本发明涉及养生领域,具体来说,涉及一种具有减肥降糖降脂作用的食物组合物。
背景技术
在中国传统的观念里,人们以瘦为美,希望自己有苗条的身材,于是对于部分在减肥道路上的人来说饮食方面尤为重视,于是部分商家抓住此机遇纷纷推出减肥餐,这些减肥餐号称可以高效减肥,但是效果不尽人意。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有减肥降糖降脂作用的食物组合物,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有减肥降糖降脂作用的食物组合物,食物组合物包括糙米粉、大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白粉、脱脂乳粉、食用玉米淀粉、大豆膳食纤维、苦瓜粉、鸡腿菇粉、燕麦粉、魔芋粉、菊粉,所述食物组合物中各原料重量配比份数为糙米粉30-40份、大豆分离蛋白10-12份、乳清蛋白粉8-10份、脱脂乳粉5-8份、苦瓜粉4-6份、鸡腿菇粉5-8份、燕麦粉10-15份、食用玉米淀粉15-20份、大豆膳食纤维6-8份、魔芋粉2-5份和菊粉2-5份。
进一步的,所述食物组合物中各原料重量配比份数为糙米粉30份、大豆分离蛋白12份、乳清蛋白粉8份、脱脂乳粉8份、食用玉米淀粉15份、大豆膳食纤维6份、苦瓜粉4份、鸡腿菇粉5份、燕麦粉10份、魔芋粉3份和菊粉2份。

按照食物组合物中各原料重量配比份数取糙米粉30份、大豆分离蛋白12份、乳清蛋白粉8份、脱脂乳粉8份、食用玉米淀粉15份、大豆膳食纤维6份、苦瓜粉4份、鸡腿菇粉5份、燕麦粉10份、魔芋粉3份和菊粉2份,热水冲食即可。
