The immersion bath therapy is one of the important measures for treating wound and skin diseases by immersing all or part of the body of a patient in warm water or liquid medicine for a certain time, and can clean the infected wound of the patient, clean the residual wound after treatment and promote the early healing of the wound. The exudate and necrotic tissues accumulated on the surface of the wound and the skin of the patient with the disease are good culture mediums for the growth and the propagation of bacteria, so the wound infection is almost inevitable. The cross infection, which results in the generation of drug-resistant strains, is one of the most difficult problems to overcome in medical research. Therefore, it is important for the immersion bath therapy how to prevent the cross-infection of the patient in the immersion bath therapy. The complete disinfection and sterilization of the dipping device and the use of disposable medical waterproof consumables become the key. However, in practical use, due to the various problems of the immersion bath device, the unilateral solution of disinfection and sterilization without cross infection is difficult to realize, the first difficulty is that the surface of the inner wall of the immersion bath tank is uneven, or the opposite surfing ports are arranged on the wall of the immersion bath tank, or the spiral-shell surfing power mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the bathtub, so that various disinfection dead corners exist, and the conventional disinfection and sterilization method is difficult to achieve a thorough disinfection effect; in addition, the planking soaked in the cylinder body has a plurality of components, so that the difficulty of killing is increased. Although the prior bathing device is convenient for disinfection and reduces infection, the disposable bag-shaped medical waterproof consumable material is also considered to be used, the bag-shaped medical waterproof consumable material only has one opening, and the better isolation effect can be achieved only by tightening the opening. However, due to the structural limitation of the bathing device, the disposable bag-shaped medical waterproof consumable is objectively difficult to realize, so that the disinfection effect cannot be fundamentally improved, and the infection probability is reduced.
The existing structure for driving the dipping bed plate to enter and exit the dipping cylinder body mainly comprises three structures, namely, hoisting by a crane rope, and respectively arranging stress points on the dipping bed plate at four positions on two sides of the dipping bed plate; secondly, vertically lifting and shifting the cart, applying force to the middle part of the dipping bed plate, and implementing a mode of lifting the dipping bed plate by the waist; and thirdly, the two ends of the crank arm rotating suspension arm type structure are connected with the dipping bed plate, and the connecting and stress positions are arranged at the head end and the tail end of the dipping bed plate. Therefore, the three lifting in-and-out devices driving the dipping bed plate to enter and exit the dipping cylinder body have at least more than two stress points at the relative positions around the dipping bed plate, and the condition of sleeving the disposable bag-shaped medical waterproof consumable material is objectively not provided.
The structural limitations of the dipping device mainly refer to the connection state of the planking (or dipping mat) in the cylinder body during the dipping process, the internal structure of the cylinder body, the surfing mechanism and the like. In the prior art, in the dipping process, the planking is generally sent into or out of the dipping bath cylinder in a manner of hoisting (such as CN105232311A, CN208898399U and CN202136557U) or lifting and shifting (such as CN106491338A) or a crank arm type rotating cantilever structure with two ends connected with the dipping bath planking. It can be seen that the lifting in-out device which drives the dipping bed plate to enter and exit the dipping cylinder body has at least more than two stress points at the relative positions around the dipping bed plate. On one hand, for the hoisting mode, the connecting structure is difficult to be thoroughly sterilized due to the obstruction of a plurality of connecting pieces between the floor plate and the hoisting mechanism, and the outer surface of the floor plate cannot be completely sleeved with the disposable bag-shaped medical waterproof consumable; on the other hand, for the lifting and shifting mode, although the patient can be moved conveniently, the planking is difficult to be disinfected completely due to the complexity of the structure of the planking and the difference of surfing mechanisms, and disposable bag-shaped medical waterproof consumables cannot be laid; in addition, surfing mechanisms for cleaning wound surfaces in the existing dipping bath device, such as an ultrasonic generator and a volute type dipping bath surfing mechanism, are generally arranged in the cylinder body, so that the complexity of the internal structure of the cylinder body is increased, the internal part of the cylinder body is uneven, and the disinfection difficulty and the disinfection incompleteness are also increased. Therefore, the existing dipping bath device is generally difficult to sterilize, is not easy to realize thorough sterilization and has higher potential cross infection probability.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
based on the technical scheme, the invention provides the dipping device which is convenient for thorough disinfection and avoids dipping cross infection, and the dipping device well solves the defects of complicated disinfection procedure, difficult thorough disinfection and certain cross infection risk of the traditional dipping device by completely new design and optimization of various components such as an electric power mechanism, a paving plate, a surfing mechanism and the like, and has good market popularization and application values.
