The invention discloses a pluggable IO module and a DCS (distributed control system), wherein the pluggable IO module comprises a base, a daughter card, a fixing part and a pluggable fuse wire, the fixing part is used for detachably mounting the daughter card on the base, at least one fuse wire hole is formed in the base, and the pluggable fuse wire is inserted into the fuse wire hole. The pluggable IO module detachably connects the base and the daughter card, so that the problems that the module is difficult to disassemble during maintenance and troublesome to disassemble are solved; set up the fuse hole on the base and make but plug fuse expose outside module casing, and then can be timely accurate judge whether the fuse fuses, and very easy to operate when changing has advantages such as high reliability, high maintainability, high stability.

Indexes such as performance, cost and usability of the DCS system are mainly determined by an input/output module (IO module) in the DCS system. The modular design of a DCS system that is compact, powerful, reliable, easy to use and maintain becomes especially important.
In current automated control field, the signal input output module that the product of market mainstream adopted, the mode that adopts screw fastening mostly is connected with base or rack, need use special assembly and disassembly tools during the dismouting module, and maintenance duration is longer, and it is inconvenient to change the module. The fuses in the power supply circuit inside the module are generally patch fuses or self-recovery fuses, are generally small in size and are generally invisible to the outside. The module or chassis housing needs to be removed when the fuse needs to be replaced. In particular, when the base is removed, the signal cable connected to the base is usually removed, which is time and labor consuming and risks wrong connection when the base is recovered.

The invention provides a pluggable IO module and a DCS (distributed control system), aiming at overcoming the defects that in the prior art, a daughter card in an input/output module is not detachably connected with a base, so that the assembly and disassembly are troublesome, and the module is inconvenient to replace.

With reference to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a pluggable IO module, where the IO module includes a base 1, a daughter card 2, a fixing component 3, and a pluggable fuse 4, where the fixing component 3 is used to detachably mount the daughter card 2 on the base 1, at least one fuse hole 10 is formed in the base 1, and the pluggable fuse 4 is inserted in the fuse hole 10. The base is provided with a clamping groove, and at least one sub card 2 is detachably inserted into the clamping groove. Most daughter cards in the IO modules in the current market are connected with a base in a screw fastening mode, and when replacement and maintenance are performed, a special tool for disassembly and assembly is needed; the invention connects the daughter card 2 with the base 1 in a detachable way, so that the daughter card 2 can be any card for data conversion, and 1-8 daughter cards 2 can be inserted into the base 1, when data conversion of multiple daughter cards is needed, multiple daughter cards can be inserted at the same time, and the replacement is also convenient; the pluggable fuse 4 is arranged in the fuse hole 10 on the base 1, the number of the fuse holes 10 can be set to 1-4, and the pluggable fuse can be directly upwards pulled out by hands when needing to be replaced and is specifically arranged according to needs.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing member 3 is a fixing screw, and the left and right sides of the daughter card 2 are respectively provided with a thread structure matched with the fixing screw, and the thread structure may be a thin cylindrical shape, or a square shape or other shapes, and may be matched with the fixing screw.
As shown in fig. 3, the base 1 is further provided with signal terminals 5, when the daughter card is replaced, the signal terminals 5 do not need to be removed, therefore, the operation of on-site maintenance and daughter card replacement is greatly facilitated, the back of the base comprises at least two groups of interfaces, each group of interfaces comprises a power supply interface and a communication interface, the two groups of interfaces can be replaced arbitrarily, after one group of interfaces is damaged, the normal operation of the module is not influenced, so that the IO module has more reliability, the back of the base also comprises at least two 6pin connectors 6, the normal work of the module cannot be influenced when any line is in fault, the power supply interface and the communication interface share one 6pin connector 6, ventilation hole 7, ventilation hole 8 and ventilation hole 9 have all been seted up to bottom, top, the side of daughter card, set up three ventilation hole and avoided untimely problem that leads to the damage because of the long-time work heat dissipation of IO module.
