The lobster has delicious taste and rich nutrition, is deeply loved by residents in China, but most people do not know that the lobster shells also have medicinal value. Specifically, the outer periphery of the second mounting hole 203 is provided with a screw hole for inserting a bolt; three connecting holes 231 are provided, and the three connecting holes 231 are arranged at intervals around the circumference. After one end of the snap ring 230, which is far away from the connection hole 231, is abutted against the washing rod 600, the snap ring 230 is locked on the washing tank 200 through a bolt, so that the axial limitation of the snap ring 230 is realized, and further the axial limitation of the washing rod 600 is performed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a ball bearing 233 is installed in the snap ring 230, and the rotation shaft 620 is inserted into the ball bearing 233. In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning brush sleeve 630 is sleeved on the outer circumferential wall of the cleaning rod 600, and the cleaning brush sleeve 630 is sleeved between the connecting shaft 610 and the rotating shaft 620.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer peripheral wall of the cleaning rod 600 is provided with a wedge-shaped groove 640 extending axially therethrough, the cleaning brush sleeve 630 is provided with a limit strip 631 matching with the wedge-shaped groove 640, and the limit strip 631 is slidably mounted in the wedge-shaped groove 640. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the wedge groove 640 and the stop strip 631 are used to limit the rotation of the cleaning brush sleeve 630 relative to the cleaning rod 600 during the rotation of the cleaning rod 600. The cleaning brush sleeve 630 has bristles on its outer circumferential surface, and the bristles are made of a flexible material and can be deformed, so that the bristles can pass through the second mounting hole 203. When the cleaning brush sleeve is installed, the cleaning brush sleeve is installed on the cleaning rod 600, and then the cleaning rod 600 penetrates into the cleaning tank 200 from the second installation hole 203.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sealing gaskets are sleeved on the peripheries of the rotating shaft 620 and the connecting shaft 610. The sealing gasket is used for preventing water from seeping out from the contact part of the cleaning rod 600 and the cleaning box 200 in the process of cleaning the shrimp shell by the cleaning rod 600.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water outlet pipe 210 is connected to a filter tank 500 communicated therewith, the baffle 571 is disposed below the filter plate 561, and the filter tank 500 is disposed below the baffle 571; a driving device for driving the baffle 571 and the filter plates 561 to move is arranged above the filter tank 500.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving device is provided with a first driving rod 560 and a second driving rod 570, the first driving rod 560 is connected to the filter plate 561 for driving the filter plate 561 to move in and out of the water outlet pipe 210; the second driving rod 570 is connected to the baffle 571, and is used to drive the baffle 571 to move in and out of the water outlet pipe 210. The driving device is a telescopic motor, and the telescopic motor is provided with a first driving rod 560 and a second driving rod 570 which are arranged at intervals up and down. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, since the filter sheet 561 is disposed above the baffle 571, the first driving rod 560 is also disposed above the second driving rod 570, and the second driving rod 570 is connected to one side of the baffle 571 and is used for driving the baffle 571 to slide horizontally; the telescopic end of the first driving rod 560 is connected to one side of the filter sheet 561, and is used for driving the filter sheet 561 to slide horizontally.
It will be appreciated that the drive means may also be a pneumatic drive means.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, a first groove 211 for inserting the filter plate 561 and a second groove 212 for inserting the baffle 571 are disposed in the water outlet pipe 210, and both the first groove 211 and the second groove 212 are disposed on a side of the water outlet pipe 210 away from the second driving rod 570 and the first driving rod 560.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper surface of the filter tank 500 is provided with two side plates 520 disposed opposite to each other, a plurality of support rods 530 are disposed between the two side plates 520, and the plurality of support rods 530 are disposed below the filter plates 561 for supporting the filter plates 561. The support rods 530 are disposed at intervals along the moving direction of the filter plates 561, the extending direction of the support rods 530 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the filter plates 561, and after the filter plates 561 are removed from the water outlet pipes 210, the filter plates 561 fall on the support rods 530 to support the filter plates 561. The filter sheet 561 may be cleaned manually at this time. The support rod 530 is supported at both axial ends thereof by side plates 520 fixedly provided to the filter box 500. The baffle 571 slides horizontally directly on the upper surface of the filter box 500.