Firstly, one end of the floor board is connected with the suspension arm, the other end of the floor board is completely suspended, the suspension arm is kept in a natural drooping state, one end of the floor board is vertically connected with the suspension arm, the other end of the floor board is suspended, the floor board is screwed into or out of the cylinder body under the action of the electric power mechanism, the structure enables the floor board to be completely and conveniently sleeved with disposable medical waterproof consumables, the binding and fixing can be easily carried out at the position where the suspension arm is higher than the bath soaking liquid, the bath human body and the bath floor board are thoroughly isolated, and meanwhile, the bath floor board and the bath soaking liquid are thoroughly isolated, so that the problem of cross infection during repeated bath is effectively solved.
Secondly, the surfing power mechanism changes the traditional surfing system which mainly comprises a water pump pressurized pipeline surfing structure or a blade turbine surfing structure, adopts clean air as surfing power, can adjust surfing strength through an air pump, heats or adjusts the temperature of the immersion bath liquid through air heating, solves the defect that other immersion bath surfing devices are easy to hide dirt, and are not thorough in disinfection and sterilization, and does not generate the problem that the immersion bath liquid is diluted due to the fact that the water temperature is adjusted through a cold/hot water adding mode in the traditional immersion bath surfing device.
Thirdly, the internal surface of the cylinder body is basically smooth and flat based on the improvement of the surfing power mechanism, no complex structure is arranged, the thorough disinfection is facilitated, the disposable medical waterproof consumable material is conveniently arranged on the internal surface of the cylinder body, the body of a bather is thoroughly isolated from the bathing cylinder body, the contact between the body and the bathing cylinder body is avoided, and the problem of cross infection in the first bathing of multiple people is further solved.
And the surfing component of the surfing power mechanism is of a detachable structure, is simple in structure and small in size, can be detached after one-time immersion bath, and can be independently soaked and disinfected by conventional disinfectant, so that the hidden pollution trouble of the surfing component can be thoroughly eliminated.
Based on the coordination of the technical means, the problem of cross infection when a plurality of people perform the first immersion bath for the next time in the immersion bath treatment is solved more efficiently.

In order to better understand the present invention, the following examples are further provided to clearly illustrate the contents of the present invention, but the contents of the present invention are not limited to the following examples. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the present invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the single-arm rotary dipping bath rehabilitation device for preventing cross infection comprises a cylinder body 1 for containing dipping bath liquid, and an electric power mechanism, a surfing power mechanism and a controller which are arranged at the outer side of the cylinder body 1, the cylinder body 1 is provided with a bath solution inlet and a bath solution outlet, the electric power mechanism and the surfing power mechanism are respectively connected with the controller, the electric power mechanism comprises a power box body 3, a motor, a power arm 4 and a suspension arm 5, one end of the power arm 4 is connected with the power box body 3, the power arm 4 makes circular motion around a horizontal axis under the action of the motor, the other end of the power arm 4 is movably connected with the suspension arm 5 through a rotating shaft, the suspension arm 5 keeps a natural sagging state, the suspension arm 5 is vertically connected with one end of a paving plate 6, the other end of the bed plate 6 is suspended, and the bed plate 6 is screwed into or out of the cylinder body 1 under the action of the electric power mechanism.
In the structure, the power arm 4 performs circular motion around a horizontal axis under the action of the motor, the horizontal axis indicates the horizontal axis connected between the power arm 4 and the power box body 3, and the power arm 4 can perform circular motion around the horizontal axis in a certain vertical plane, so that the power arm 4 can realize certain displacement and provide certain height difference for the floor board 6 to screw in or out the cylinder body 1, and the floor board 6 can screw in or screw out the cylinder body 1.
In the invention, an electric power mechanism provides support and power for the plank 6 to be screwed in and out of the dipping bath cylinder 1. Preferably, the electric power mechanism is arranged on the support column 2, the support column 2 is connected with the power box body 3 through a motor, the power box body 3 rotates clockwise or anticlockwise around the vertical axis of the support column 2 within a set angle under the action of the motor, the structure design provides convenience for disassembling and separating the dipping bath plank 6 and the suspension arm 5, the dipping bath plank is not limited by the space of the dipping bath cylinder body 1, and the set angle can be selected to be any value within 0-360 degrees.
Through the matching of the power box body 3, the power arm 4 and the suspension arm 5, the bed plate 6 can smoothly and controllably screw in and out of the dipping bath cylinder body 1.
The motor used in the above may be a stepping motor, a servo motor, or other conventional motor capable of adjusting or setting the rotation angle.
