本发明涉及新能源汽车交流充电枪技术领域,具体的说是一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,包括充电桩、收线机构、收线刹车机构、充电枪、卷线和螺旋套管,充电桩包括固定安装在地面上的立杆,立杆的顶部设置有充电控制器,充电控制器的下方设置有收线机构,且收线机构通过螺栓连接在支撑杆的中心位置,收线机构的外壁焊接有收线刹车机构,收线机构与充电控制器之间的充电线外壁包裹有螺旋套管,本发明在充电插口设置有防水吸盘,当充电枪插入充电孔上锁后,防水吸盘将紧密贴合车身包裹住充电插口,充电桩下方设置有收线机构,在使用充电枪时可根据停车距离拉出适当长度的充电线,在使用完成后将充电线收入收线机构,方便使用的同时也能达到美观的效果。

背景技术
节能环保的新能源汽车已成为汽车行业不可避免的发展趋势,新能源汽车的市场占比率逐渐增加,在国家的大力扶持下,公共充电桩普及开来,在城市中越来越多的家庭选择购买新能源汽车,这也增加了人们对充电枪的需求,常见的充电枪有两种即便携式充电枪,和充电桩充电枪,便携式充电枪充电效率较低,人们一般使用充电桩来给汽车充电。
但是目前市场上的充电枪在使用过程中会存在以下问题,a.传统的充电枪插口处没有设置防水保护,对一些充电口保护盖为侧开的汽车来说雨天充电存在一定的风险;b.传统的充电枪充电线多悬挂于充电桩两侧,在室外的一些充电桩的充电线长时间在地上拖拉形成了一层厚厚的脏污影响美观,并且充电线在室外经过长期的风吹日晒后保护层硬化,从而导致在使用时拖拉充电线非常困难。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,可以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,包括充电桩、收线机构、收线刹车机构、充电枪、卷线和螺旋套管,其特征在于所述充电桩包括固定安装在地面上的立杆,立杆的顶部设置有充电控制器,充电控制器的下方设置有收线机构,且收线机构通过螺栓连接在立杆的中心位置,收线机构的外壁焊接有收线刹车机构;
所述卷线包括输入端与充电控制器连通的充电线,且充电线的输出端与充电枪连通,充电枪与收线刹车机构之间的外露充电线的外壁依附有刹车线,且刹车线的一端收卷在收线刹车机构中,收线刹车机构的出线口外侧设置有收线限位块,且收线限位块与充电线和刹车线粘合为一个整体,收线机构与充电控制器之间的充电线外壁包裹有螺旋套管;
所述充电枪包括包覆在卷线输出端的充电枪外壳,充电枪外壳的外壁上设置有防水机构,充电枪外壳的输出端安装有上锁机构,所述充电枪外壳的顶端开设有L型槽口,充电枪外壳的外壁配合有滑动开关,滑动开关的内壁中心位置焊接有定位杆,且定位杆与L型槽口为配合机构,滑动开关的一端紧密粘合有防水吸盘;
所述收线机构包括一端通过螺栓固定在立杆中心位置的转轴,转轴的外壁配合有转动机构,转动机构的一端固定安装有卷线机构,所述转动机构包括配合在转轴外壁上的轴承A,轴承A的外壁配合有发条卡盘,发条卡盘的中心开设有发条安装孔,且有发条安装在发条安装孔中,发条卡盘的一侧有收线机构后盖焊接在转轴的外壁上,发条卡盘的另一侧焊接有收线盘A,收线盘A的一端配合有轴承B,轴承B的外壁安装有收线机构外壳,且收线机构外壳通过螺栓与收线机构后盖连接。
进一步的所述收线刹车机构包括焊接在收线机构外壁的收线刹车外壳,收线刹车外壳的内部焊接有挡板,且挡板与收线刹车外壳的侧壁开设有多个轴孔,挡板的一端设置有有夹线机构A与夹线机构B,挡板的另一端设置有绕线机构,挡板的一侧与收线刹车外壳之间设置有滚轴A,滚轴A的外壁靠近挡板的一侧焊接有滚轮A,滚轮A与收线刹车外壳之间安装有齿轮A,滚轴A的上方设置有滚轴B,且滚轴B贯穿挡板,滚轴B的外壁靠近挡板一侧焊接有滚轮B,滚轮B与收线刹车外壳之间安装有齿轮B,且齿轮B与齿轮A为配合机构,滚轴B贯穿挡板的一端配合有齿轮C,挡板的另一侧与收线刹车外壳之间配合有收线盘B,收线盘B靠近挡板的一端配合有齿轮D,且齿轮D与齿轮C为配合机构,收线盘B斜上方位置设置有滚轴C,滚轴C中心位置焊接有滑轮A,滚轴C与挡板配合的一端焊接有支撑块;

2.本发明设置的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,本发明在充电桩下方设置有收线机构,在使用充电枪时可根据停车距离拉出适当长度的充电线,在使用完成后将充电线收入收线机构,方便使用的同时也能达到美观的效果。

