loading bearing plate 59 by the material pressing plate 63, the end positioning plate 60 and the positioning boss 61 in three directions. The first driving mechanism 57 drives the rib material moving cart 58 to move, the rib material moving cart 58 moves to a position where the rib material moving cart cooperates with the feeding clamping jaws 35 to take materials, after the feeding clamping jaws 35 capture the clamping ribs 108, the piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism 62 extends out to drive the material pressing plate 63 to move in the direction away from the end positioning plate 60, and the ribs 108 are released. The above process is repeated after the feeding process is completed.
As shown in fig. 13, in the apparatus for welding a rib plate of a building template provided by the present invention, the elevator 41 includes an elevator frame 71, an elevator platform 72 slidably connected to the elevator frame 71, a chain and sprocket mechanism 73 connected to the elevator frame 71 for driving the elevator platform 72 to move up and down, a third servo motor 74 connected to the elevator frame 71 for driving the chain and sprocket mechanism 73 to move, and a weight 75 connected to one end of the chain and sprocket mechanism 73 away from the elevator platform 72. The elevator table 72 extends into the rib magazine 37 and is disposed below the ribs.
As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus for welding ribs of a building formwork according to the present invention further includes a thin rib material bin 76 located at one side of the elevator 41, and a thin rib material knockout mechanism 77 connected to the thin rib material bin 76 at a side close to the elevator 41. As shown in fig. 14, the thin-rib plate bin 76 includes a thin-rib plate bin frame 78, a thin-rib plate magazine 79 located at the top of the thin-rib plate bin frame 78, a thin-rib plate pushing mechanism 81 connected to the thin-rib plate bin frame 78 and pushing a thin rib plate 80 in the thin-rib plate magazine 79 to move toward the thin-rib plate knockout mechanism 77, a second beam 82 having two ends connected to the thin-rib plate bin frame 78, a first down-pressure cylinder 83 and a second down-pressure cylinder 84 connected to the second beam 82, and a width adjustment plate 85 having two ends connected to the thin-rib plate magazine 79 and the second beam 82.
As shown in fig. 14, in the apparatus for welding rib plates of building templates provided by the present invention, the thin rib plate knockout mechanism 77 includes a knockout frame 86 connected to the thin rib plate bin frame 78, a thin rib plate discharge chute 87 disposed on the knockout frame 86, a second dc motor synchronous belt drive mechanism 88 connected to the knockout frame 86, and a thin rib plate knockout plate 89 connected to a drive belt of the second dc motor synchronous belt drive mechanism 88, the thin rib plate push mechanism 81 includes a third dc motor synchronous belt drive mechanism 90 connected to the thin rib plate bin frame 78, and a thin rib plate push plate 91 connected to a conveyor belt of the third dc motor synchronous belt drive mechanism 90, and the thin rib plate push plate 91 can slide in the thin rib plate magazine 79.
When the length of the building template is short, the reinforcing ribs of the template are usually thin ribbed plates similar to a sealing plate structure, when the thin ribbed plates are used for feeding, a third direct-current motor synchronous belt driving mechanism 90 drives a thin ribbed plate pushing plate 91 to move towards a thin ribbed plate knockout plate 89, and a front thin ribbed plate 80 enters a thin ribbed plate trough 92 (see fig. 10); the piston rods of the first downward air cylinder 83 and the second downward air cylinder 84 extend out to press the ribs close to the thin-rib-plate discharging groove 87 in the thin-rib-plate material box 79, so that the thin ribs in the thin-rib-plate material box 79 cannot fall down; the second dc motor synchronous belt driving mechanism 88 drives the thin rib plate knockout plate 89 to knock the thin rib plate 80 in the thin rib plate discharge chute 87 into the thin rib plate chute 92. The width adjustment plate 85 is movable and installed at different positions for setting the width, and is adapted to place thin ribs of different lengths so that both ends of the thin ribs placed in the thin rib magazine 79 are aligned.