In the invention, the suspension arm 5 is always in a natural drooping state, the suspension arm 5 is vertically connected with one end of the paving plate 6, the other end of the paving plate 6 is suspended, the suspension arm 5 and the paving plate 6 form a stable three-dimensional rectangular coordinate state, and the dipping paving plate 6 and the suspension arm are always vertical no matter the power arm 4 is in any position, so that the dipping safety is ensured.
Because the planking 6 adopts above-mentioned connected mode with davit 5, make the planking 6 can overlap completely conveniently and establish disposable medical waterproof consumptive material, and davit 5 simple structure, the one end of planking 6 and the end connection of davit 5, the other end is unsettled, the ligature mouth of the disposable medical waterproof consumptive material of the planking 6 is established to the cover can entangle davit 5 very easily, make the part that davit 5 is higher than the bath surface can be wrapped up by disposable medical waterproof consumptive material, can not make the bath liquid contact davit 5 and planking 6 like this in normal use, realize the thorough isolation of human body and bath planking 6, realize the thorough isolation of bath liquid in bath planking 6 and the cylinder body 1, realize two discontiguous dual purposes, thereby solve the cross infection problem that is unfavorable for the bath person to recover.
In order to facilitate the binding of the disposable medical waterproof consumable, a binding device can be arranged at the position, above the liquid level of the immersion bath, of the suspension arm 5, so as to facilitate the closing and fastening.
Referring to fig. 3, when in use, firstly, the planking 6 is adjusted to a required position by respectively controlling the rotation angles of the power box body 3 and the power arm 4, the disposable medical waterproof consumables are sleeved on the surface of the planking 6, and the disposable medical waterproof consumables are bound at a proper height of the suspension arm 5; the disposable medical waterproof consumables are paved on the inner surface of the cylinder body 1 and are compressed and fixed at the edge of the cylinder body 1; then preparing a bathing solution with proper temperature in the cylinder body 1, then moving the patient to the paving plate 6, screwing the paving plate 6 into the cylinder body 1, and beginning the bathing. After the dipping bath is finished, the operation of screwing the paving plate 6 out of the cylinder body 1 is opposite to the steps, and the description is omitted.
In the invention, the immersion bath liquid inlet can be connected with a hot water source or a cold water source and mixed in the cylinder body 1 to an appropriate temperature, or the mixed temperature of the hot water and the cold water can be directly input into the cylinder body 1 through the immersion bath liquid inlet after being appropriate.
The cylinder body 1 uses disposable medical waterproof consumables, thereby isolating the contact between the dipping bath cylinder body 1 and the dipping bath liquid in the cylinder body 1 and solving the problem of cross infection caused by incomplete disinfection of the dipping bath cylinder body 1 and a surfing power mechanism. Disposable medical waterproof consumables can be replaced by one person, so that the time and the labor are saved, and the disposable medical waterproof consumables are sanitary and healthy.
Referring to fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bath mat 6 is connected to the boom 5 in a snap-in manner that allows quick connection and detachable separation. As a preferred embodiment, one end of the bed plate 6 is provided with an insertion hole 7, the bottom end of the suspension arm 5 is provided with a cross brace 8 adapted to the insertion hole 7, the number of the insertion holes 7 can be 2 or 3, and the shape of the cross brace 8 is adapted to the insertion hole 7. The connection mode of the floor board 6 and the suspension arm 5 is convenient for the assembly and disassembly of the floor board 6 and the suspension arm 5, and simultaneously, the real realization that the redundant connecting pieces block the isolation effect of the disposable medical waterproof consumables is avoided.
Furthermore, the suspension arm is provided with a reinforcing rib 9, so that the use safety and the service life of the suspension arm are longer.
Referring to fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surfing power mechanism 10 comprises an air purifier 11, an air pump 12, an air heater 13 and a surfing component 14, wherein an inlet of the air pump 12 is connected with an air outlet end of the air purifier 11, an outlet of the air pump 12 is connected with the air heater 13, and the air heater 13 is connected with a plurality of surfing components through an air conveying pipeline 15. In the invention, the surfing power mechanism 10 is integrally arranged at the outer side of the cylinder body 1, and is different from the existing pipeline type surfing mechanism and the blade wave wheel type surfing mechanism, the surfing power mechanism 10 only extends the surfing component 14 into the dipping liquid of the cylinder body 1 and is independent from the structure of the cylinder body 1, so that the cylinder body 1 has a smooth and flat inner surface, the disinfection of the cylinder body 1 is more convenient and efficient, and the real isolation effect of the disposable medical waterproof consumable used by the cylinder body 1 is highlighted.
