under the condition that the alarm information is determined not to meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined to meet the second preset condition, updating an alarm log in an alarm log service 6, namely updating the state of the alarm information in the alarm log into a cleared state; under the condition that the alarm information is determined not to meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined to meet the fourth preset condition, updating an alarm log in an alarm log service 6, namely updating the state of the alarm information in the alarm log to be a confirmed state;
and storing the updated alarm log in a database for a user to check at any time.
The implementation obtains the state of the alarm information by judging the relevant conditions of the alarm information, updates the state of the alarm information in the alarm log, and stores the updated alarm log in the database, so that a user can conveniently check and acquire the state of the alarm information at any time.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a gateway 7 and an alarm front-end service 8; the configuration information in the database 5 further includes a fifth preset condition; the fifth preset condition is a limit condition which is required to be met by sending the alarm information to the alarm front-end service; the alarm management service 3 is further configured to, if it is determined that the alarm information does not satisfy the first preset condition, send the alarm information to the alarm front-end service 8 through the gateway 7 if it is determined that the alarm information satisfies the fifth preset condition; the alarm front-end service 8 is configured to display the received alarm information.
Wherein the alarm front-end service 8 communicates with the alarm management service 3 and the alarm log service 6 via the gateway 7. The alarm front-end service 8 is equivalent to a southbound terminal, supports multi-terminal connection, binds each terminal and a user one by one, and finishes the self process after receiving and presenting data.
The alarm front-end service 8 is configured to implement front-end display of alarm information, configuration of a communication protocol library, configuration of configuration information and mapping relationship in a database, query and statistics of alarm information in an alarm log, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The alarm front-end service 8 is in the same micro-service architecture as the southbound interface service, the alarm management service 3 and the alarm policy service 4 and the alarm log service 6.
The number of the alarm front-end services 8 may also be set according to actual requirements, that is, the alarm front-end services 8 may be configured to be adaptively extended or deleted.
The fifth preset condition is that the preset alarm information meets the filtering condition which needs to be met by the alarm front-end service 8.
Optionally, in order to display the valid alarm information to the user in real time, the alarm management service in this embodiment determines that the alarm information is valid alarm information when determining that the alarm information does not satisfy the first preset condition, because the alarm information includes invalid alarm information such as a false alarm or a repeated alarm; and then, judging whether the effective alarm information meets a fifth preset condition.
And then, under the condition that the effective alarm information meets the fifth preset condition, the effective alarm information is distributed to the alarm front-end service in real time through an API (application program interface) of the gateway 7, so that a user can check and obtain the effective alarm information on a front-end page of the alarm front-end service in real time, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the alarm front-end service 8 is further configured to send a first instruction to the alarm management service 3 through the gateway 7 when the first instruction is obtained; the alarm management service 3 is further configured to update configuration information and/or a mapping relationship in the database according to the first instruction.
The first instruction is an instruction for updating configuration information and/or mapping relation in the database.
When a user needs to configure configuration information and/or mapping relation in a database, inputting a first instruction on a front-end page of an alarm front-end service;
the input mode of the first instruction may be voice, text, or physical keys, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The alarm front-end service 8 sends the first instruction to the alarm management service 3 through the gateway 7 under the condition of acquiring the first instruction;
and under the condition of acquiring the first instruction, the alarm management service 3 updates the configuration information and/or the mapping relation in the database according to the configuration information and/or the mapping relation configured in the second instruction.
For example, when a first preset condition, a second preset condition, a third preset condition, a fourth preset condition, or a fifth preset condition in the configuration information, or reconfiguration is required, and/or when an alarm processing policy in the mapping relationship is modified, deleted, or increased, the reconfigured configuration information and/or the mapping relationship are configured in an instruction, and the instruction is sent to the alarm management service 3, so that the alarm management service 3 updates the configuration information and/or the mapping relationship in the database according to the configuration information and/or the mapping relationship in the first instruction.
According to the embodiment, the configuration information and/or the mapping relation in the database can be updated in real time only by setting the first instruction according to actual requirements, so that the operation is simple, flexible and convenient.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the alarm front-end service 8 is further configured to, in the case of obtaining the second instruction, query, through the gateway 7, target alarm information that meets the query condition in the second instruction in the alarm log service 6, and perform statistics and/or display on the target alarm information.