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the apparatus for welding rib plates of a building template according to the present invention, the rib conveying mechanism 40 includes a rib conveying frame 55, a fifth slide rail 56 connected to the rib conveying frame 55, a first driving mechanism 57 connected to the rib conveying frame 55, and a rib transfer cart 58 connected to the fifth slide rail 56 and connected to the first driving mechanism 57; the rib transfer car 58 has a charging carrier plate 59, an end positioning plate 60 connected to one end of the charging carrier plate 59, a positioning boss 61 connected to the charging carrier plate 59, a seventh telescopic mechanism 62 connected to the charging carrier plate 59, a pressure plate 63 connected to a piston rod of the seventh telescopic mechanism 62, and a thin rib plate groove 92 connected to the charging carrier plate 59. The first driving mechanism 57 can drive the rib moving trolley 58 to move on the fifth slide rail 56, and can be located at different stations, so as to respectively receive the rib 108 sent by the rib feeding mechanism and the thin rib 80 sent by the thin rib beating mechanism 77, and the butt joint feeding clamping jaw 35 can grab the rib 108 or the thin rib 80.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, in the device for welding a rib plate of a building template according to the present invention, the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 includes a bottom plate 93 connected to the welding platform 1, a seventh slide rail 94 connected to the bottom plate 93, an installation plate 95 slidably connected to the seventh slide rail 94, a third driving mechanism 96 connected to the bottom plate 93 and the installation plate 95 for driving the installation plate 95 to move along the seventh slide rail 94, an eighth slide rail 97 connected to the installation plate 95, a clamping hook 98 slidably connected to the eighth slide rail 97, and a ninth telescopic mechanism 99 having a base connected to the installation plate 95 and a piston rod connected to the clamping hook 98.
According to the device for welding the ribbed plates of the building template, as shown in fig. 2, the first pressing mechanism 8 and the second pressing mechanism 10 are identical in structure and are symmetrically arranged. As shown in fig. 17, the first pressing mechanism 8 is connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5. Referring to fig. 9, the first pressing mechanism 8 includes a tenth telescopic mechanism 100 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5, a first supporting plate 101 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5, a second connecting rod 102 having a first end hinged to the first supporting plate 101, and a pressing plate 103 having a first end hinged to a piston rod of the tenth telescopic mechanism 100 and a middle portion hinged to the other end of the second connecting rod 102. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second pressing mechanism 10 is connected to the mounting plate 95, and the second pressing mechanism 10 includes a tenth telescopic mechanism 100 connected to the mounting plate 95, a first supporting plate 101 connected to the mounting plate 95, a second connecting rod 102 having a first end hinged to the first supporting plate 101, and a pressing plate 103 having a first end hinged to a piston rod of the tenth telescopic mechanism 100 and a middle portion hinged to the other end of the second connecting rod 102.
According to the device for welding the rib plates of the building template, as shown in fig. 2, the first pull-open mechanism 9 and the second pull-open mechanism 11 are identical in structure and are symmetrically arranged. As shown in fig. 18, in the apparatus for welding a rib plate of a building template provided by the present invention, each of the first pulling-open mechanism 9 and the second pulling-open mechanism 11 includes an eleventh telescopic mechanism 104 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5 or the mounting plate 95, a second supporting plate 105 connected to the roller conveying mechanism 5 or the mounting plate 95, a third connecting rod 106 having a first end hinged to the second supporting plate 105, and a pulling hook 107 having a first end hinged to a piston rod of the eleventh telescopic mechanism 104 and a middle part hinged to the other end of the third connecting rod 106.
Referring to fig. 15, in the embodiment, the third driving mechanism 96 is a servo motor driving a lead screw driving mechanism, when the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 clamps the profile, the piston rod of the ninth telescoping mechanism 99 extends out, the third driving mechanism 96 is started to move the mounting plate 95 of the positioning and clamping mechanism 7 toward the positioning backup plate 6, so that one side of the profile abuts against the mounting plate 95, and the other side of the profile abuts against the positioning backup plate 6 for initial positioning, after the initial positioning is completed, the piston rod of the ninth telescoping mechanism 99 contracts to drive the clamping drag hook 98 to further tension the profile toward the positioning backup plate 6, thereby completing the positioning. The clamping hooks 98 have a wedge-shaped step for easy insertion into the underside of the profile.
In the invention, each telescopic mechanism is preferably a cylinder.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is convenient for realizing automatic assembly, positioning and welding, effectively reduces the welding deformation, lightens the labor intensity of operators and improves the production efficiency.
