垃圾处理器,涉及垃圾处理技术。本发明包括中央控制单元、驱动单元、进料单元、输送单元、干湿分离单元、微生物反应筒,所述干湿分离单元通过液体传输通道连接到液体中转容器,其特征在于,所述液体中转容器设置有油水分离器,油水分离器包括水容器和油容器,水容器通过水泵与微生物反应筒连接;所述微生物反应筒中设置有切割结构,所述切割结构包括设置于转轴上的撕裂枝和设置于微生物反应筒内壁的刀片,所述转轴通过传动结构与驱动单元形成传动连接。本发明的有益效果是,充分利用垃圾本身包含的水分,以此支持微生物充分反应,并且能够检测原料中的重金属等有害物质。

本发明涉及垃圾处理技术。
背景技术
中国专利201921098589.8公开了一种餐厨垃圾微生物处理设备,其具有进料筒、固液垃圾分离装置、垃圾粉碎装置、垃圾搅拌装置、废液收集箱和微生物降解箱,其不足之处在于,对于微生物反应所需水分供给不足,并且废水排放量过大,随之产生的废水处理成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够充分利用垃圾本身所含水分的垃圾处理器,并且具有有害物质检测功能。
本发明解决所述技术问题采用的技术方案是,垃圾处理器,包括中央控制单元、驱动单元、进料单元、输送单元、干湿分离单元、微生物反应筒,所述干湿分离单元通过液体传输通道连接到液体中转容器,所述液体中转容器设置有油水分离器,油水分离器包括水容器和油容器,水容器通过水泵与微生物反应筒连接;
所述微生物反应筒中设置有切割结构,所述切割结构包括设置于转轴上的撕裂枝和设置于微生物反应筒内壁的刀片,所述转轴通过传动结构与驱动单元形成传动连接。
所述转轴沿微生物反应筒的轴线设置,所述撕裂枝为沿转轴径向设置的刚性杆,刚性杆的末端设置有分叉。
所述水容器与有害物质检测模块连接,所述有害物质检测模块连接到报警模块。所述进料单元设置有计重装置。所述有害物质检测模块包括重金属检测器。
本发明还包括通信模块,所述通信模块与中央控制单元连接。通信模块还用于向远端发送进料数据。所述有害物质检测模块还连接到中央控制单元,可以支持在重金属等有害物质超标时报警并关闭垃圾处理器。
本发明的有益效果是,充分利用垃圾本身包含的水分,以此支持微生物充分反应,并且能够检测原料中的重金属等有害物质,降低最终产品(有机肥)中的重金属超标的可能性。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明包括中央控制单元、驱动单元、进料单元、撕碎单元、输送单元、干湿分离单元、微生物反应筒,所述干湿分离单元通过液体传输通道连接到液体中转容器,所述液体中转容器设置有油水分离器,油水分离器包括水容器和油容器,水容器通过水泵与微生物反应筒连接,水泵将分离所得水分输入反应筒,保持反应环境的水含量,更有利于微生物的生长和反应。
微生物反应筒中设置有切割结构,所述切割结构包括设置于转轴1上的撕裂枝2和设置于微生物反应筒内壁的刀片(图中未示出),所述转轴1通过传动结构与驱动单元形成传动连接。刀片可以沿微生物反应筒内壁螺旋形排布,也可以随机设置。
所述转轴沿微生物反应筒的轴线设置,所述撕裂枝为沿转轴径向设置的刚性杆,刚性杆的末端设置有分叉,参见图2。
本发明的垃圾处理器的产物可能是有机肥,为了避免重金属等有害成分超标,本发明设置了有害成分检测模块,对油水分离后的水分进行检测,有害物质检测模块连接到中央控制单元和报警模块,当有害成分超标时,第一时间发出报警,由中央控制单元停止送料或者停机,以免有害成分超标的处理产物流入下级市场。
本发明还在进料单元设置有计重装置,计重数据与处理量直接相关,数据通过远程通信模块发送到远端服务器,便于服务器掌握各区域的垃圾处理量,以利于从大数据的角度分析研判。

Claims (8)

1.垃圾处理器,包括中央控制单元、驱动单元、进料单元、输送单元、干湿分离单元、微生物反应筒,所述干湿分离单元通过液体传输通道连接到液体中转容器,
其特征在于,所述液体中转容器设置有油水分离器,油水分离器包括水容器和油容器,水容器通过水泵与微生物反应筒连接;
所述微生物反应筒中设置有切割结构,所述切割结构包括设置于转轴上的撕裂枝和设置于微生物反应筒内壁的刀片,所述转轴通过传动结构与驱动单元形成传动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,所述转轴沿微生物反应筒的轴线设置,所述撕裂枝为沿转轴径向设置的刚性杆,刚性杆的末端设置有分叉。
3.如权利要求1所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,所述水容器与有害物质检测模块连接,所述有害物质检测模块连接到报警模块。
4.如权利要求1所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,所述进料单元设置有计重装置。
5.如权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,所述有害物质检测模块包括重金属检测器。
6.如权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,还包括通信模块,所述通信模块与中央控制单元连接。
7.如权利要求3所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,还包括通信模块,用于向远端发送进料数据。
8.如权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于,所述有害物质检测模块还连接到中央控制单元。