It should be noted that the side plate 520 is detachably connected to the filter box 500, so that the baffle 571 can be removed for cleaning or replacement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a limiting plate 540 is further movably mounted on the filter tank 500, and the limiting plate 540 is disposed on a moving path of the filter plates 561 and the baffle 571, and is used for limiting a stroke of the filter plates 561 and the baffle 571. The two limiting plates 540 are used for preventing the filter plates 561 or the baffles 571 from being excessively drawn out, so that the water in the cleaning tank 200 flows out of the water outlet pipe 210.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a drain pipe 550 is disposed at the bottom of the filter box 500, and a fine filter 580 is disposed above the drain pipe 550; a viewing door 510 is hinged to one side of the filter box 500, and the viewing door 510 is used for drawing out the fine filter 580 for cleaning. Specifically, the water changing process of the cleaning tank 200 is as follows: the first driving rod 560 drives the filter plate 561 to be inserted into the water outlet pipe 210 of the cleaning tank 200, the second driving rod 570 drives the baffle 571 to be inserted into the water outlet pipe 210, the water inlet hole 201 at the upper part of the water outlet pipe is connected with a water supply pipe to start water inlet into the cleaning tank 200, and the water inlet hole 201 stops water supply when the water level in the cleaning tank 200 reaches a set water level; feeding equipment conveys the shrimp shells into the cleaning box 200; the cleaning rod 600 then acts to clean the shrimp shell. After the cleaning rod 600 is rotated for a predetermined time or the water in the cleaning tank 200 becomes turbid, the second driving rod 570 drives the baffle 571 to be drawn out or partially drawn out of the water outlet pipe 210, and the water inlet 201 supplies water to the cleaning tank 200, so as to replace the water in the cleaning tank 200. It will be appreciated that the rate of water change can be controlled by controlling the length of withdrawal of the filter sheet 561. The baffle 571 only performs a coarse filtration on the water entering the filter box 500, so as to prevent the water outlet pipe 550 from being blocked by the water outlet pipe 550 when the impurities in the water enter the filter box 500 too much, a fine filter 580 is disposed in the filter box 500 to further perform a fine filtration on the water entering the water outlet pipe 550. The observation door 510 is closed during the use of the filter box 500, and the fine filter 580 can be taken out and cleaned by opening the observation door 510.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a slot is formed on one side of the cleaning tank 200, and the insertion plate 250 is movably inserted into the slot, and the insertion plate 250 is used to block the communication between the cleaning tank 200 and the air drying device 300. Specifically, in the cleaning process of the prawn shell, the inserting plate 250 is inserted into the inserting slot; when the shrimp shells are cleaned cleanly, the baffle 571 is inserted into the water outlet pipe 210, then the inserting plate 250 is pulled out from the inserting groove, the cleaning box 200 is communicated with the air drying device 300, and the cleaned shrimp shells enter the air drying device 300.
It should be noted that during insertion of the baffle 571, the filter plates 561 are not withdrawn, otherwise a portion of the shrimp shell will fall into the space between the baffle 571 and the filter plates 561.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the seasoning apparatus 300 comprises a discharge frame 310 and a mounting plate 320, the discharge frame 310 is used for receiving the washed shrimp shells; the mounting panel 320 is installed in the frame 310 upper portion of unloading, installs a plurality of air nozzles 321 on the mounting panel 320, and air nozzle 321 is connected with compressed air, and air nozzle 321 is used for weathering the moisture of unloading the frame 310 shang shrimp shell. Specifically, the mounting plate 320 is provided with a plurality of air nozzles 321, and the bottom plate of the discharge frame 310 is provided with water filtering holes; compressed air ejected through the air nozzle 321 dries most of water drops on the shrimp shells, and then enters the drying device 400 for complete drying. The drying apparatus 400 may be used to dry the shrimp shells by using the heating wire as shown in fig. 1, or may be used to dry the shrimp shells by using hot air.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a vibrator 330 is connected to the bottom of the discharge frame 310, and the vibrator 330 is used for driving the discharge frame 310 to vibrate, so as to ensure that the shrimp shells on the discharge frame 310 can slide down along the vibrator. The bottom of the drying apparatus 400 may be provided with a vibrator 330.