所述收线刹车机构3包括焊接在收线机构2外壁的收线刹车外壳31,收线刹车外壳31的内部焊接有挡板32,且挡板32与收线刹车外壳31的侧壁开设有多个轴孔,挡板32的一端设置有有夹线机构A33与夹线机构B34,挡板32的另一端设置有绕线机构35,挡板32的一侧与收线刹车外壳31之间设置有滚轴A341,滚轴A331的外壁靠近挡板32的一侧焊接有滚轮A343,滚轮A343与收线刹车外壳31之间安装有齿轮A342,滚轴A341的上方设置有滚轴B331,且滚轴B331贯穿挡板32,滚轴B331的外壁靠近挡板32一侧焊接有滚轮B333,滚轮B333与收线刹车外壳31之间安装有齿轮B332,且齿轮B332与齿轮A342为配合机构,滚轴B331贯穿挡板32的一端配合有齿轮C334,挡板32的另一侧与收线刹车外壳31之间配合有收线盘B361,收线盘B361靠近挡板32的一端配合有齿轮D362,且齿轮D362与齿轮C334为配合机构,收线盘B361斜上方位置设置有滚轴C351,滚轴C351中心位置焊接有滑轮A352,滚轴C351与挡板32配合的一端焊接有支撑块354;充电线52从滚轮A343与滚轮B333之间穿过,且两滚轮夹紧充电线52不会打滑,使用充电枪4时拉动充电线的同时滚轮A343与滚轮B333转动,滚轮B333带动齿轮C334转动,齿轮C带动齿轮D362转动,从而带动收线盘B转动放线,放线后收到发条223的作用力充电线有回收的趋势,当停止放线单独拉动刹车线53时滑轮A352受力向下运动,同时带动滚轴C351转动,从而使支撑块354抵住齿轮C达到阻止充电线回收的目的。
所述充电枪4包括包覆在卷线5输出端的充电枪外壳41,充电枪外壳41的外壁上设置有防水机构42,充电枪外壳41的输出端安装有上锁机构43,所述充电枪外壳41的顶端开设有L型槽口,充电枪外壳41的外壁配合有滑动开关421,滑动开关421的内壁中心位置焊接有定位杆422,且定位杆422与L型槽口为配合机构,滑动开关421的一端紧密粘合有防水吸盘423,滑动开关421与充电枪外壳41的外壁为滑动配合,滑动开关421与定位杆422固定,且滑动开关421与防水吸盘423固定,定位杆422与L型槽口的竖槽为滑动配合,初始状态下定位杆422为与L型槽口的最后端,充电时推动滑动开关421使定位杆422移动至L型槽口竖槽的最前端,此时转动滑动开关421使定位杆422进入L型槽口的横槽中,而后利用刹车线的拉力使定位杆422锁定在L型槽口的横槽中;
所述充电枪外壳41的一端设置有充电插头,充电插头上方开设有槽口,槽口中配合有定位扣431,定位扣431的中心位置配合有支撑杆432,且支撑杆432固定在充电枪外壳41内壁顶端。
所述收线刹车外壳31内壁顶部焊接有固定环355,且固定环355与滑轮A352之间设置有拉簧353,收线刹车外壳31出线口一侧焊接有滚轮B356,刹车线53从收线盘B出来绕在滑轮A上,再经滑轮B出去,于收线限位块51处同充电线52汇合。
所述刹车线53的一端固定连接在定位杆422底部使用充电枪4时将卷线5拉出适当的长度,插入充电插口,此时推动滑动开关421向前运动,使定位扣与充电插口定位扣配合,同时防水吸盘与包覆在充电口外壁上,然后转动滑动开关使其始终处于当前位置。
所述刹车线53的一端固定连接在定位杆422底部,推动滑动开关时拉动刹车线53运动,从而使滑轮A352运动,达到固定充电线的目的。
所述充电控制器11一侧开设有充电枪放置孔,在非工作状态下充电枪4放置与充电控制器11所开设有充电枪放置孔中。
本发明的工作原理是:
放线过程:将充电枪从充电桩上取下拉动收线盘A放线,同时带动收线刹车机构中的收线盘B放线。
插电过程:将充电枪插入充电插口中推动充电枪设置的滑动开关,使充电枪定位扣定位,防水吸盘包覆于充电插口外壁,同时使刹车线与充电线产生长度差从而带动收线刹车机构定位,使充电线不会自动回收。
回收过程:使用完成后解锁滑动开关,卷线在发条的作用力下回收,然后将充电枪放置于原位。

Claims (7)
1.一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,包括充电桩(1)、收线机构(2)、收线刹车机构(3)、充电枪(4)、卷线(5)和螺旋套管(6),其特征在于:所述充电桩(1)包括固定安装在地面上的立杆(12),立杆(12)的顶部设置有充电控制器(11),充电控制器(11)的下方设置有收线机构(2),且收线机构(2)通过螺栓连接在立杆(12)的中心位置,收线机构(2)的外壁焊接有收线刹车机构(3);