Optionally, the second instruction is an instruction for querying and/or counting the alarm information.
When the alarm information needs to be inquired and/or counted, the user inputs a second instruction to the alarm front-end service 8;
and when the second instruction is acquired, the alarm front-end service 8 calls the alarm log service 6 through the API of the gateway 7 to query and/or count the alarm information, takes the alarm information in the alarm log meeting the query condition or the statistical condition as the target alarm information, and displays the query result and/or the statistical result of the target alarm information for the user to check in real time.
According to the embodiment, only the second instruction is set according to actual requirements, the historical alarm logs in the alarm log service can be inquired and/or counted, and the method is simple to operate, flexible and convenient.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further includes a northbound interface service 9 and a northbound integrated network management system 10; the alarm management service 3 is further configured to send the alarm information to the northbound interface service 9; the northbound interface service 9 is configured to frame the alarm information according to a second preset protocol format and send the framed alarm information to the northbound integrated network management system 10; the northbound integrated network management system 10 is configured to display the alarm information.
The northbound interface service 9 is a northbound interface server, is connected to each northbound integrated network management system 10, and communicates with the alarm management service 3. The northbound integrated Network Management system is abbreviated as northbound NMS (Network Management Station), the northbound NMS supports multi-terminal connection, each terminal is bound with a user, and each terminal finishes its flow after receiving and presenting data.
The northbound interface service 9 refers to an interface for connecting with the northbound integrated network management system.
The northbound interface service 9 is also deployed in the same microservice architecture as the southbound interface service 2 and the alarm management service 3.
Optionally, the alarm management service 3 may also send the alarm information to the northbound interface service 9;
after receiving the warning message, the northbound interface service 9 frames the warning message according to a second preset protocol format and sends the framed warning message to the northbound integrated network management system.
And the second preset protocol format is preset according to the northbound alarm information output frame format required by the operator.
When the northbound integrated network management system receives the alarm information, the northbound integrated network management system displays the alarm information so that a user can check the alarm information in the northbound integrated network management system in real time, and faults in the alarm information are processed in time, and the safety performance of the network element equipment is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the alarm management service 3 is further configured to update the state of the alarm information in the alarm log service 6 according to a third instruction when the third instruction is obtained; wherein, the third instruction is sent by an alarm front-end service 8 through a gateway 7, or sent by the northbound integrated network management system 10 through a northbound interface service 9; and synchronizing the updated state of the alarm information to all the alarm front-end services 8 connected with the gateway 7 and/or all the northbound integrated network management systems connected with the northbound interface service 9.
And the third instruction is an instruction for updating the state of the alarm information.
Optionally, when the state of the alarm information in the alarm log of the alarm log service 6 needs to be updated, the user may input a third instruction in the alarm front-end service 8; the alarm front-end service 8 sends the third instruction to the alarm management service 3 through the API interface of the gateway. Or, the user can input a third instruction to the comprehensive network management system in the north direction; the northbound integrated network management system sends the third instruction to the alarm management service 3 through the northbound interface service 9.
When the alarm management service 3 receives the third instruction, the state of the alarm information in the alarm log service is updated according to the third instruction, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment, for example, the state of the alarm information is updated to a cleared state, and the state of the alarm information is updated to a cancel confirmation state.
And synchronizing the updated state or log information of the alarm information to all the alarm front-end services 8 connected with the gateway through the gateway and/or synchronizing to all the northbound integrated network management systems connected with the northbound interface services through the northbound interface services.
In addition, under the condition that the alarm management service 3 receives an alarm synchronization instruction, a southbound interface service is called to synchronize the alarm information of the network element equipment; the alarm synchronization command may be sent by the alarm front-end service 8 through the gateway, sent by the northbound integrated network management system through the northbound interface service 9, or periodically sent inside the alarm information management system, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the user inputs the third instruction, the state of the alarm information in the alarm log service may be updated, and the alarm information may be synchronized to other terminals, so that the other terminals may synchronously obtain the modified log information.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, under the condition that a new protocol exists, a data model of the new protocol is added to a database, and a southbound interface service corresponding to the new protocol is added to a cluster to which the southbound interface service belongs; and the database is used for synchronizing the newly added protocol to the southbound interface service corresponding to the newly added protocol.