Wherein, the air purifier 11 is internally provided with a replaceable air filter element, and the filtered air provides clean gas for surfing without polluting immersion liquid. The air pump 12 is used for providing power for air, and can assist in adjusting the temperature by adjusting the air volume during the temperature change of the immersion bath liquid. The air heater 13 is used for heating clean air, and can heat the immersion liquid or adjust and maintain the temperature of the immersion liquid through warm air surfing, and particularly, when the immersion liquid is a liquid medicine, the concentration of the immersion liquid can not be diluted, so that the defect that the concentration of the immersion liquid is diluted and the drug effect is not favorably exerted due to the fact that the temperature of the immersion liquid is adjusted in a traditional mode of adding hot water or cold water is overcome.
Referring to fig. 6, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said surfing assembly comprises a surfing pipe 16 detachably and hermetically connected with the end of said gas transmission pipe 15, a plurality of surfing ports 17 arranged on said surfing pipe 16, and a one-way valve arranged in said surfing ports 17 for preventing the backflow of the immersion bath. In the dipping process, the surfing component extends into the cylinder body 1 from the upper opening of the cylinder body 1; after the bathing is finished, the surfing component can be detached from the gas transmission pipeline 15 for independent disinfection. The arrangement of the one-way valve can prevent the immersion bath liquid from flowing back and polluting devices such as the gas transmission pipeline 15 and the like.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, an elongated hose may be connected between the gas delivery tube 15 and the surfing pipe 16 for easy handling and drying of the patient's body surface after the bathing is completed.
In the invention, a plurality of surfing components are respectively arranged on the side wall and/or the bottom of the cylinder body 1, so that the dipping bath liquid in the cylinder body 1 generates turbulent flow, and the effect similar to manual repeated rubbing is generated.
The surfing power mechanism 10 of the invention adopts purified air and clean warm air which is pressurized and heated by the air pump 12 as temperature rising power and surfing power and outputs the temperature rising power and the surfing power to the surfing port 17 through the air transmission pipeline 15. The surfing component is arranged in the disposable medical waterproof consumable, is not in direct contact with the surface and the inner wall of the cylinder body 1, and directly extends into the immersion liquid. The surfing components are multiple, can be 2, 3 or 4, and are respectively arranged at different positions in the dipping bath cylinder body 1, the number of the surfing ports 17 can be 1, 2 or 3, and the air outlets can be consistent in direction, opposite in direction and reciprocal. When the surfing power acts, the bathing liquid in the bathing cylinder body 1 forms vortex-shaped water flow in the clockwise or anticlockwise direction under the aerodynamic force, or opposite mutually rushing water flow, or positive and negative mutually reversed water flow, so as to wash and swing the body surface of a bather, and carry out cleaning and massage physical therapy. The heated clean hot air can continuously heat the dipping liquid in the dipping cylinder body 1, and the dissipated heat is supplemented to keep the water temperature constant; the temperature of the immersion bath liquid in the cylinder body 1 is kept constant, meanwhile, the stability of the concentration of the liquid medicine in the cylinder body 1 is also kept, and the concentration of the liquid medicine is not diluted, so that the problem that other similar equipment only keeps the temperature of the liquid in the cylinder body 1 by continuously adding hot water and the concentration of the liquid medicine is diluted by continuously adding the hot water is solved. After the bather has bathed, the nursing staff can also hold the surfing component 14 by hand to dry the body of the bather by warm air with the heated clean warm air.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of first temperature sensing probes are disposed in the cylinder 1 to detect the real-time temperature of the dip bath liquid, the first temperature sensing probes are connected to a controller to transmit a temperature signal of the dip bath liquid to the controller, the controller is respectively connected to the air heater 13 and the air pump 12, the controller converts the received temperature signal of the dip bath liquid into temperature data, and compares the temperature data with the preset temperature of the dip bath liquid to adjust the heating temperature of the air heater 13 and the air volume of the air pump 12 in real time, and the temperature of the dip bath liquid is raised or lowered to be equal to the preset temperature and/or maintained.