所述卷线(5)包括输入端与充电控制器(11)连通的充电线(52),且充电线(52)的输出端与充电枪(4)连通,充电枪(4)与收线刹车机构(3)之间的外露充电线(52)的外壁依附有刹车线(53),且刹车线(53)的一端收卷在收线刹车机构(3)中,收线刹车机构(3)的出线口外侧设置有收线限位块(51),且收线限位块(51)与充电线(52)和刹车线(53)粘合为一个整体,收线机构(2)与充电控制器(11)之间的充电线(52)外壁包裹有螺旋套管(6);
所述充电枪(4)包括包覆在卷线(5)输出端的充电枪外壳(41),充电枪外壳(41)的外壁上设置有防水机构(42),充电枪外壳(41)的输出端安装有上锁机构(43),所述充电枪外壳(41)的顶端开设有L型槽口,充电枪外壳(41)的外壁配合有滑动开关(421),滑动开关(421)的内壁中心位置焊接有定位杆(422),且定位杆(422)与L型槽口为配合机构,滑动开关(421)的一端紧密粘合有防水吸盘(423);
所述收线机构(2)包括一端通过螺栓固定在立杆(12)中心位置的转轴(23),转轴(23)的外壁配合有转动机构(22),转动机构(22)的一端固定安装有卷线机构(21),所述转动机构(22)包括配合在转轴(23)外壁上的轴承A(224),轴承A(224)的外壁配合有发条卡盘(222),发条卡盘(222)的中心开设有发条安装孔,且有发条(223)安装在发条安装孔中,发条卡盘(222)的一侧有收线机构后盖(221)焊接在转轴(23)的外壁上,发条卡盘(222)的另一侧焊接有收线盘A(212),收线盘A(212)的一端配合有轴承B(213),轴承B(213)的外壁安装有收线机构外壳(211),且收线机构外壳(211)通过螺栓与收线机构后盖(221)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述收线刹车机构(3)包括焊接在收线机构(2)外壁的收线刹车外壳(31),收线刹车外壳(31)的内部焊接有挡板(32),且挡板(32)与收线刹车外壳(31)的侧壁开设有多个轴孔,挡板(32)的一端设置有有夹线机构A(33)与夹线机构B(34),挡板(32)的另一端设置有绕线机构(35),挡板(32)的一侧与收线刹车外壳(31)之间设置有滚轴A(341),滚轴A(331)的外壁靠近挡板(32)的一侧焊接有滚轮A(343),滚轮A(343)与收线刹车外壳(31)之间安装有齿轮A(342),滚轴A(341)的上方设置有滚轴B(331),且滚轴B(331)贯穿挡板(32),滚轴B(331)的外壁靠近挡板(32)一侧焊接有滚轮B(333),滚轮B(333)与收线刹车外壳(31)之间安装有齿轮B(332),且齿轮B(332)与齿轮A(342)为配合机构,滚轴B(331)贯穿挡板(32)的一端配合有齿轮C(334),挡板(32)的另一侧与收线刹车外壳(31)之间配合有收线盘B(36),收线盘B(36)靠近挡板(32)的一端配合有齿轮D(37),且齿轮D(37)与齿轮C(334)为配合机构,收线盘B(36)斜上方位置设置有滚轴C(351),滚轴C(351)中心位置焊接有滑轮A(352),滚轴C(351)与挡板(32)配合的一端焊接有支撑块(354)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述收线刹车外壳(31)内壁顶部焊接有固定环(355),且固定环(355)与滑轮A(352)之间设置有拉簧(353);收线刹车外壳(31)出线口一侧焊接有滚轮B(356)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述充电枪外壳(41)的一端设置有充电插头,充电插头上方开设有槽口,槽口中配合有定位扣(431),定位扣(431)的中心位置配合有支撑杆(432),且支撑杆(432)固定在充电枪外壳(41)内壁顶端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述刹车线(53)的一端固定连接在定位杆(422)底部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述充电控制器(11)一侧开设有充电枪放置孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车交流充电枪,其特征在于,所述收线结构外壳(212)开设有出线槽和排水槽。