Optionally, when a new protocol needs to be added to the communication protocol library, a data model of the new protocol is established in the database, then a southbound interface service corresponding to the new protocol is developed in the cluster to which the southbound interface service belongs, the new protocol is synchronized to the southbound interface service corresponding to the new protocol through the database, and after the southbound interface service corresponding to the new protocol is loaded, the access of the new network element of the new protocol can be automatically realized.
In the embodiment, the protocol can be newly added into the communication protocol library at any time according to actual requirements, and under the condition of the newly added protocol, only the southbound interface service corresponding to the newly added protocol needs to be re-deployed, and only the southbound interface service corresponding to the newly added protocol needs to be loaded, so that the newly added network element of the newly added protocol can be automatically accessed, the operation is simple, and the adaptability is strong.
In summary, the alarm information management system of this embodiment provides a set of comprehensive and systematic alarm processing mechanisms for alarm information management, receives alarm information from network element devices, and the alarm management service processes and stores alarm data, presents the alarm information in the north-south alarm terminals in real time, performs subsequent processing on faults in the alarm information according to processing measures so as to recover alarms, and performs statistical analysis on alarm logs, thereby effectively solving the performance bottleneck and expandability problems of alarm information management of a large number of network element devices, the problems of poor adaptability of alarm information management of different monitoring protocols of different network element devices, the problems of elastic change and expansion of alarm processing and subsequent processing measures thereof, and the problem of rapid recovery of faults in the alarm information. And the alarm information management system has the south-north interface management function, so that the management and maintenance of the alarm information management system are facilitated.
The alarm information management method provided by the present invention is described below, and the alarm information management method described below and the alarm information management system described above may be referred to in correspondence with each other.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an alarm information management method, including: step 201, sending a communication protocol frame to a southbound interface service;
optionally, an execution subject of the alarm information management method in this embodiment is a computer.
The south interface service and the alarm management service are deployed in the same micro service architecture;
the number of the network element devices may be one or more, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The southbound interface service is connected with each network element device. The number of the southbound interface services may be one or more, and the specific number is adaptively increased according to the number of the actually-carried network element devices of the southbound interface services, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The southbound interface is an interface that communicates directly with the network element device.
Optionally, when the alarm information of the network element device needs to be managed, the network element device encapsulates the alarm information in a communication protocol frame and then sends the communication protocol frame to the southbound interface service.
Step 202, according to the protocol identification in the communication protocol frame, a protocol corresponding to the protocol identification is adaptively obtained in a pre-configured communication protocol library, alarm information is analyzed from the communication protocol frame according to the protocol corresponding to the protocol identification, and the alarm information is sent to an alarm management service;
the southbound interface service can realize the functions of communication and message interaction, protocol adaptation, data analysis and data framing, distribution of different service data, protocol management and the like with different network element devices, and is a communication link of the whole alarm information management system;
the southbound interface service and the alarm management service carry out communication and message interaction; the number of the south interface service and the alarm management service may be set according to actual requirements, and may be one or more, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, after the south-bound interface service receives the communication protocol frame sent by the network element device, the protocol identifier is resolved from a frame header part of the communication protocol frame; then automatically adapting the protocol corresponding to the protocol identifier in the communication protocol library, and analyzing the alarm information from the rest parts except the frame header in the communication protocol frame by adopting the protocol corresponding to the protocol identifier; then, the alarm information is sent to the alarm management service through a RabbitMQ message communication mechanism.