In the present invention, the temperature of the dipping solution can be adjusted by detecting the difference between the temperature of the dipping solution and the preset temperature of the dipping solution to adjust the heating temperature of the air heater 13 and the air volume of the air pump 12. For example, when the detected temperature of the dipping liquid is higher than the set value, the air heater 13 lowers the heating temperature at the instruction of the controller, while the air pump 12 adjusts the blowing amount at the instruction of the controller, so that the high temperature of the dipping liquid can fall back to the preset temperature more quickly with the input of the cleaning gas of lower temperature; when the detected temperature of the immersion liquid is lower than the set value, the air heater 13 increases the heating temperature under the instruction of the controller, while the air pump 12 adjusts the blast amount under the quality of the controller, so that the low temperature of the immersion liquid can be raised back more quickly with the input of the cleaning gas of higher temperature. The temperature regulation does not affect the concentration of the immersion bath liquid, and overcomes the defect that the volume of the immersion bath liquid is increased to cause dilution of the immersion bath liquid in the traditional temperature regulation mode of heating water or cooling water.
Wherein, the air quantity of the air pump 12 determines the strength of the surfing air flow, the surfing strength can be divided into a plurality of grades, and the air pump 12 adjusts the air quantity according to the received instruction of the controller.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second temperature sensing probe is disposed in the gas transmission pipeline 15 to detect a real-time temperature of hot air in the gas transmission pipeline 15, the second temperature sensing probe is connected to the controller to transmit a temperature signal of the hot air to the controller, the controller converts the received temperature signal of the hot air into temperature data, and compares the temperature data with a preset temperature of the immersion bath liquid to adjust a heating temperature of the air heater 13 and an air volume of the air pump 12 in real time, so as to reach and/or maintain the temperature of the immersion bath liquid to be the same as the preset temperature by raising or lowering the temperature.
In the present invention, the heating and the constant temperature control of the dipping solution can also be realized by detecting the difference between the temperature of the hot air in the air duct 15 and the preset temperature of the dipping solution to adjust the heating temperature of the air heater 13 and the air volume of the air pump 12.
From the above, the invention heats the immersion bath liquid and controls the immersion bath liquid at constant temperature from two different angles, wherein the two angles are respectively the immersion bath liquid in the cylinder body 1 and the hot air input by the air transmission pipeline 15, thereby realizing the high-efficiency linkage control of the heating and the constant temperature use of the immersion bath liquid.
In the invention, a control panel is arranged on the outer side surface of the cylinder body 1, the control panel is in signal connection with the controller, and a power switch, a temperature display screen for displaying the temperature of the immersion bath liquid and a first switch for controlling the motor are arranged on the control panel. The control panel is arranged to facilitate the medical staff to carry out the conventional operation on the temperature of the dipping liquid and the dipping procedure.
In the invention, the support column 2 is an electric lifting column, and the power box body does lifting reciprocating motion along the vertical axis of the support column under the action of a motor.
And a second switch for controlling the electric lifting column is arranged on the control panel. The lifting type supporting column is adopted, so that the patient can conveniently move, and the operable space for the patient to screw in and out of the cylinder body 1 is increased.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom surface of the cylinder body 1 is in a shallow funnel shape, the dip bath liquid outlet is located at the lowest end of the shallow funnel shape region, the dip bath liquid outlet is provided with a liquid discharge one-way valve, and the liquid discharge one-way valve is connected with a controller, so that the dip bath liquid can be thoroughly, smoothly and controllably discharged to the outside of the cylinder body 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water level sensor is disposed in the cylinder 1, the water level sensor is connected to the controller, a liquid inlet one-way valve is disposed at the immersion liquid inlet, the liquid inlet one-way valve is connected to the controller, the controller receives a water level signal transmitted by the water level sensor in real time, converts the water level signal into water level data, and closes the liquid inlet one-way valve when the water level data reaches a preset water level. The arrangement and connection of the water level sensor, the liquid inlet one-way valve and the controller are convenient for a user to know and control the input amount of the immersion liquid.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, several legs 18 are connected to the bottom of the supporting pillar 2, wherein one of the legs 18 is connected to the cylinder body 1. As mentioned above, in the present invention, the plank 6 is connected to the boom 5 in a one-end embedded manner, and the plank 6 is used for bearing the patient, so that the fixing and weighting problems of the legs 18 need to be concerned, if the legs 18 are not well fixed or properly weighted, the electric power mechanism as a whole is prone to lose balance and tilt, but if the legs 18 are individually weighted, the weight and the space occupation of the whole device are significantly increased, and for this reason, the present invention is based on the overall optimized design of the structure, one of the legs 18 is connected with the cylinder body 1, namely, one of the supporting legs 18 is connected with the cylinder body 1, the force is used for the cylinder body 1, the cylinder body 1 is taken as one supporting leg or a balancing weight, therefore, the electric power mechanism can be stably and reliably used under the condition of not increasing the weight or the volume of the device, and the cost of additionally installing a balancing weight is saved.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the legs 18 are two, and the legs 18 extend laterally from the ends of the pillars 2 in a splayed shape.