Claims (6)
1. A shrimp shell pretreatment apparatus, comprising:
a feeding device (100) for supplying shrimp shells;
a cleaning box (200) for receiving and cleaning the shrimp shells supplied by the feeding device (100); the opening of the cleaning box (200) is upward, the upper part of the cleaning box is provided with a water inlet hole (201), the lower part of the cleaning box is provided with a water outlet pipe (210), one side of the cleaning box is movably provided with an inserting plate (250), and the cleaning box is internally provided with a cleaning rod (600) for cleaning shrimp shells; the water outlet pipe (210) is movably provided with a baffle plate (571) for closing the water outlet pipe (210) and a filter plate (561) for filtering liquid flowing through the water outlet pipe (210), and the baffle plate (571) is arranged below the filter plate (561); the filter plate (561) is connected with a first driving rod (560) for driving the filter plate to enter and exit the water outlet pipe (210), and the baffle plate (571) is connected with a second driving rod (570) for driving the baffle plate to enter and exit the water outlet pipe (210);
the filter tank (500) is communicated with the water outlet pipe (210) and is arranged below the baffle plate (571); a limiting plate (540) and two side plates (520) which are arranged oppositely are arranged on the upper surface of the filter box (500), a plurality of supporting rods (530) are erected between the two side plates (520), and the plurality of supporting rods (530) are arranged below the filter plates (561) and are used for supporting the filter plates (561); the limiting plate (540) is arranged on a moving path of the baffle plate (571) and the filter plate (561) and is used for limiting the stroke of the baffle plate (571) and the filter plate (561);
the air drying equipment (300) is arranged on one side of the inserting plate (250), is connected with the cleaning box (200), and is used for receiving and drying the cleaned shrimp shells;
the drying equipment (400) is connected to one end, far away from the cleaning box (200), of the air drying equipment (300) and used for drying the dried shrimp shells;
the first driving rod (560) drives the filter plate (561) to be inserted into the water outlet pipe (210) of the cleaning tank (200), the second driving rod (570) drives the baffle plate (571) to be drawn out or partially drawn out of the water outlet pipe (210), and meanwhile the water inlet hole (201) supplies water to the cleaning tank (200) so as to achieve the purpose of replacing water in the cleaning tank (200).
2. A shrimp shell pretreatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the two opposite sides of the cleaning box (200) are provided with a first mounting hole (202) and a second mounting hole (203) which correspond to each other, the two ends of the cleaning rod (600) are embedded into the first mounting hole (202) and the second mounting hole (203) respectively, and the cleaning rod (600) is connected with a power device for driving the cleaning rod to rotate around the cleaning rod.

A shrimp shell pretreatment apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a clamping ring (230) penetrates through the second mounting hole (203), and the clamping ring (230) is sleeved at the end part of the cleaning rod (600) and is propped against the cleaning rod (600); one end, far away from the cleaning rod (600), of the clamping ring (230) is connected with the outer surface of the cleaning box (200) so as to axially limit the cleaning rod (600).

A shrimp shell pretreatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a drain pipe (550) is arranged at the bottom of the filter box (500), and a fine filter screen is arranged above the drain pipe (550); one side of the filter box (500) is hinged with an observation door (510), and the observation door (510) is used for drawing out the fine filter screen to clean the fine filter screen.