The alarm information includes alarm information in an occurrence state and/or alarm information in a recovered state, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The network element device may be an original network element device connected to the southbound interface service, or may be a new network element device newly accessing the southbound interface service, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The communication protocol library is stored with a plurality of groups of protocol identifications and corresponding relations among protocols in advance, and each protocol identification corresponds to each protocol one by one. The communication protocol library includes a plurality of protocols, such as an SNMP protocol, a TR069 protocol, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Compared with the traditional C/S or B/S architecture design in the prior art, the southbound interface service in the implementation can automatically adapt according to the protocol identifier in the communication protocol frame sent by the network element equipment to acquire the protocol corresponding to the protocol identifier, so that the correct analysis of the communication protocol frame is realized; the method can automatically adapt to the corresponding protocol no matter whether the protocol in the network element equipment is changed or not, not only can uniformly manage a large number of different network element equipment, but also can carry out self-adaptation according to the protocol in the network element equipment without restarting the alarm management service, and the whole alarm information management system, thereby effectively reducing the maintenance cost of the alarm information management system and improving the adaptability of the alarm information management system. That is, the alarm information management system in this embodiment not only supports the management of massive network element devices, but also supports the access of different network element devices and the self-adaptation of different protocols.
Step 203, managing the alarm information.
The alarm management service is used for managing alarm information and is a core part of the whole alarm information management system.
Optionally, the management of the alarm information includes, but is not limited to, processing, warehousing, reporting, and the like of the alarm information, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.
In the implementation, the southbound interface service can receive a communication protocol frame sent by network element equipment in real time, adapt and acquire a protocol corresponding to a protocol identifier in a communication protocol library according to the protocol identifier in the communication protocol frame, analyze alarm information from the communication protocol frame according to the acquired protocol, and send the alarm information to the alarm management service in real time, so that the alarm management service can manage the alarm information in real time, and the southbound interface service not only can self-adapt protocols in various network element equipment and has strong adaptability; and the method can be suitable for the originally accessed network element equipment and the newly accessed network element equipment, avoids restarting the server and the whole alarm information management system, effectively reduces the maintenance cost of the alarm information management system, has wide application range, and can realize the unified management of the alarm information sent by various network element equipment.
Fig. 3 is a complete flowchart of an exemplary alarm information management method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes the following steps:
step (1), the network element equipment reports a communication protocol frame of the alarm information to a southbound interface service;
step (2), the southbound interface service receives the communication protocol frame, adapts the protocol identification in the communication protocol frame, acquires the protocol corresponding to the protocol identification, analyzes the alarm information from the communication protocol frame according to the protocol corresponding to the protocol identification, and dispatches the alarm information to the alarm management service in the form of message;
step (3), the alarm management service receives the alarm information and sequentially judges whether the alarm information meets a first preset condition, a second preset condition, a third preset condition and a fourth preset condition; updating the log information in the alarm log service according to the judgment result; and under the condition that the alarm information does not meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined not to meet the second preset condition, and the alarm information is determined to meet the third preset condition, sending the alarm information to an alarm strategy service, and turning to the step (4); meanwhile, if the alarm information is determined not to meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined to meet the fifth preset condition, reporting to the alarm front-end service through the gateway, and turning to the step (6); meanwhile, the alarm information can be uploaded to a northbound interface service in real time, and the step (7) is carried out;
step (4), the alarm strategy service searches an alarm processing strategy corresponding to the alarm information in the mapping relation; if the data is found, entering the step (5); if not, entering the step (6);
step (5), the southbound interface service receives the alarm processing strategy, constructs a protocol frame for the alarm processing strategy and then sends the network element equipment so that the network element equipment can execute the alarm processing strategy, and after execution, takes the fault recovery information as alarm information and continues to execute the step (1);
step (6), the alarm front-end service receives the alarm information of real-time alarm or alarm recovery through the gateway and displays the alarm information in real time;
step (7), the northbound interface service receives the warning information of real-time warning or warning recovery, and according to the northbound warning information output frame format required by the operator, the warning information is framed and reported to the northbound integrated network management system;
and (8) the northbound integrated network management system receives the warning information of the real-time warning or warning recovery and displays the warning information in real time.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (10)

1. An alarm information management system is characterized by comprising network element equipment, a southbound interface service and an alarm management service;
the network element equipment is used for sending a communication protocol frame to the southbound interface service;
the southbound interface service is used for adaptively acquiring a protocol corresponding to a protocol identifier in a pre-configured communication protocol library according to the protocol identifier in the communication protocol frame, analyzing alarm information from the communication protocol frame according to the protocol corresponding to the protocol identifier and sending the alarm information to the alarm management service;
the alarm management service is used for managing the alarm information.
2. The alarm information management system of claim 1, further comprising an alarm policy service and database;
the configuration information in the database comprises a first preset condition, a second preset condition and a third preset condition;
the first preset condition, the second preset condition and the third preset condition are respectively defined conditions of alarm shielding, alarm clearing and fault alarm;
the alarm management service is specifically configured to, when it is determined that the alarm information does not satisfy the first preset condition, send the alarm information to the alarm policy service if it is determined that the alarm information does not satisfy the second preset condition and satisfies the third preset condition;
the alarm policy service is used for searching an alarm processing policy corresponding to the received alarm information in a mapping relation in the database according to the received alarm information and sending the alarm processing policy to the southbound interface service;
the south interface service is also used for framing the alarm processing strategy according to a first preset protocol format and then sending the framed alarm processing strategy to the network element equipment;
the network element device is further configured to execute the alarm processing policy to recover the fault related to the alarm information.
3. The warning information management system according to claim 2, further comprising a warning log service;
the configuration information in the database further comprises a fourth preset condition;
the fourth preset condition is a limiting condition of alarm confirmation;
the alarm management service is also used for directly deleting the alarm information under the condition that the alarm information meets the first preset condition; under the condition that the alarm information is determined not to meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined to meet the second preset condition, updating the state of the alarm information in the alarm log service to be a cleared state; under the condition that the alarm information is determined not to meet the first preset condition, if the alarm information is determined to meet the fourth preset condition, updating the state of the alarm information in the alarm log service to be a confirmed state;
the alarm log service is used for storing the updated state of the alarm information and the alarm information in the database in a log mode.
4. The warning information management system according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising a gateway and a warning front end service;
the configuration information in the database further comprises a fifth preset condition;
the fifth preset condition is a limit condition which is required to be met by sending the alarm information to the alarm front-end service;
the alarm management service is further configured to send the alarm information to the alarm front-end service through the gateway if it is determined that the alarm information satisfies the fifth preset condition under the condition that it is determined that the alarm information does not satisfy the first preset condition;
and the alarm front-end service is used for displaying the received alarm information.
5. The warning information management system according to claim 4, wherein the warning front-end service is further configured to send a first instruction to the warning management service through the gateway if the first instruction is obtained;
and the alarm management service is also used for updating the configuration information and/or the mapping relation in the database according to the first instruction.
6. The system according to claim 4, wherein the alarm front-end service is further configured to, in a case where the second instruction is obtained, query, through the gateway, target alarm information that meets a query condition in the second instruction in an alarm log service, and count and/or display the target alarm information.
7. The warning information management system of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a northbound interface service and a northbound integrated network management system;
the alarm management service is also used for sending the alarm information to the northbound interface service;
the north interface service is used for framing the alarm information according to a second preset protocol format and then sending the alarm information to the north comprehensive network management system;
the north direction comprehensive network management system is used for displaying the alarm information.
8. The alert information management system of claim 7 wherein the alert management service is further configured to:
under the condition of acquiring a third instruction, updating the state of alarm information in the alarm log service according to the third instruction; the third instruction is sent by an alarm front-end service through a gateway or sent by the northbound integrated network management system through a northbound interface service;
and synchronizing the updated state of the alarm information to all the alarm front-end services connected with the gateway and/or all the northbound integrated network management systems connected with the northbound interface service.

The warning information management system of any one of claims 1-3 wherein, in the presence of a new protocol, a data model of the new protocol is added to the database, and a southbound interface service corresponding to the new protocol is added to the cluster to which the southbound interface service belongs;
and the database is used for synchronizing the newly added protocol to the southbound interface service corresponding to the newly added protocol.
10. An alarm information management method based on the alarm information management system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
sending the communication protocol frame to a southbound interface service;
according to the protocol identification in the communication protocol frame, a protocol corresponding to the protocol identification is adaptively acquired in a pre-configured communication protocol library, alarm information is analyzed from the communication protocol frame according to the protocol corresponding to the protocol identification, and the alarm information is sent to an alarm management service;
and managing the alarm information.
